Chilaking candiles Boulevard De Las Américas Reviews
The chilaquiles are really good 😋 I highly recommend them 💯 although sometimes the staff isn't very friendly
For a place that only serves chilaquiles, it leaves a lot to be desired. It's better to make them at home. FOR ALL YOU WANT, SHOP AT "NINETY"
Very good place, except that sometimes they get confused with the orders and you have to repeat them even if they're for there.
The ideal medium size for an adult. They give you a liter of fresh orange juice, which goes very well with the chilaquiles. Arrachera: The salsa saves the dish. The green salsa has a great kick for those who like spicy food. The arrachera has good flavor, although it could be cooked a little longer. They add very little cream and cheese, which affects the flavor when you mix in the onion. They also add very little avocado.
The portions are smaller now, the staff are arguing in the kitchen because no one wants to take orders, and they're mixing up table orders and app orders. According to the staff, there's no restroom. They never have change, and there's no parking. But when they bring you the bill, they smile and wish you a good day so you don't forget the tip. They really need to train their staff better.
The truth is that before they were more or less, now they have become bad, the sauce is diluted, you need a spoon to eat it, they give you a micro portion of onion, in addition to the fact that the children should be called minis, they are for an infant, the most redeemable thing was the bolillo :/ and the service is slow
Parking for 2 cars, the bathrooms are attached to the kitchen and inside the kitchen, I hope they have an extractor fan otherwise... we'd be swallowing it all! I ordered some "normal" green chilaquiles with chicken, when I tried them the sauce was about to go off, I told the waiter and he got upset and told me it wasn't possible because they had made it the day before 🙄 to which I told him, so it can be sour, and even though he was reluctant, I asked him to change the dish to which they were obviously going to give me the same sauce again, I asked for it to be red now, the truth is I created TOO MANY expectations about the product, I consider them to be expensive for what they are and flavorless. The fresh waters are delicious.
This place has only 2 parking spaces for customers which complicates eat here. The service is kind and somehow effective but the main thing here is that dishes are prepared not that delicious, I mean, flavor is not the best and seems like they worry more to cook a lot and not tasty. I think these things happen when you open franchises, kinda tend to lose the originality.
Lo que le sigue de mal, lentos a más no poder, y si prefieres que te lleven a tu domicilio, tardados, más de una hora para chilaquiles, increíble que negocios así sigan funcionando
I don't usually give bad reviews to restaurants, because we all make mistakes, and we all have bad days, but I'm tired of this place always serving terrible quality food, whether you eat in or get takeout. It's overpriced, and the portions are miserable compared to the price. We ordered milanesa chilaquiles, and that's what they delivered. I have nothing against "Chilaking" in general, but the Candiles branch is consistently awful. I'd even say it's getting worse and worse. I hope they improve their service, or better yet, do something else and give the job to someone else who actually wants to sell good food!
The cashier's attitude was rude. It was a terrible experience; you wouldn't want to go back. I've worked in customer service, and I understand that some days are tough. But with such an arrogant and rude attitude, there's no excuse. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Their chilaquiles aren't worth the poor treatment.
A truly squalid place in every way: bathroom, facilities, food. I ordered chilaquiles with steak, and they arrived submerged in a tasteless broth with two pseudo-slices of rotten avocado, so overcooked they couldn't even hold their shape. I asked the girl serving me: Would you like to be served this when you go to a restaurant? Would you eat it? She replied: NO, SORRY. Honestly, one of the worst chilaquiles I've ever eaten!
The chilaquiles were so-so, but the problem is how rude the workers there are. I was afraid to order anything else because of the smelly faces they have. Obviously, I asked for the egg in the chilaquiles I ordered to be prepared a certain way and it didn't come the way I asked. When I asked for it to be fixed, they obviously made a face at me and I was afraid they would spit in my food. Plus, hair ended up on the plate and even under the plate... I WILL NEVER RETURN, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
It's a shame the staff is so bad. The lady at the register is very rude and has a bad attitude. It's obvious she's not the owner, because if she were, she wouldn't provide that kind of service.
I ordered delivery. The Rappi app says the estimated delivery time is 16 minutes, but it took over an hour to deliver. When I opened the container, there was very little chilaquiles, six very thin strips of Milanese (which was the meat option I chose), beans, and only a small slice of avocado.
I ordered mega chilaquiles on two different days for $200. The salsa tasted like it had been watered down to make it go further; it had no flavor at all, it tasted like watered-down chilaquiles. The breaded steak was soggy and tasteless, they gave me seven tiny slices of onion, and the beans were the worst I've ever had, and they were freezing cold. Honestly, someone who doesn't know how to cook on their first try could make better chilaquiles than this.
Located in the city of Queretaro. The price-performance ratio leaves much to be desired. They have small, regular, and mega chilaquiles. We ordered seven orders of chilaquiles: regular and mega. The regular is the small one you'd get at any stand in Mexico City, except these are delicious. They're extremely stingy with the sour cream, cheese, onion, and obviously, the chilaquiles, and whatever you order as toppings. The best thing about the place is the water, and they give you a bolillo with any order of chilaquiles.
Terrible attitude of the staff at the place, a shame since they have an acceptable taste, but sadly they serve the customer in the worst way, so much so that we order food and drinks, the staff brings us the bill and it disagrees with what was ordered, since it is observed on the bill 1 alcoholic drink that was not requested, when questioning the cashier staff they indicate that it appears that way and do not offer any correction
Very bad quality of food
