tried the new the pretzel pub meal it did not disappoint the sandwich was hot and freshly made fries were hot as well drink was very refreshing.

Had the $4 GloRilla meal the Jack bbq burger was so good I think that will be favorite sandwich on the $4 meal for now on keep that it’s delicious.

Went to the location to get some fries and banana shake and I was not disappointed fries was hot and fresh and the banana shake was to my liking.

Great service excellent customer service I was in /out didn’t spend much time in line waiting for my lunch. Young lady in the window was very polite and patient. I will def be visiting again

Not very satisfied, Always slow, Always mess up my order and that damn automatic system needs to be changed....I quit getting food from there.

Their French fries are so yummy. Everything else is pretty much good but not great. The atmosphere at this particular Checkers is a dirty exterior with dredges usually using up all the seating. The staff can be on point or a complete crap show depending who is working.

Waited 30 mins in line and I only have 30 min lunch break. They made me late for work getting back and I didn’t even eat cause they take so long. Thanks never coming back

Ordered a chicken Bite and fries Box on last night this is what I received. Was to tired to take it back so took it this morning and requested their corporate office number. The manger on duty advised she don’t know the number off the top of her head and I would need to go online to find it. I just said to give me a refund she then advised I have to wait later in the day as she do t know how to do it. I asked was her grease clean on today she advised she don’t know she don’t work night shift.

Service was horrible food was cold and the guy who gave us our food was rude when we asked for some ketchup told us we should have asked for that at the other windows but the lady who pulled us to the other windows just said pullover there and get your food then closed the windows

I placed an order using the Checkers website. The food arrived quickly but the Big Buford was cold and dry. I ordered a double chicken sandwich that was not received and the fries were cold. When I tried calling the store to correct the missing sandwich nobody answered and there is no way to fix it on the website. This will be my last order from this location.

Customer service is poor. On 11/24/2025, the young lady cashier needs training on customer service. I now understand why the reviews are low. Stay home if you dont like serving people.

The drive thru is automated and doesn’t get the orders right. Then the people at the window want to give you an attitude when you try to verify it. The fries and spicy chicken were the only decent parts of the meal. The burgers are the saddest dried up patties. Not worth the effort it takes to get there.

Just left here not even 10 minutes ago and ordered garlic Parm fries wanted large was told they only had regular cool whatever it's late at night the guy was nice I wasn't bothered . It's a simple order so I wouldn't expect the kitchen to mess it up .....not only was I given bacon cheddar fries I didn't check the order im hungry and started eating and realized not only was it the wrong the ng my fries were burnt 🤦... Like how do you mess up that bad now there's was only me and one other car which was there before me so they weren't overwhelmingly busy . Like there are literally little burnt crisps in the box
