First and foremost I sat in line for almost a half hour before my order was taken an another 20 min until I got my food. The young man who took my order was doing the best he could on his first shift of the job without any management or trainer any where around, so I'm not surprised that my food was complete trash. My Ultimate steakhouse whopper meal I paid $12.99 for missing mushrooms, and 0 sauce. Won't do that again. I want my $ back. .

I dont like posting bad reviews but its bad. One time i went and dined in and ansked for ketchp and was denied because they " ran out " . Ok lesson learned. Arrived at 10:06am, ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Got them 26 minutes later for them to be the wrong sandwiches. It’s been 37 minutes and no sign of our remakes either. Insane!

The hours say that they’re open for dining in are til 10 pm on Sunday’s, but they had the place locked up at 6 pm. We wanted our daughter to be able to play at the playpen inside and we drove out there for nothing.

Ordered an 8 Piece CHICKEN FRY today. Waited 23 minutes for a 7 piece chicken nugget. I don’t go to burger king often because of how unpredictable this location is and the one day I give it a go again, I’m met with this utter disgrace. I am never going to this Burger King again. They used to be good then they got terrible and we waited a few years before going back. They were good again for a little while and now they are terrible again. We ordered two of the new steakhouse Whoppers today and they didn't have half the ingredients listed on them and the burger patties were burnt and dry. I don't know why no places can make half decent fast food or get orders right anymore but it's an epidemic that I'm so sick of that I'm done with fast food. A big middle finger to whoever prepared these burgers.

I went there a few weeks ago and ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Waited in line for about 45 mins and when I finally got to the front they said that it was because the broiler was broken and it was very hard for them to cook the burgers. The result was a luke warm burger in a very cold wrapper and the burger was overcooked to death. Dry, flavorless and cold.

There is nothing "fast" about this fast food joint. I waited 45 minutes for a simple Whopper combo with like no line during a regular weekday at 5pm at the drive-thru, and they had 4 people on staff... wow. Very disorganized. 👎🤷‍♂️

They should just go ahead and close this place down. Taking 20 mins to make it to the payment window for just a cheeseburger is ridiculous. Seems like they don't know how to manage time or how to do anything here but goof around and have a good fun time but not worry about taking care of the customers. Never again this is my 3rd try here and you might as well give up if you need something fast and reliable here. And by the way 2 cars were in front of me, and a good 10 mins between each order is what I would say it took them to even take a simple order and take the next persons order at the dang speaker. It gets slower and slower each visit. Absolutely never again.

Ive attempted to go here 3x and every time an issue. First time out of a few items and cash only. Second time wrong order and not great food. Third attempt today. As they claim to be 24 hours and coming off 3rd shift late dinner sounded amazing. No line and people inside I sat over 10 minutes at the drive thru no response. Also a sign exact change or card only. Will not be returning.

I went into restaurant told lady I ordered a bacon king got no bacon and was charged .50 for cheese.. she told me I was lying cheese comes with the sandwuch... I told her so does the bacon...she ripped the sandwich from counte andr tossed it...she gives me another one .. The food wasn't even right so I called and the manager on duty on morning shift said oh yeah we have no more of the mocha sorry I said so instead of contacting me or the driver you are just gonna put in any drink that I didn't even want or order ??? You as a manager SHOULD know better! I use to be a manager for a business and EVEN i know to make sure the order is RIGHT and don't ever just put random things in a bag let alone a drink that was never ordered on the app! 👎

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I came to get breakfast at 9:00 am, had to wait damn near 15 minutes for a burger and a breakfast burrito, I ended up having to walk to the drive thru line, other people who came after me were being served before me, and to top it all off, I open my burger once I finally get to work which they made me late for because of their lack of ability to serve burgers and fries correctly and there’s a long brown hair in my burger. Absolutely disgusting, and unacceptable. It’s one thing to make me wait an inappropriate time for a small order but it’s a complete other thing to serve me unsanitary food. I’m calling corporate and the health office.

It took them 30 minutes to complete my order. It seems the meal packer is not capable of completing the task — taking over ten minutes to prepare just one order. You should consider hiring someone with the cognitive ability to handle the job.

Ordered a fish sandwich combo inside the store. They put the wrong sandwiches in the wrong bag so there was confusion from that, and yes I’m sure the bag I had was mine since I ordered an additional item. The wait time is pretty ridiculous considering there was only one person in front of us, it seems they over-prioritize drive thru service. The piece of fish was laughably thin and it was ridiculously overcooked. They only filled the fry container about half full, fortunately the fries that I did get were good. I impulse bought the cheesy tots; they were luke warm, dried out, completely tasteless. No ice in the drink machine, told staff and they said they didn’t have any but I could clearly hear them fill the drive thru ice bin with ice so it would seem he didn’t want to be bothered to get me ice. Additionally, one of the drink dispensers had the wrong label on the front for what was in it. The children’s play place inside was closed. The table we sat at was dirty and sticky.

Advertising the pickles fries but when you order they aren’t in stock yet until mid-late December. Didn’t have the new frozen pink lemonade either. Waited 30+ minutes for the food not to be fresh or even made correctly. I ordered the new bourbon burgers and it didn’t come with the fried onions or jalapeño. Food had a chill to it… asked for the food to be remade and the order was still incorrect and cold. Asked for a sweet tea and got an unsweetened tea that tasted like water. Ordered a frozen drink and got the wrong size twice and still didn’t get the right size. Asked for half and got all onion rings. Asked to see proof that I asked for a large frozen drink. The female at the window slammed the window and walked off. Spent $25 and waited that long just to still drive off with the incorrect order. Smh manager was no help at all.
