310 Bowery Bar Bowery Reviews
Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon to catch the Rutgers game. Joel took care of us, they had a good beer selection and the pizza was great.
Ambience here is great. People are welcoming but it can be little bit uncomfortable if you are gathering with people like around 10-15.
Really chill atmosphere, cool decor, and great for watching games. Joel, the bartender, was an absolute homie. He singlehandedly made our day there
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about on yelp. It's always a fun time with great music and because of that it gets busy, like every other popular good NY spot. Staff are great and keep it perfect as an upmarket sportsbar that isn't full of trashy college kids.
One of the best bars in Manhattan! Service is amazing, and the staff is even better - vibes are amazing and Raquel makes a mean margarita!!! Deff will be back XD
Just flew in from London and wandered into 310 Bowery Bar. So glad we did - great atmosphere and even better service. Jacob the barman really is the man and pours a great Guinness!
One of the staple bars in NYC. A must for when you are in the area. 310 Bowery is always a fun time, great drinks, and the best atmosphere. Not to mention some of the best pizza in town.
This place is always a vibe. They have a DJ, it’s the perfect size. and fire pizza. Go here for sure!
We stopped in because of the pizza in the window and ended up coming back 3 times during our vacation. Great bar. Even better service.
Cozy bar in the soho area, bartenders are really nice. I liked how they have some good non-alcoholic options as well.
310 bowery has great gibes, great amosphere and even better service. Located in a fun neighborhood, and comes equipped with a top tier beer selection. The pizza was also delicious!
Sunday nights are a solid spot for football. Also, Madison rocks as a bartender, she made me want to come back just from a quick chat, pizza is legit and place is actually poppin most of the time
Whenever I’m in New York City I always have to stop in. Pizza and service are always top tier! Great parties at night. Always a fun time!
I’ve been to this bar more times than I can count over the 6+ years I’ve lived in New York and each time has been a fun, memorable occasion. Favorite place to take friends from out of town as it’s a perfect middle ground between a comfortable bar and a dance-filled night out. Most recently, I held my engagement party here for a private, hosted event and it blew away even the highest expectations. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and caring and they’ll bend over backwards to make sure you and your party have an unforgettably good time. Any good New York bar will have long lines on the weekend and bouncers who you catch the wrong side of time to time, but that should not deter you from coming through and having a a great time. Big shoutout to Chloe and DJ Mike Wise!
All of the bartenders including Chloe are super cool. I had my bday here and they were very helpful and made everything easy to coordinate. Great place for a night out or to Watch the game.
If you need a bar, just drink and eat. Around the neighborhood, easy here. Pizza is good definitely above the average. Service is good, you won’t stand in front of the bar for long time.
I’m visiting New York City from Denver, CO this weekend and happened to stumble upon 310 Bowery. At this establishment you can exchange currency for cold, liquid products, and their featured beverage is called “Brooklyn Lager”. I’m not familiar with this Brooklyn fellow, but he’s basically brewed the James Bond of Lagers. A subtle, sneaky hoppy treat that leaves its possessor yearning for more. There’s a non-zero percent chance that Frank Sinatra was sipping on these ales while writing “New York, New York”. Friends, family, esteemed Americans - please find your way to 310 Bowery and treat yourself to a Brooklyn Lager.
Come before 4pm & ask for Kyle, or Ollie. Great service, and a very acctrive crowd. Pleasant people any night of the week. The music is up tempo lounge music that sets a good pace. There will be a line. Come earlier to get a spot at the bar, or make reservations for a table. This bar allows you to have take out. Great place to watch the game or rock the cashbar. 100% Brofessional.
Great cocktails, fun music, amazing vibes for a happy hour spot! Service was excellent. TV setup is solid too. Will be back!
Best establishment I’ve been to in NYC. Krystal the manager took great care of me and my party for my wife’s 29th birthday. DJ played a great selection of hits from all decades. Incredible NYC nightlife atmosphere — will be back!
Atmosphere of the bar was very chill and great for sipping a beer with friends. The bartender (Joel) made the experience 10x better and knew how to pour a great glass of beer!
Really chill place! The drinks are cheap, especially during happy hour, and the people working there are great! Johnny the bartender was really nice. Highly recommend.
By one get one happy hour and some time the pizzas on sale. I like cheap food and drinks and I think you might too. If you're like me, you have to drink as many as possible before you get your kids from daycare so - you need quick service. Go on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Very light on humans. Very happy to help you numb the reality of your insane home life. Yay!
