I got the spaghetti and meatballs and it’s really good but it’s kinda soggy but after you buy it it’s going to be prepared for you in under 30 seconds because it’s pre prepared. I did not get the pizza but that’s fine.

Sbarro is a long time favorite for lasagna. One serving can feed two people. There are about 4 layers of noodles, meat, cheese with a light and fresh tasting sauce. 20 years a Sbarro customers. It seems that Sbarro's are usually in malls.

I normally go to the one at main place mall but today I wanted to try Brea location. I have to say it's a huge difference between them. Nothing in Brea was fresh. Pasta was mushy and didn't have that garlic flavor. My stromboli was burnt and dry. I guess I'm going to have to go 8 miles out of my way for quality!

$8 for old baked ziti and 2 meatballs? That's expensive. And the baked ziti was so old it was mushy and just fell apart if you touch it. Avoid

Looks like I left a five star review on here before but coming in recently. I’m gonna have to lower it to one star. I just feel like I get bad service every time they try to give me the colder pieces the older pieces of pizza where I always have to stop them and ask for the more fresh And this time I’m getting pasta and of course they look at me and decide to give me all the soggy parts of the pasta where I tried to explain to the girl to mix it up with some of the fresher, looking pasta with the cheese on top. She didn’t seem to understand me she put a little piece of the top, but then covered the rest with more of the soggy it just looked gross And it was frustrating where I had a patiently wait for nothing parking in that parking lot in the busy mall for nothing all to just get this service. Please don’t judge people on how they look and choose to give them the soggier parts of the

The lady cashier on Sunday seemed uninterested in helping and was standing off to the side speaking quietly, making it hard to communicate until a younger cashier stepped in to assist. The mac and cheese did not taste fresh and had a watery texture, while the baked potatoes were just average. For the price and service level, this visit was extremely underwhelming. I would not recommend this location.

The food is average, not great nor gross, but last time I was there the cashier refused to take a slightly ripped $5 bill (legal tender) for a drink. Pretty rude. Won't be back for a while.

We spent $24 3 slices and 2 sodas and they can't give us a refill on the drinks. It's not a good way to take money from people

The counter workers have a bad attitude. And the main one that is rude, isn’t wearing a name tag. Go figure

The manager is very rude and sales cosmetics on the side instead of handling customers. She had me waiting for 10 minutes with no other customer around because she was doing calculations on unrelated stuff.

I don’t appreciate Monica wiping her nose then proceeding to handle my food. The customer service was terrible and this is probably the worse sbarros locations I even been too. Their pasta is also dry since they don’t reheat it.

I purchased the 2 slice combo, and Mgr tried charging me extra for Jalapeños that were made with pepperoni and Jalapeños. It doesn't say extra charge for Jalapeños nor 2 + items. Mgr. Was rude and couldn't look at me when I spoke to her. She also charged differently when i made the purchase. It was $11.49 for combo, but I purchased a bottle of water. She added 75 cents for the bottle and paid regular price for a fountain drink on top of the $11.49. Do your math prior to purchase! Definitely not coming back to this location.
