Our drinks were good. Did have a hard time trying to get my order across through a translator on my phone. However someone working there finally understood what I wanted and it all worked out well.

This place is a little more familiar with their drinks and menu.. they are willing to try to hear u out and assist u in finding the correct drink amidst the language barrier.. good customer service and an excellent cup of frappe! May not have a large variety of sandwiches, but they work hard to please their customers.. this place does value their customer and I respect them for it

Expensive and very rude employees. I usually like Starbucks, too, but ask in Mexicali have extremely rude employees and never get my order correct because they don't care enough.
The chai frape that I asked for more milk than chai, the service and attention is good, the only thing that ruins that is that the bathroom is missing what they charge and they do not project what it is worth, the bathroom was covered, they detached it but it does not make a discharge well, they need to be repaired. It was quite unpleasant to find it with waste.
Expensive but somewhat good coffee.
The girl that served us was unbelievably kind and offered great service. But the management, weird. Too greedy for a Spotify subscription of $5 per month? It was playing ads. And instead of fixing the speakers they had an Echo Dot playing music. In Starbucks? Crazy. They added these ugly bright white bulbs which were really ugly and all of the bulbs didn’t match in color. Also, too greedy to change the battery in the smoke detector which is insanely annoying to have it beep extremely loudly every 30 seconds disrupting conversations. Furthermore the staff (not the girl though!) started cleaning 5 minutes after closing to passive aggressively indicate it’s time to leave. That’s bad service. But hey, I guess the drinks were good, but I wouldn’t want to sit there ever again.
Not very helpful with order issues. Received wrong amount of drinks. They wanted me to pay extra for the missing one.
The service by drive is very bad, they are rude and don't pay attention to what you order, at the window they charge you something different.
Slowest service ever...messy counter tops , 5 people working. ..one man in line, his order took ten minutes...? I got my capachino, the cup split...I asked nicely for serviettes...was told they are in the service area, I said there are none...explained my hot drink spilt...no staff person cared to help...I walked away and didn't get a drink...I don't ever recommend this Starbucks.
