We usually go late at night. Zack that works the night shift is awesome! Very polite... which is hard to find nowadays. He also makes sure our order is correct and our fries are hot. He makes going to this McDonalds a pleasant experience every time!!!

This McDonald's has phenomenal customer service they are always so nice and helpful. Also among all the fast food places I have been to and always received a messy burger that has everything falling out of the bottom, I never get that from here. The burgers look to be made with pride and care. Always a clean and good eating experience for me as well as the fact that they always make it the way I ask. Outstanding job from the night crew!! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!! 👍👍

I went in super late and the manager was amazing. I'm a trucker and I hadn't eaten anything but pre-packaged truck stop food "absolute garbage" for 3 days in a row. I was starving, exhausted and in a really bad mood. She was super nice and took my order as soon as I walked in . Double QP large meal . It was....in a word? PERFECTION! It was made so perfectly that it was most certainly one of the best burgers that I've ever gotten from any McDonald's. Normally I couldn't eat all of that food ...but combined with how hungry I was, how horrid my day had been and how perfectly it was made, I finished every bite! I just want to say THANK YOU! for helping make my long and horrible day a bit better.

Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun. That's the old McDonald's commercial from back in the 1980's. I don't really care what alot of people say when they talk bad about it. When I eat there the taste of a double cheeseburger takes me back to my childhood. I think that is why alot of older folks get the same thing everything time. I didn't care for the breakfast when I was a kid but those sausage mcmuffins hit hard as an adult. Anyway viva McDonald's!!

Me and my fiancé and his cousin came up to McDonald’s in rhome and we only had $20 in our pockets and we went up to the window scrambling for change and the lady at the window ms Debbie took her time and went on her McDonald’s app and gave us a discount from her account and dropped our order down to $20, what an amazing lady! God bless the people who are actually kind and will help another person out.

But entering into this establishment, I notice the windows were clean, went to the bathroom, bathroom was clean, so I am like ok, went into McDonald's it was clean, service came with a smile, my food was quick and hot.. They are fast service but dont always go in order and may give food out to 2 or 3 people behind you before you. But have a pretty good rate of getting ur order right the forst time. The night time crew is the better crew and always go in order and never make a mistake. If they do they always make it right without arguing with you.

I got the new apple fritter. I was surprised at how small they are, plus it was served cold. It did however taste good!! There was along line, but it moved quickly. Don't forget to ask for napkins with that order! 😉

Stopped in today for a quick bite and tried something new. It wasn't what I thought it was and it was a bit dry. The main issue I had was that I had to take the burger back to have it made the way I ordered it only to have it made wrong again. So I just cut my loss and ate it as I don't like to have my food played with by an upset employee. The staff seemed nice but the young lady making the sandwiches seemed to be bothered a bit.

Friendly service, but i have to constantly check my order before I leave, because something is normally missing, my last visit I didn't check and got home missing items, I called the store and they told me that to let them know on my next visit and I would receive those items. Sorry guys y'all are a very friendly crew but y'all have to do a better job of quality control on packaging the order.

This location is not very attentive nor very promptly with there customers in the restaurant itself. The managers are very lacks with their employees even when they see long lines waiting for service in the restaurant itself. They seen to hire teenagers but don't provide training to this teen employees cause the employees talk and joke with each other than actually help the customers waiting in or cleaning the tables in the restaurant. The fries here are always lukewarm due to the long time the are waiting to be delivered to the customer.

The employees are usually very nice! Our orders are incorrect 50% of the time, so I always check before I leave the parking lot. It's hard to get angry though because like I said, the employees are nice people, but the order accuracy needs improvement.

I have always loved eating Uncle Julio's. This was my 3rd time at this location. Was not, and have not been satisfied at this location. Great wait staff but the food is not up to par with the other locations. Even though this location is a lot closer to me, I will travel to the Dallas location, I believe on Lemon Avenue, to eat Uncle Julio's, much much better!

They're quick to get you through the drive thru. Friendliness and kindness are lacking. So today is Thursday morning, June 29th. Person taking my order, super nice. Drive up to the first window, half smile but courteous. Second window, not even a word, not even a smile. Tossed me the order without even a look. I said thank you and have a nice day, still nothing. Closed the window. Drive away, take a taste of my vanilla iced latte, the GROSSEST thing I've tasted! Incredibly bitter. No sweetener, no flavor, no taste. Not what I paid for. Nothing but terrible, bitter, rancid tasting something..... Tried calling to alert the manager, no answer. Tried four more times, no answer .... Food was okay. Enter at your own risk

I ordered a McChicken and didn't want the spicy sandwich, just regular, no mayonnaise and the lettuce was wilted, the whole sandwich was a disaster and is giving me heartburn. I ordered no salt on my fries and they both had salt even though the ticket #1944 said "no salt"!!! McDonald's you need to better train your employees and by the way they wouldn't even answer their phone!!! So, now you get a poor review!!! At least my 4 chicken 🐔 nuggets were good!!!!!

