Ordered some pizza today , Thomas took the call in order. I had to ask his name again towards the end of the call because I was impressed with his customer skills and wanted to share a review about that. These guys went above and beyond to get my order right the first time and it wasn't late actually they were early. Thanks guys from coming in clutch! Will be ordering again!

This store and crew on 5/4/2025 at 6 pm stepped up and made my order right with me. They went above and Beyond, even though they did not have to. I had placed an order through DoorDash. The driver showed up with my pizza and it looked like it had been flipped upside down and shaking in the box. The driver of DoorDash did not even get out of his truck and tried to hand it to me sideways. He did not speak no English. I told him he needed to go back and have it remade and DoorDash never did. I called the store and they went above and beyond and made me a new pizza and it out to me. I greatly appreciate what they did. Now that I know they deliver out to my address I will just order direct from them.

The guy’s at the Bridgeport location are amazing. Hard working and very friendly. You always leave in a better mood, because of the employees not just the food. Shreyas helped us out one night specifically. He always glass a positive attitude.

I just order a large pepperoni thin crust pizza for my son and me on Valentine's Day....and I kid you not this is the best pizza I've had in an incredibly long time I asked for it to be well done and no one ever gets it right..this pizza is perfection. 😍🥰🥰🥰

Ok so these guys were slammed with business! The team stayed upbeat and welcoming to everyone that came through the door even their drivers! The lobby was full of people and they kept everyone updated on the progress of their orders. They had several people who called the wrong papa John’s but this team took care of them! The wait is expected with a new opening but well worth the wait. I frankly enjoyed watching this team work hard and quick; they communicated with each other the whole time! I’d wait twice as long for this A-Team! Never once saw someone not busy or take a break!

Shreyas was so helpful. There was a small mixup with our order, but in under 2 minutes it was fixed and pizza were ready and delivered to our car.

The food was mediocre. I ordered on the app, and the track order option told me my food was ready. I get there. It hasn't even started. There is no one in the restaurant eating. A man is there waiting while the only guy in view working was preparing his pizzas. Finally, another worker appeared to make my sandwiches. NOW, the reason for my low review. I ordered a pizza bowl anticipating something similar to the photo on the menu. What I got was NOTHING like the picture. I received a paper bowl with a thin layer of green peppers, then a thin layer of sauce, then a very thin layer of cheese and some pepperoni. The entire thing was burned. I tried to scrape it from the paper bowl and I had to use a hard spatula to just move some of it off the paper. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. And I paid $9 for what amounted to a fork full of edible food. I was so upset as this was my dinner for the evening. My husband ordered a pizza and it made him sick. He instantly got cramps and pain in this stomach. I will never purchase from this location and possibly the company again.

The two times I have been here the staff is not friendly. They ignore people when we walk in and are just rude. The pizza is great but I leave there angry because of your staff

Something tells me the good reviews come from either the family from the employees or the employees themselves.... The staff was not friendly at all ... Pizza Hut or Domino's have nothing to worry like previously stated lol
