There was a woman working here last weekend and she was so nice. Very polite. There was a younger employee in the back complaining nonstop and yelling at the woman up front that was helping me and she was very frustrating. But overall, the woman that was at the cashier made everything worth it. She apologized for the behavior of the obnoxious employee in the back.

I go to this location on a regular basis & will stop there on the way to (or from) errands. The staff are very friendly & helpful. This Dunkin has wifi, so oftentimes I'll just chill & work on my Twitter & FB accounts while enjoying my coffee. I made new friends there too! :)

Honestly the best dunkin in my area. They’re always ALWAYS extremely accommodating and super friendly. There is this one guy who works there, I wish I knew his name, he wears glasses and he knows me by name and always makes me feel welcomed. He’s friendly, and has a good sense of humor and if I ever have an issue with my drink he will gladly remake it for me :)

Very clean and quick service. Pleasant counter person. many times in some other Dunkin shops, when I ask for a Hot light and extra sweet coffee they never add enough sugar or stir the coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so weak you are actually drinking hot water. I can honestly say that is NOT the case with this particular Dunkin. the server actually suggested I taste it to see if it is enough sugar to my liking. This made me feel like a valued customer.

It's a Dunkin, so what can you say? It is the only Dunkin I've found that has cruller donuts. The person at the counter though...dang, get that girl some personality or get her off the counter.

Dunkins coffee is excellent, but don't get hooked on the donuts and goodies. Thank God, Dunkin donuts has a public bathroom! It's good to have that option when you're traveling.

Clean, fast and friendly. Food served piping hot! The "one at a time" restrooms are the only drawback if you're making this you're road trip pit stop.

As this is my home town DD I have hi expectations. Normally they are met without flaw. The changing staff and sometimes unreliable characters they are forced to hire due to location make it a hit or miss on the accuracy of your order. When they miss it's either all or not enough to bother...but when they Hit it is a Home Run.

Drive thru- friendly enough, although the person that took our order was not the person that delivered the order..RUDE RUDE RUDE, part of the order was missing acted like we were a bother to address. The snackin bacon- cold & greasy, the sandwich looked ok on the outside, on the inside the sausage was over cooked and rubbery. I am not asking for Michelin-starred service only the food I ordered cooked correctly. The prices keep going up but the quality down. Please do better for the next patron as I will be going to BK or McDonald's moving forward.

Almost everytime I go I spend the extra money to get almond milk instead of regular milk, not to be cute but as a dietary restriction, this is now the 3rd time my latte has been made with regular milk instead of almond, on top of it all it's more milk then latte as it is - $6 literally down the drain. The food is good, I just wouldn't get beverages here.

Fast service, friendly staff. Odd, they force customers to share a restroom so staff can have a dedicated one. Makes it extremely inconvenient for customers, especially considering they are a major stop on the interstate. Won't stop at this location again, despite good service, restrooms are a much needed part of my reasoning for choosing that exit.

One of the entrances is FULL of potholes and has been for years. Also it seems that EVERYTIME I've ordered coffee it has either been burnt or not made to order requests.

Every Dunkin Donuts in the area seems to be unkept and dishevelled. This location is no different. All around the building along with the building itself is in disrepair. The digital signage has been jacked up for years. The attached drive for exiting has been a mine field of potholes for years as well. Add to this an extremely long wait no matter how long the drive thru line is and this location should just be skipped entirely.

Don't ever order grubhub from here. I was trying to order a Charlie cold foam coffee, but I wasn't on the grubhub menu, so then I made what was close enough to the coffee manually, and thought I would just call the store and ask them to put cold foam on it. Pretty simple request right? THEIR PHONE DOESNT WORK AT ALL APPARENTLY. It just kept saying phone out of service, or beeping when I tried calling it for 20 minutes, even asked the grubhub driver to ask the store, no response. So if you have no form of communication to your customers you should say your phone isn't working on your menu. I've never ordered from this dunkin before and this was honestly a real let down to receive a coffee that wasn't made right or prepared the waY I like.

Are you people serious? I ordered an egg an bacon sandwich on a crescent... ..YOU EVEN ASKED IF I WANTED IT IN A CRESCENT! You gave it to me on a cinnamon raisin bagel... It was actually disgusting... Thanks for having me waste my money on the one day I actually got to stop before work... Honestly I should have checked it, but how do mess up that bad? I really hope whoever dropped the ball today doesn’t complain about not making enough.. I usually don’t complain if A: it’s edible or B: I can turn around to get it changed. Between the nasty sweetness on the sandwich, and myself going to work.. Neither of those things happened...

I do a lot of business with your company. And 8 times out of 10 you guys get the order right and there are no problems. The quality of your coffee and ease of your app is what keeps me coming back. With that said I find it very disappointing that when I put through an on-the-go order and expect to be in and out, which is the purpose of that app, when I get to the drive-thru window to pick up my order and I am given beverages that were not on my receipt and then given some pushback about IF it was what I had ordered as if I did not know what I was doing (My frequent orders are saved as favorites in the app, by the way), it is not only wasting my time and everyone else's time that is behind me waiting to pick up there drive-thru purchase, but it is also very insulting. When I had assured the drive-thru worker that she had in fact forgotten key ingredients to my consistently ordered beverage along with getting my second beverage flavor wrong, she had then informed me that another ingredient, Coconut Cream Pie, which is always put in my beverage, and still advertised at that location, is no longer carried. This tells me that if I didn't say anything in the first place, it would have been handed to me without it. If its no longer offered, it should not have signage in the window and drive-thru menu. You would think that this would be something disclosed before handing my order to me. It was just poor customer service all around. When I had told her that she had forgotten to put my Splendas, she had then questioned if I even ordered splenda for my coffee, and said I just ordered it black, which led me to show her the receipt. Once she had seen that Splenda was in fact on the receipt, she had then asked me if I wanted Splenda in my drink. I don't understand why that would even be a question being that the order was clearly put on the receipt in the first place. You shouldn't have to ask me if I would like the ingredient in my beverage that I had ordered as if it were an option. After all of the questioning regarding the accuracy of my own order, it now leaves me questioning whether I want to continue giving Dunkin Donuts my business or not. One thing is for sure, I will definitely not be recommending this location to anyone and it is very unlikely that I will be visiting this particular location again.

The coffee is always messed up. The one in Brewerton is WAY better. These guys need to take notes for real. No cap.

Ok Central Square DD you will no longer have my business!!! Everytime I go there you are either rude as hell or my order is not right. Today I ordered a Salted Caramel Signature latte like the first picture, and the second picture is what I got. I said to the lady isn't there supposed to be whipped cream, she looks at me and quote on quote said "for the signature latte no I don't think so" and shut the window on my face. If you're not gonna make my drink right you could at least fill it!!!!