Food was great and the employees are awesome. But you can tell when higher management there it make the whole place feel uncomfortable and not enjoyable cause when their there you can tell the employees have this dreed and fakness to them to put on a good show for the upper management than the upper management will be sitting in the lobby on their laptop or phone and you will occasionally look over to see them staring at you which is very weird. But every time their not there the employees have real smiles on their face and your food come out great

This McDonald’s is notorious for asking you to pull around and park while they take their time putting your order together and then repeatedly they forget that they’ve told these people to come around, so on multiple occasions me and several friends of mine have been told to pull around only to be forgotten about 10 to 12 minutes later we have to go collect our stuff which ends up being cold a lot. I have finally stopped coming here for that reason.

Food was typical of any McDonalds.there was a long line when I got there, however it took about 10 minutes to get my food.the reason I only give it two stars is because there was a man who tried to explain to the cashier when he returned his food that because of his culture he couldn't eat the bacon on it and she pretended like she gave him a new one and they took the bacon off and he said is this a new one and she told him yes. honesty is always the best policy with your customers, even if people frustrate you or don't do things exactly the way you think they should be done. But this one employee negatively impacted my experience.

Poor customer service and no suggestions on selling on any items, plus they have no idea what is on the app as of coupons , they say i don't know what is on there i don'tlookattheapp. But this is needing sotheycanhelpthecustomerout ... "This being said" they need more training and I would suggest that they learn about the app before the shifts starts , plus a meeting before the shift to discuss info. The place is clean and that is about all. Very disappointing.

Make sure you check your order. I’m a truck driver. I didn’t check my food drive 30 minutes away to get loaded then drove back to get my daughters nuggets. I accept that I should have checked my food. But this way you all have been warned to not get comfortable and trust them to do their job.

Came in with family (3). Place allows Togo only, basically. Sat to eat. The guy calling out orders whispers them to anyone within 6 feet. Food stayed on counter for 5 minutes. Missing things anyway. Then manager looking women stands by your table (I guess if your under 25 years old) to monitor you eat. They allow dogs and I came to eat not smell animals in heat.

McDonald's customer experience is rotting nationwide, but this experience was particularly bad. I placed an app order and picked up curbside. Fifteen minutes (15!) after the order was placed and paid for, a young lady finally emerges only to tell me they were out of one of the items I'd ordered. I could either wait ten minutes or get something else. 😖😡 I asked for a small shake to replace the missing fried pie. When the order finally arrived... no napkins, no straw, no ketchup, cold food, and nearly 30 minutes of my life lost forever. Also, I noticed that the app said I'd had my food after five minutes, so SOMEBODY is fudging the numbers. Come on people. Get it together.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s location for the past year because it consistently offered friendly customer service and fresh, hot food. Unfortunately, during my last few visits, the quality and service have declined significantly, and I feel it’s important to share this feedback. On my most recent visit, my food was cold, and the customer service was surprisingly poor. The young gentleman who took my order was noticeably rude and dismissive. That was disappointing, especially given that this location has historically taken pride in treating customers well. In addition, this is now the third time I’ve tried to order ice cream and have been told, “We don’t have any,” even though the item is still on the menu and shows as unavailable when trying to order online. If the machines are consistently down, it raises the question of maintenance and management oversight. Regular cleaning and upkeep should be prioritized so the product can actually be served. I truly want this location to succeed, because it used to be one of the better McDonald’s in the area. I hope ownership/management will review staffing, retrain on customer service, and address equipment and food quality issues so guests can again receive the level of service and food McDonald’s is known for. The link you give for additional feedback do not work. Please properly address your customers complaints.

Typically they are speedy and accurate. The past two weeks I have received the same order wrong twice. It’s a very simple order so I’m not sure what is going on. I go here at least twice a week on my lunch break and yes they are still speedy but the line crew is not reading the orders. This is twice I’ve spent money on my lunch and have not been able to eat since I’m severally allergic to pickles/cucumbers.