Went here with friends, did the yurts! Had an awesome experience in large part due to our server Nicole T. She was awesome and so was the food and drinks!
The bartender is very nice person. She shows welcoming kindness and hospitality. I recommend coming back to this place during the summer time.
beautiful love the food amazing service you should definitely go you will have an amazing time
it’s alwaysss a great time!!! friendly staff, good energy & vibes. definitely recommend!!🤍✨
My favorite bar in the city!!!! Best bartenders and best pizza!
One of my favorite bars in the city that isn’t blown up yet. Best way to start a Fri or Sat night, crowd is 24-28yo. They have games on, great music, but you can still talk and meet new ppl. Vibes are always 10/10 and the staff are seriously the best. ever.
Heard good things about the nightlife on the weekends. Stopped by on a Thursday and was met with a warm welcome from security at the door and by friendly bartenders. Drinks were great and the DJ was playing really good music. The group I was with ended up staying all night. Great spot!
Had the most amazing time here. I was only in NYC for one night (saw Taylor Swift in Pittsburgh) and had a lay over before I flew back to Toronto. This bar is the absolute best time. It’s not pretentious or condescending in the way many NYC bars are. The bartenders, servers and security all are so fun and so gracious. The crowd is so fun, it was such a good time meeting so many fun, party people from NYC. One of my favourite nights out I’ve ever really had. 10/10 recommend, especially as a person visiting NYC under 30 - SO fun and unreal vibes!
Had pregame drinks here before my partner's birthday dinner on a Saturday from 730-9pm. Raquel, the GM on shift, was very nice and friendly! We reserved 2 tables in the back easily by calling and they were ready to go once we arrived. Only feedback is that the DJs music was very very loud. We had hoarse voices by the time we left the bar. Music was fun - mix of 00s with top 40 and some throwbacks to the 90s which I appreciated.
Security was kinda rude but food was banging - bartenders were very friendly. My over experienced was amazing. My buddy needed an itemized receipt for work. We came back a second time and service was way better!!! Would definitely be back.
This place is amazing ❤️ I’ve been there a couple of times, and the service and crew are lovely and organized 🤍 You should visit and try!
I attended a poetry slam event at this venue on a Monday. It was amazing and the energy in the room was magnetic. This was my first time performing any poetry and I was very excited. There was no food served however you could bring in food. They had a bar available for those who drink.
Ali and Eliese are the best bartenders ever. I come to this place every weekend to see them. BEST BAR IN AMERICA!
Fantastic bartenders! Great place to celebrate your birthday or watch a baseball game! The pizza is solid!
Amazing!!! Always a great time. Delicious pizza, friendly staff & good music. 100% recommend!!
Love the atmosphere here. Every time I’ve come in, it’s been packed, fun rotation of music, and the bartenders are super friendly and attentive. Great spot for a drink and music!
it’s always a great time! friendly staff, my fav bartender Camilla is the best… good energy & vibes.
This is a lovely bar with plenty of space inside, offering some beer selection along with bar-type drinks, and tasty pizza, including a vegan cheese pizza. Unfortunately, during the time of my visit, the vegan cheese alternative was not available. But the tasty pizza dough with tomato sauce was quite enjoyable nonetheless. I quite enjoyed the Five Borough Hazy IPA. 🍺
Our party had a Long Island ice tea (but my friend complained it was not as what she expected), apple cider, and a lychee mocktail - our server didn’t hear my request and prepped a cocktail initially but then made me another mocktail at no additional cost. Very good of her to do this. The place is very loud and crowded after 9pm on Friday.
Went on Sunday for love island party and we had a blast! Such a pretty place and omg the drinks and pizza were delicious!! Great service great experience!
What a spot. Not only is it appealing to the eye, but it is appealing to the taste. Drinks are absolutely awesome and more importantly the service is excellent. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming again soon. You want to have some good vibes with your friends, good music and good drinks, this is absolutely the place for you. Huge shoutout to Elise for taking care of us all night. Elise is terrific and her service is very much appreciated. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Elise!!!!
I’ve been to many breweries, but nothing compares to the experience here. It’s not just the beer — though every brew is perfection, from the bold IPAs to the crisp lagers — it’s the whole atmosphere. The space itself is stunning, with a mix of industrial charm and cozy vibes. The staff is incredibly welcoming, passionate, and eager to guide you through their extensive and creative beer list. Each pour feels like a masterpiece, with flavors that are bold, innovative, and unforgettable. And the food? Next level. Perfect pairings that elevate the entire experience. I never imagined finding a brewery like this in New York — it feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the city, blending incredible craftsmanship with a truly one-of-a-kind ambiance. I can’t recommend it enough — it’s a brewery that sets the bar incredibly high.
