Very clean and quick service. Pleasant counter person. many times in some other Dunkin shops, when I ask for a Hot light and extra sweet coffee they never add enough sugar or stir the coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so weak you are actually drinking hot water. I can honestly say that is NOT the case with this particular Dunkin. the server actually suggested I taste it to see if it is enough sugar to my liking. This made me feel like a valued customer.

Drive thru- friendly enough, although the person that took our order was not the person that delivered the order..RUDE RUDE RUDE, part of the order was missing acted like we were a bother to address. The snackin bacon- cold & greasy, the sandwich looked ok on the outside, on the inside the sausage was over cooked and rubbery. I am not asking for Michelin-starred service only the food I ordered cooked correctly. The prices keep going up but the quality down. Please do better for the next patron as I will be going to BK or McDonald's moving forward.

Almost everytime I go I spend the extra money to get almond milk instead of regular milk, not to be cute but as a dietary restriction, this is now the 3rd time my latte has been made with regular milk instead of almond, on top of it all it's more milk then latte as it is - $6 literally down the drain. The food is good, I just wouldn't get beverages here.

I had to wait nearly 10 minutes to order my food in the lobby. The clerk wasn't available, and the drive thru clerk was too busy to take my order. I did patiently wait because I had waited that long already. The coffee and breakfast bagel were decent.

Fast service, friendly staff. Odd, they force customers to share a restroom so staff can have a dedicated one. Makes it extremely inconvenient for customers, especially considering they are a major stop on the interstate. Won't stop at this location again, despite good service, restrooms are a much needed part of my reasoning for choosing that exit.

I walked into the store in the only person that was dressed appropriately was the manager all the other younger crew members were dressed in pajamas slippers and things that are not appropriate for workplace... In all honesty all those who were dressed inappropriately should have been sent home . Unacceptable attire

Every Dunkin Donuts in the area seems to be unkept and dishevelled. This location is no different. All around the building along with the building itself is in disrepair. The digital signage has been jacked up for years. The attached drive for exiting has been a mine field of potholes for years as well. Add to this an extremely long wait no matter how long the drive thru line is and this location should just be skipped entirely.

Donuts are all shrinking while price is growing but does that penny worth of dough really save anything compared to customers feeling cheated

I asked for a muffin without being heated up with butter drizled onto. Bro, what I got was a muffin with a ice cold block of butter pushed into my muffin. Who does this? This place is weird. The coffee is always messed up. The one in Brewerton is WAY better. These guys need to take notes for real. No cap.

Lots of staff so surprised the sit down area was filthy. I mentioned it but nothing ! of course, most Dunkin Donuts Ive been in are dirty - coffee is good and staff usually friendly but here. Bring your own wipes - especially if you need the high chair

Ok Central Square DD you will no longer have my business!!! Everytime I go there you are either rude as hell or my order is not right. Today I ordered a Salted Caramel Signature latte like the first picture, and the second picture is what I got. I said to the lady isn't there supposed to be whipped cream, she looks at me and quote on quote said "for the signature latte no I don't think so" and shut the window on my face. If you're not gonna make my drink right you could at least fill it!!!!