I can't give 0 stars, otherwise I would. I just experienced awful customer service. Used the mobile app, and the curb side pick up was closed. Used the drive thru pick up option. They couldn't get the order pulled up via this option. The manager borrowed my phone and set up the inside pick up option, and asked us to pull in the curb side pick up parking spot. Someone pulled in the parking lot, walked in and walked out while we were still waiting there. Then someone else pulled in the empty drive thru and got their order and left, while we were still sitting there. Finally my husband went in, and had to remind them what his drink order was. Then when they filled his large drink half way, and he asked that they finish filling it, they got attitude with him. No apology from anyone about how long it took, even with the manager standing right there. What's the point of having a loyalty app, if you get worst service than if you didn't use it?

We have an issue with our order nearly every time we order. It's basically one of 3 options for fast food where we live and it's a 30 mins round trip, so often not worth going to get whatever fixed. But this time beats all. We ordered 3 kids meals, 1 nuggets, 2 burgers. We got 3 kids meal boxes, 3 kids drinks, 3 kids fries, 1 nuggets, but only 1 burger. How do you close a kids meal box and not realize it only has fries?

Orders are never right!! Employee's could careless about customer service. Employee's are to busy on phones or talking to anyone who comes in!! Place is filthy!! Always check your bag before you leave, order is never right or missing meals and napkins are NEVER GIVEN! If you ask for napkin's you will get one and ONLY ONE!!! Went there management all standing around doing nothing. Was told to pull up to drive thru number one so I did and waited 15 mins. When I went in the lady who was working the second window was so incredibly rude. No receipt was given to to me because the two people where you pay were to worried about their own conversation she handed me my card and shut the window. Horrible Service.

It's been quite a while since I had anything from McDonald's, last time was about 2years ago and I had a fis sandwich that made me so sick I thought I would die; really no exaggeration... Now I finally go back cuz I'm in a hurry, and the burger had the flavor of a peace of soggy cardboard, not only that but about a hour after I got some of the worst heartburn ever. McDonald's is the worst food anyone could ever eat. The service is horrible, and the food if you can legitimately call it that is deadly......

He said that there closing in 5 min so I asked if I could make an order, he said no. His job must be way to hard. I'm going to miss this McDonald's, it was one of my favorites. I will not be back

I will not go to this place ever again! It's a joke. I order a Signature Pico Guacamole Burger. The burger was RAW. I went to the manager about this. She said it was normal. Said that the burgers are fresh not frozen. It's safe to eat raw burger. I'm sorry that is not normal. She wouldn't even offer us a new burger or anything. She didn't even apologize. I won't go back. On the web it says that this location is open 24hrs. The staff is never in the front around 2-3a and when they do walk by they ignore you completely I wouldn't dare spend my money at this location unprofessional and rude. After placing my order in the drive-thru it took 25 minutes for anybody to even come to the window to take my money! By the time they did there was a line of 6+ vehicles behind me. And, it took another 10 minutes to receive my food! The last 3 visits I've made this location have been horrible!! Don't think there's going to be a 4th!

Ordered through Uber eats, got all the sandwiches & drinks(which were paid for as meals) but didn’t get the 20 piece nuggets or any of the fries for each meal. Tried calling the phone number linked through google and nobody answers the phone. 10/10…DO NOT recommend.

I’ve been in this drive thru for the 2nd time for 20mins and there’s only no additional cars in the drive thru. This is crazy! I can see them through the window hanging out and laughing while the neglected me after they messed up my order the first time. I can understand if they were busy but holy cow guys.

All I want is “FRESH” cookies from McDonalds! Every one I go to and ask for fresh/just baked/I will wait/out of the oven cookies, I get warmed hours old cookies! Does ANYONE working at McDonalds understand? I know this because the cookie is raised and warm. When it is fresh it is flat and burning hot.

Ordered food on the app had my money removed from my bank account when I came to pick it up they said they said the system was down and I had to pay cash. Ordered lunch on the app at 3:00 when I came to pickup they said they only serve breakfast. Didn’t get my points back.

First and for most this one star is due to having to put one to make this post…. Where do I begin…. I came here with my family and ordered food through the drive thru and went home to eat our food. I got the chicken nuggets since I wanted something light and not too much to eat. Well I thought I was going to eat but come to my surprise I didn’t even get to eat my food. One of my nuggets had a big chunk of white plastic that was in it and I almost swallowed this until I chewed it and felt it in my mouth. I called to advise the mngr and she said to come back and they would replace the nuggets and give me a 10 count this time. I advised this was the worse feeling to have this inside the nugget and find it when the food was in mouth already. She said it had to be a manufacture issue for the nuggets come in a bag premade and frozen. So who is to say this batch didn’t go to a child or my child and they not know to pull it out their mouth and had swallowed it. Then something serious happen to them or even life threatening come from this piece of plastic possibly being swallowed . When I tell you this was no small thin piece of plastic it was a chunk and was white so it blended in with the white meat of the nugget. This whole situation messed my mind and taste up from wanting this food again. With this being said please be careful and aware of what we are feeding ourselves and our children. Kids will want nuggets before most other food so please take caution on your child’s next meal from here. Unfortunately it is not allowing a picture to be added or I would post a picture of the plastic as well to show the danger of what this piece of plastic was that I got in my food. It just shows this food is not as safe as we would think it is.