We came to 310 Bowery on a Hail Mary after the Flower Shop was a bust. I had never seen Flower Shop so dead. I guess Summer in the city is quiet... y'all just stack 14 people in a 6 bedroom Hamptons house lmao. We entered the short 310 Bowery line with no expectations, but it was actually kinda packed in here. My buddy, who works at Bloomberg haha, ended up buying us a table because one guy was dancing aggressively and kept bumping into him. When we got to our table, I realized it was the same girl that took care of us at Goldbar back in January. Kaylee. Kaylee has become a house legend in our friend group, as the level of service she provided that one fateful night back in January was truly white glove. I never seen nothing like that. Ever since, when a waiter is doing their thing, we have a great uber driver, or we are at a Hotel with amazing attention to detail, it's known as "Kaylee Service." "Damn this waiter lowkey on his Kaylee..." or "This room service is Kaylee level..." etc. I have bad social anxiety so didn't want to see if she remembered us out of fear of rejection, but after she came to our table and said she'd be taking care of us she said "Wait, you guys were at Goldbar a few months back right?" WOW. SHE'S LIKE THAT. She brought a round of shots for us all on the house and showed again why "white glove service" has been renamed to "Kaylee Service." Keeping our drinks full, cracking jokes with us, bringing shots, etc. Shoutout to the other girl Jenna as well, she was like Kaylee Jr. out there. Batman and Robin. What we thought was going to be a bust of a night ended up turning into one for the ages, mostly due to the Kaylee service. I loved 310 so much that I even bought a hat, haha. Idk what y’all are paying her, but it needs to be more. Kaylee is the glue!! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov_reviews
Don’t come anywhere else for happy hour! 15 for a whole pizza and 4 dollar beers! Whatttt, the pizza was perfect and the service was great, but me and my friends server Autumn was the sweetest and friendly, and when she found out we live in the neighborhood she chatted with us a bit and still did her job taking care of the other patrons, she made us feel very welcome and will be making this our new go to spot in Noho! Thank you Autumn!
Fun bar that I always have a great time at but the service isn’t great. I so badly wanted to give it 5 stars but the service just doesn’t cut it. This is a good spot to go with friends though whether it’s a group or just catching up with someone.
Not my type of place but good looking crowd, always busy, always a line to get in and your typical 15$ vodka soda. Oh but they do have a pizza oven and you can order pretty tastey pizzas there.
A good place to go if you want to run into every person you are trying to avoid in NYC. HAHAHAH. But it’s a fun bar, so no complaints. Bathroom situation is a little struggle though.
Definitely one of my favorite spots in NYC, the bartenders are actually attentive, and it’s a lively place. The bouncers are always shining their light and telling you to move on the dance floor which is kinda annoying never felt safe standing anywhere haha
Great DJ. Ty at the door was mad cool. And the curly haired female blonde bar manager was super hospitable and kept the drinks coming. Place was packed and fun.
Solid bar but they’ll hold your jackets hostage! Got a table with friends and kept our jackets on one seat, at the table with the rest of our purses etc and while our purses stayed there our jackets somehow went missing during the night? When we went to get them we were told they were at the front, and at the front they requested money before releasing them to us with the excuse that we “left them on the floor” which was quite literally untrue. Even the bouncers thought it was ridiculous! Would probably only ever go back in the summer when I don’t need a jacket when.
Don't spend much time in bars. Delicious pizza smell at the front door and felt hungry after some aggressive shopping. We got buffalo chicken pizza and Brooklyn Lager, a good combo. Screen was sports oriented and background music was fine; friendly service and sufficient table space. A good place to relax and chat. Price was reasonable.
Nice sports bar that offers a lot of space ! I came on a Friday and they were broadcasting a college football game there was a lot of energy ! There was also a DJ but honestly we were the only one dancing so I would recommend this bar if you are looking for a place to watch a game or have a few drinks with your friends in a chill environment.
Don't plan a party here if you expect your friends/family to be respected! Friend had a table reservation for her birthday Saturday with instructions to get there before 10:30 for guaranteed admission. At 10pm I go to the doorman (there was a line to get in) and politely tell him I am here for a birthday and she has a table reservation. He proceeds to ignore me and 30 seconds later I asked, "hi, is the reservation a thing?". He angrily replies, "I heard you the first time, take 3 steps back" (I was not even close to him but complied), and a few seconds later he aggressively commanded me to show the bouncer my ID. Other people at the party had similar stories. Also, some drink prices on the menu were less than the actual prices (our server informed us of this before ordering, at least). Service was polite and responsive once I was inside despite the place being packed.
