The service was slow, there was no ice or paper towels in the bathroom. There was no tea. One of our orders was missing a happy meal and no one at the counter to assist us. On top of all that they had to remake a burger cuz it had a hair in it.

Fountain drinks from the dining room were all flat. Most of our order was incorrect and mismatched. Dining room was dirty as were both restrooms. Found 1 table that was the least dirty to sit at. Cluster of school aged kids (not customers) taking up most of the dining room laying across the tables like it was some sort of afterschool daycare. When manager was asked to remake one of the burgers, we were met with eye rolls and “what now?”. I get that not everything can be perfect, but when most everything is in this bad of a condition, it suggests that no one there cares. It was definitely a wow moment and not in a positive way.

Ordered hotcakes for breakfast & didnt receive any butter, syrup . Then lost .70 cents because you didnt have any change to give back, second time this has happened.will ask next time before i give you any money& if not will just drive away, & im not only one that has experienced this!!!

WOW . Well one star because zero wasn’t an option . Headed to Austin and wanted to just stop and grab something fast . When placing the order friendly was not on the menu but that’s ok ! Ish . Then we went to get sodas and not only was that entire area beyond filthy , ALL the sodas were flat , very flat , so my husband went to the front and they argued but filled it and it was just fine . And last but not least , this is the dirtiest Restaurant I’ve ever visited in my life . Ever . We had to clean our own table to sit and eat at , the trash was overflowing everywhere out of the bins , food and drinks were everywhere. It was really aweful . Also they didn’t have napkins or any desserts . ( not a huge deal I gues ) but still . Walmart across the street for bread and bologna would have been a better option . Wow , so disappointed

The girl at the drive thru smelled awful, i could smell her from the passenger side, the drink she handed us was wrong gave it back to her and she made an ugly face. The drink she gave us smelled like her. Horrible customer service and you smelled? Awful! Waited 30 min for food.

Waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for 2 happy meals and a cheeseburger! This place needs some help! The term fast food was definitely lost here! Save your money and time.

Poopy place with poopy service. My order was given to me wrong like 2 weeks straight and I waited 30 minutes for a SINGLE CHEESEBURGER and it was still wrong. Absolutely not busy. It’s unsettling having to hear staff argue with one another so loudly in the back 😭💔💔

All around probably the worst place I've been to now. It's been a steady decline of rude workers and food that should have the restaurant closed down already. I've gotten food poisoning once here and almost again after I had gotten a burger with undercooked bacon and patties just recently. The workers are snappy and don't give a care to customers anymore. There had been a time my boyfriend and I went and ordered and they decided to tell us no cash when we got to the window. The guy was snappy and rude even as my boyfriend was trying to be understanding. We ended up not getting our food and just leaving. Don't waste your money or time here. Seriously.

Seemed like no one wanted to wait on anyone at the front counter. The whole restaurant was a mess with trash and food all over the floors and a few tables. Restrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in a few days. Will definitely not be going back.

Place was dirty, I understand they were busy, and maybe understaffed but the woman bagging food was extremely rude. She was mad that people were up front waiting on their food. The reason for the crowd was because there were no clean tables and no numbered table tents available for any of the customers. Instead she was talking out loud for all customers to hear about all “the Old people” being annoying and impatient looking for straws when there weren’t any accessible for anyone. She then directed someone to give my grandfather some straws and the employee set out a handful of straws in front of him instead to refill it himself instead of the employee refilling the bin. This is unacceptable customer service and very unprofessional from who I believe is the manager. She needs to be demoted or retrained. Her name is Yolanda working morning shift at this location Sept 20th 2025. Many customers left the location upset and unhappy with her comments and service. Young man working the register was very apologetic and very professional. He deserves a raise!!

We have stopped here more than once and are never impressed. ( Today, thought breakfast might be ok and there is not much in Brady) We went through the drive through and they had no decaf coffee and no egg burritos. We had to wait with three other cars after going through in the numbered spaces. When you go in, it is never clean. Guess I have finally learned to head on to Brownwood before I stop. The young woman at the drive through was rude and could care less …

Today 9/2/25 an employee named Eric asked me to move to a handicap parking spot to wait for my drive thru order. When I informed him that parking in the handicap spot with no signage is illegal. He was argumentative, then in frustration told me "then get out of the damn way". I am a customer who had just paid for my food and was waiting for that food that I paid for. I am not cattle to be herded by rude mcdonald's employees. I will not break the law just because a restaurant employee said it's okay. Drive thru fast food- traditionally for decades- you pay for your food, then you wait for them to make it, then they hand it out the window. The service, and food quality of this place needs some serious work. Ordered a mcdouble with extra pickles and it had only 2 pickles. I ate it anyway, I even remarked to my girlfriend "hey you know this is a pretty good burger" and right when I finished that sentence I found a twig or something in the last bite I took. Pulled it out of my mouth, was disgusted and threw the rest in the trash. Less than the bare minimum is not the bar for even fast food.
