Never had Jack in the Box before so figured I'd try as much as I could. Overall it was just fine. Sandwich was dry, tacos were ok, and the poppers didn't have cheese in them. It's hard to mess up curly fries so I'll givw them that. The shake and French toast sticks were the best part. Probably won't go back but glad I tried it.

Drive through was having maintenance, is always unavailable early mornings and around 3:00 they count the Registers so they closed for about an hour, I think they should always keep at least an emergency way of paying for the customers I go to work at 3:00a.m and it sucks, then I have to find another restaurant that is open 24 hours a day, lobby has limited seating and you have to ask for a key 🗝️ to use the restroom. For is great at a good value!! And sometimes employees are not at the front register to greet you when you walk-in because they either buzy in drive through. Meals are about $15.00 but you can find some great offers by using coupons which they do accept and more than one coupon acceptable which is great!!

They've roaches in the kitchen.. very stinky smell in my sandwich smelled like roaches. The cheese was dry as well, and I had to go through the sandwich away.

The restaurant and seating area were clean and appear to be sanitized. That’s where it ends. The young lady taking my order seemed pretty disinterested and distracted by her coworkers who she was yukking it up with. Which I’m OK with until I want somebody to take my order. I had to give it to her three times before she finally caught on. In addition I asked for to dine in and I got it for takeout. Maybe the manager should have a conversation with staff about the customers are the reason they’re there.

Sadly we were enjoying our meal after a long day and there were roaches crawling on the floor and table 😢

The pace of the service provided was unacceptably slow, despite having three staff members available. When I requested a few munchie meals, I was informed that tacos were not available. I politely requested extra fries instead, but the request was refused with a firm "no," and the staff member was not accommodating or friendly in their response. Although it was a fast food establishment, the lack of customer service was disappointing. Additionally, when I asked for a drink carrier upon receiving my soft drinks, I was told that they were not available, which was hard to believe...

Whoever the blonde girl working at 4am needs to be swapped or retrained. I go here only a few dang times and she either hands me everything and shuts the window or I get a ride tone and a nasty face. Next time I get this treatment I'll be asking for a manager I don't care how early it is, if I'm nice I expect nice service.

Ordered a #3 and got raw fries, couldn't bite through one so ended up cooking them correctly but then yall gave us the wrong drinks too I got a diet coke but received a sprite? you were not busy literally second in line, very bad service tonight, raw fries are careless.

I went inside to purchase a 20.00 gift card as a gift to my friends young son, about 5:00 p.m. There were about 1 5 cars waiting in the drive through line so I decided to go inside. I could tell they were in chaos! . There was already a gentleman waiting for his order near the counter so I took my place in line. He received his order about 5 minutes after I arrived. The manager brought his order to the counter, gave it to him and thanked him. The manager clearly saw me standing in line waiting to order because he looked right at me, but instead of helping me he turned away and went to the food prep area, where he began conversations with 2 employees. He left that area and went to the very rear of the food prep area, grabbed a broom and then started talking to another employee. He again looked at me once their conversation was done and walked over to the milkshake stand and made a milkshake! I went to the cash register and loudly asked if someone could help me. A very nice young lady helped me purchase the gift card. I spoke with the manager, who took his sweet time coming to talk To me. I let him know what I had witnessed and how disappointed I was in his behavior. He at first said he didn’t see me standing in line, waiting to order, then he said he thought I had already ordered! He was taking orders that afternoon, so this was obviously a lie. The only good things I can say about this JIB is that the young lady who helped me was pleasant and that the manager , who is male, has great eyebrows and eye lashes, more so than mine and most other women. Too bad his customer service skills aren’t as awesome.

They were pretty rude after they messed up our food. They replaced the meal but they were not very nice about it and when I showed them pictures of the grease soaked bag and the food we threw away they just said oh those are always that greasy. I went to the jack at the other end of town on Saturday and they were very nice and incredibly efficient and no grease soaked bags thank you lazy jack employees at the store in the middle of Brawley.