Its ok, pretty cold environment honestly. Go with friends, because you wont be making any here type of vibe from staff and guests. They serve pizzas if your hungry, and have TV's for sports.
**Visited during COVID pandemic Layout/atmosphere *Small nook where they cook the pizza where you first enter; long bar in main room with three big screen TVs, tables and booths in the back with sign in lights that says "Celebrate" Food/drink *Mel's Everyday Beer (draft) - OK
While I loved the decor here, I did not like the service or the crowd at all. At 1pm on a Sunday, it was very bro-y and the servers could not be any unfriendlier. They require a credit card when you have table service (not totally out there but when our group ran into a man in the ladies' room who couldn't stand straight, we figured out why).
This place has potential, but the service is QUESTIONABLE; we went on a Thursday night it was busy but manageable. The two girls tending the bar here rather talk to each other than anything else . Very frustrating also they either haven’t been trained or are incompetent the drinks where terrible . We didn’t even get a menu offered to us . Just depressing.
Im very disappointed to write a negative comment as I never did. Bar tender act like an important person so It was really hard to get a regular shot🤷♂️. I felt like I order a star drink with was akward. I was just about to get a regular stuff and have fun, but the bar tender gave us and everyone at the bar s lecture speach(we were siber at6). We left with a good story.
I went there last night for the first time to meet a friend. Let me tell you, unless you enjoy either (a) being the only person waiting in line while at least two dozen women are let in before you; (b) being required to check your coat and paying $2 for the privilege; (c) fighting your way to a bar just to be ignored for twenty minutes; or (d) having a surprising amount of beer spilled on you because the bar is packed tighter than the 4/5 train at rush hour, go to literally any other NYC bar. To be honest, I’m probably an idiot for waiting in the first place. Learn from my mistakes.
Ambience was somewhat ok, but super pricey, I would smell my liquor from far away, so I am not even sure what I ordered was right. I would honestly avoid this place. I bet they refill bottles with rail stuff.
Drinks suck and WORST service ever, we ordered a lot of food and drinks and they told us to leave right after we closed the tab even though we didn’t even finish. DO NOT COME HERE even if there’s a game, because they will interrupt you
Loved here my whole life and I am not exaggerating by any means when I say it is the WORST service I have ever gotten. There was a group of 8 women in front of them that waited for an hour and they let a group of men in before them, that cut the line. Unbelievable and never going back. Everyone turn away.
There's a bartender who just tips herself on your card! We paid so much extra for a few drinks! Please check your bill properly!! And don't get scammed
unfortunately had a bad experience. the bouncers at the establishment were discriminatory, wouldn’t let a black man in with athletic shorts but had no problem letting multiple white men in with sweat pants. take your business to slainte next door, the service is way better.
Choose somewhere else for your birthday. I found the management extremely disrespectful, consistent with other reviews posted here. Unfortunately some bars in NY still have "small" or otherwise insecure people in management. The bar next door is much more friendly and accommodating. Also kind of a dirty place overall, including a very sticky floor, which is consistent with the non-customer focused driven attitude of management.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The bouncer (some guy with a hat) told me to wait on the side and he will get me in, after 30 minutes he told he can’t let me in because a friend of mine offered him money (which he took) and still didn’t let me in and then blame it on my friend that he doesn’t like when people offer him money. All I can say, there are plenty of good bars in New York, don’t waste your time on this one.
I actually go to better places than this one so that the bartender wouldn't even let me choose so that I could buy quickly. I don't recommend it.
Very disappointed the last two times I went to this bar. The bartenders were incredibly rude and inattentive, and NOTICEABLY only paid attention to any male patrons. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be served despite the bar being relatively empty (went during peak hours at both times, should have been a red flag in itself) and was met with a large amount of attitude for ordering (not sure why this is an inconvenience, since it's their job). Despite us trying to be polite, we were treated with such disrespect that I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
This bar always has a super long line on Fri/Saturday nights. They let any girls cut if you just ask the bouncer, so expect a long wait - especially if you come after 8:30ish. Feels like a grown up frat party, lots of white men and mr brightside. Not worth it
Not a good bar. crowd is garbage. Most importantly this establishment is incompetent. Especially their blonde manager…. A KAREN. It says a lot when they don’t respond to their reviews. Take note people and drink somewhere else. Avoid the rats too. Update: This place is still TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. AND SOME MORE.
