Best riggies I’ve had in the cuse area so far! The medium has just the right amount of heat. Mild and hot options available as well. Generous portion sizes, which means you can have next-day riggies as well (my personal favorite after all the flavors marinate together). Got a cannoli for dessert that was also delicious—you could tell it was made fresh. This place is a nice little hole-in-the-wall with great, friendly service. They’ll make you feel like family. Definitely will be back! Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

I recently dined at The Cafe Bella Luna and had an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable! Our waiter was attentive and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was unique, warm, and inviting. I recommend getting the lasagna. It was absolutely delicious! This place is a gem. We would definitely be going back. I would recommend this cafe to anyone wanting a great Italian meal.

Omg Cafe Bella Luna is absolutely amazing!! Great atmosphere & service. The food is literally out of this world!!! Portions are HUGE and prices are good too!!! And the owners Marc and Geo are super nice. Geo is a wonderful cook and Marc really makes the experience very pleasant. He is super friendly and very welcoming. These are the best riggies and cannoli I've ever had in the area, definitely my favorite local restaurant. Service is a bit slow currently but they are clearly doing their absolute best and just genuinely care about the people coming in. The owners are cooking and serving and checking in and the one waitress is always an absolute gem. Like even though she's slammed she doesn't try to rush you or make you feel like an inconvenience. Absolutely highly recommend.

Do not let the outside of the restaurant fool you. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem and worth every penny you pay for the food. You get freshly made soft white dinner rolls to start. The entrees come with soup or salad - I had the homemade butternut soup and it was the most flavorful soup I have ever had. The pasta on my main course was so good, so fresh and soft, a perfect way to carry the very robust sauce, again, packed with flavor. The restaurant was so incredibly clean, too and had quite the charm with fun vintage mismatched plates and black silverware. Worth the drive from Syracuse. Would definitely go again. Also, this restaurant is vey plus size friendly with no booths - just comfortable tables and chairs.

Wow…just wow! Where do I start? The Italian dressing is homemade and out of this world, eggplant and Riggies were some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten in some of the bigger cities. The service was excellent, very friendly in a genuine way and attentive. If you have never been, go! The food is fresh and it shows. The red sauce is absolutely outstanding. Hidden gem and definitely a go to. They have been around for three years and I’m ashamed that this was my first time there, shame on me. Keep up the good work, see you all again soon!

I met some friends in West Monroe and lucked into the Cafe Bella Luna. One of our dinners was Aglio Olio, spaghetti with garlic and oil. She had it with chicken. A childhood favorite I’ve never seen on a menu before. She raved about it to Marc the waiter owner who brought out Gio the Chef owner. Wow what a wonderful experience! I had the sausage riggies I only previously experienced from a friends home cooking. Perfect! If you haven’t tried this place and are a fan of Italian food you must. It’s unassuming on the outside but eclectic and homey on the inside. I am excited to go back and try more.

Soon after, Marc checked on us to see how everything was. Geo who is the chef also came to our table to check on us, which we thought was really nice!! My cousin ordered pasta with garlic and oil as her side with her eggplant parm. She raved about how good it was and chatted with Geo about how he makes it. Our food was excellent, as well as the atmosphere and service! We decided to share the lemon blueberry tiramisu for dessert, which was absolutely amazing! This is a hidden little gem that more people need to explore, you won't be dissapointed!! We will definitely be back to share our love for this place with some newbies! Our group had the 8 cheese ravioli with tomato, sausage riggies, and eggplant parmesan. All meals were DELICIOUS! My husband says the Italian Wedding soup and Tiramisu are the best he has ever had. We highly recommend venturing a little further from campus and giving this a try. Sooooo good! As an added bonus, the owner is an incredibly kind and welcomiing!

The owner is very nice and truly cares. However, the meatballs are large, but on this visit tasted like catsup and not sauce. The salad was okay, but would have preferred it on a plate or different bowl. The Utica greens were extremely hot. The canolli was perfect.
