Great spot for a quick meeting and a coffee. Had a meeting with a coach for my son and were able to meet up here. Ordered a couple coffees and a sweet tea for the three of us. Quick service, although, maybe I’m old school and can’t stand using those computer kiosks. Either way, staff was great and the coffee was hot. Plus you can’t beat the price! Thanks!

Ever since the store opened with it's new remodel lines have been very long. Can't blame them. Just wish the drive thru lane would be faster. 90% of the the staff get my order wrong. Always double check your stuff. Edit* since my last review, the store has been getting my orders right. Good service and great implementation of the mc donalds app.

7am and the bathroom was really dirty. Food is extra expensive at this one. It's McDonald's, so not sure what I expected. But the bathroom being that dirty was a surprise.

Never been to A Mc Donald’s with such terrible hospitality. The staff are always rude, and seem to be in bad mood. Complete lack of customer service. No wonder this place has such bad reviews!

Literally went through the drive thru right now, asked for a big mac combo with extra cheese. They charged me extra for the cheese and then didn’t even add it to the burger. I had also asked for ranch and ketchup and they didn’t give me any. They made me wait for 10 minutes in the parking lot as well. This has happened twice already and it’s super annoying.

I used my mobile app and Stephanie the cashier who had taken my order seemed like she couldn't careless about what we ordered, sounded like she didn't want to be there. She was even rude to my mom when my mom said hello and was trying to pay and didnt acknowledge us. Bad customer service which I never had here before

Used the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and they had us waiting 30 minutes for our food. Other cars would come and go and the attendant saw us there waiting every time. The attendant would come on either side to drop orders and never asked us. I finally spoke up and told her that we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She finally came out with our order. She apologized but our food was cold. I guess it was just sitting out all that time. Not a good experience 😕.

My experience was HORRIBLE! No cashiers and I had to order from a machine. Could not find what I wanted to order. My elder mom had to use restroom after eating her meal, after several time that we asked they open the door, they never did. We ended up leaving!

Everytime I go to this Mc Donalds I get the worst service , the workers act like they don’t want to be there . You walk in and they are talking they don’t attend you until they finish their conversation. Drive through don’t even get me started , but today I go and get the MC Rib . I ask for extra BBQ sauce as you can see in the receipt in the picture, you can also see it’s a dry burger. They did not put any sauce what’s so ever . Then I asked for bbq sauce for my daughters chicken nuggets and they give her spicy Buffalo . They are so rushed to get out the orders they park me and can’t even get my order right. The sad thing is this post won’t even do anything, they will continue to do the same thing .