After waiting on line for roughly 10 minutes, the bouncer decided that they weren’t going to allow people into the bar wearing shorts.. keep in mind it was 80-85 degrees outside. Would not recommend. The bouncers make up the rules for entry to the bar basically “on the fly”
I went on the night of St. Patrick's Day and waited half an hour in line, only for a bouncer to tell me I couldn't get in without a group of friends. I talked to another guy in line, and he said he'd been there and never heard that before. A drunk girl in line told me "I guess we found out who's hot and who's NOT!"
The bar overall is okay. It’s usually quite packed. They let underaged kids in all the time, which I don’t like. I was waiting on line and kids who were 18-20 literally asked me if they take Faked ID’s. The reason I’m writing this review is the bar tender I went to gave himself a tip using my card after I gave him a cash tip. That’s highly illegal. I called 3 times to let the manager know , no one picked up. Be careful when you give your card to the bartender if you go here.
This bar has very poor service. The bar tender with the blonde curls was very rude and assumed that I didn’t have money to pay for my drinks even though I with a bridal party. Without even asking me for a credit card. Interrupted me while I was speaking to the manager about her behaviors and I had to ask her to leave to speak with the manager In private. Manager was not helpful at all but did say it was ridiculous and would speak to her. Not impressed would NOT VISIT!
My visit to 310 Bowery Bar started with high expectations. The space itself is stylish and inviting, and the ambiance sets the stage for what should be an enjoyable night out. Unfortunately, that positive first impression quickly unraveled at the door. The security guard stationed at the entrance behaved in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive and repeatedly intrusive. His manner was not just curt — it crossed into what felt like harassment. The interaction was uncomfortable, unwarranted, and completely out of proportion to the situation. Rather than feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt singled out and disrespected before even stepping inside. No matter how nice the interior may be, the experience at the door defines the tone of the entire evening. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be non-negotiable in hospitality. I sincerely hope management addresses this seriously, provides proper training, and takes appropriate disciplinary action if necessary. No guest should feel uneasy or mistreated simply trying to enter a venue. I genuinely hope this feedback leads to improvement so others don’t have to share the same experience.
Incredibly rude staff. My jacket was stolen and they came and yelled at me for standing at the coat rack for too long. Not worth your patronage. "Maybe you shouldn't have brought a jacket, these things get stolen all the time"... Sure, thanks...
honestly one of the lamest places i’ve ever been to in new york…the bar was nearly empty on a friday night at 2 AM, playing outdated pop garbage, and my group of 8 friends just stopped by as an afters from a nearby bar. I had an -empty- cake carrier, as I had baked a cake for the birthday girl, and the aggro bouncer, who was supposedly the manager (and I should have gotten a name and a humiliating video), would not let JUST me in because of it but couldn’t even vocalize why I couldn’t bring it in or just leave it in the entrance. But they had let a full pizza box in moments prior? The whole encounter was so stupid I wondered what this grown man was getting from denying me from such a lukewarm dentist reception of a place…maybe I didn’t fit his conception of nightlife? like I’d obviously leave the carrier in a corner somewhere and not be carrying it around the whole time? and oops i’m wearing a rain coat and jeans because it is raining and 52 degrees with wind chill? does he consider himself a bastion of nyc’s hottest nightlife only to be faced with his bleak reality? I even asked him if it was because the carrier was dorky and he had no response…which a lack of communication and random rudeness seems in line with the sketchy and discriminatory behavior in other reviews. Ultimately spend your great vibes and money elsewhere!!! the manager/bouncers are a joke and i’m laughing at them!
Absolutely atrocious service and sports viewing experience. Awful projector setup makes watching sports annoying to impossible. Server was super inattentive and flat-out rude when she was gracious enough to come to our table. Food took forever to come out and was horrible (how do you mess up pizza? Tasted like cardboard with expired cheese), and no outside food is allowed so that’s the only option if you’re trying to eat. Drinks were also very poor. Honestly the worst bar I’ve visited in Manhattan.
John (the manager) was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was super condescending to my group, being upset that we were not ordering everything from the same waitress, even though multiple waitresses were taking our orders. Would never come back here unless you hire one of the guys out front to be the main manager - they were respectful and kind. Unlike John - John is the worst. Genuinely some of worst service ever
John was the rudest server I’ve ever had. I’ve never met anyone who made me feel less welcomed at an establishment in my entire life. I genuinely think 310 Bowery bar should terminate him for his actions but honestly I don’t want to get involved. Genuinely, have never been talked to as a patron like that in my entire life