Went here at 6am and got breakfast biscuits. They were so hard a knife could not cut them must less bite them. The hash browns had been cooked and left as they were cold not even room temperature. If this is what the food is first thing in the morning I’d advise to not eat there at all. We bought 3 breakfast biscuits and 4 hashbrowns and it was $31. All to throw away. Get it together McDonald’s!

Ordered thru drive thru, everything looked correct on the screen. Pulled up to pay and was charged differently, looked at receipt and order was wrong . Got to window to get the food and they had it wrong. Girl there had attitude so I waited and she handed my food and was incorrect . Had to go inside and get my food re made again. The lady inside was very nice. The ladies in the back rude, and very slow.

Place an online order before four a m was told when I got there that they do not serve dinner until four a m even though the website says it does... Couldn't give me a refund because I went through the app... And couldn't give me what I ordered.Which was three double cheeseburgers plain and dry. If you get there around three thirty a m they tell you the same thing and refuse to serve dinner. I am always there before four a m and can never get my milk unless I want breakfast. They should really update the website and store policy at this location

I recently visited this McDonald's and wanted to share some thoughts for anyone considering a meal here. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on their conversations than attending to customers, which led to longer wait times. Additionally, I was disappointed with the appearance of some employees. Professionalism matters, and it's important for staff to wear clothing that fits appropriately. Seeing employees with poorly fitting attire can detract from the experience. Finally, I think there's room for improvement in customer engagement. A simple smile or suggestion from staff can go a long way in making customers feel welcome. Overall, if you're looking for a quick meal and a warm atmosphere, keep these factors in mind before you go.

Absolutely horrible. I brought my children here for lunch.-Very big mistake. 1. Our order was missing 2 entre items. I showed the employee our order and the receipt. I was called a liar. I showed her again, and she threw some sauce at me and walked away. 2. THERE WAS A FLY IN MY DAUGHTERS HAMBURGER! 3. They did not want to give me the cups that went with my meals. 4. The restaurant was filthy. (Straw wrappers and napkins everywhere & the floor was very sticky.) 5. Every employee I had the displeasure of interacting with was rude. Unfortunately there are not many options in this area, but I defiantly wont make the mistake of coming here again. I urge you to do the same.

Avoid location and/or double check your order before leaving!! I live 15 minutes down the road and have been going to this location for years. I can’t tell you how many times over those years I get home only to realize something is missing from our order or the order is wrong. I’ve gone back and addressed the issues, sent emails off to ownership, and even reached out to corporate with how often this issues keep happening. Every time I get the same ole “Well do better, here’s free …” but nothing ever seems to be done.

If you want to wait for your order about as long as in a Michelin-starred restaurant, then come here. The wait for a simple burger will be about 30 minutes.

Ya'll need to make sure the people making the burgers can read past a preschool level. Every single time I have been there my burgers have everything I didn't want on, it on it! Then they say we'll come back and we'll fix it. Over half your customers are truck drivers, I drive semi. There is no turning around. The only thing they get right is the fries and chicken nuggets. If you customize your burger, check it before you leave.

This McDonald’s is open 24 hours, but at 3 AM they were only serving breakfast while still keeping the regular menu up, which makes no sense. Fine, I go with breakfast. Then I find out they don’t have lattes. Okay, I settle for my order but they forgot to put an egg on my Egg Sausage McMuffin. 😒 If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They claim to be closed at 2am yet their systems are taking orders and everyone was in the building just sitting in the lobby on their phones and all the doors locked with no signs stating the closing. It took my husband to knock continuously to get someone’s attention. The excuse was that the fryers were being cleaned and they tried to turn us away despite a mobile order was already placed and money from the bank was accepted. She also said that the system was down and that the money wasn’t taken so we showed her that the money was indeed taken from our account for the order that was placed.

Poor customer service, steak was very dry And the grilled onions were burnt. The young guy preparing the food, seems to be forced to work! Clearly he doesn’t want to be here. It’s 5:46am how is the food not fresh!
