Corvo Coffee Broadway Reviews
Food was delicious when we were there in May - we had pizza, pasta and some of the veggie specials. We ate here 4 times on our stay in Pallanza and felt lucky to have found a genuine, non touristy trattoria. Would recommend. Worth booking ahead.
The service was excellent. We had the brancino which was cooked perfectly.
Very good pizzas, really great wine's menu! We enjoy our meal.
Amazing family restaurant. Everything we've tried was delicious. Stuffed squid, sweet potato soup were outstanding!
Highly recommend. Don't let the name fool you into thinking this is a touristic joint. It's more of an eclectic local place whose owners seem to have spent some considerable time in NY. Thoroughly enjoyed various dishes here, as well as some good local wines. Accommodating staff created a very good gluten-free pasta dish for one of our party who has Celiac. Interior rooms are well-light and decorated in a casual 20th-century boho studio style. Outdoor garden tables accommodate larger groups... and actually reminded me of various East Village haunts. As in most places in this cultural corner of Europe, reserving a table here, even a few hours in advance, goes a long way toward creating a pleasant experience... for both diners and restaurateurs.
Delicious pizza, best of our trip! Cosy and simple Italian restaurant. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting verbania.
Very nice restaurant in Verbania with a great wine list too. Lots of pizza choices and calzones. We started with a charcuterie board and they brought bread that was super delicious, especially the turmeric bread. We visited on a Friday, reservations are needed for sure. They were busy, busy. My pizza with zucchini, Sun-dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella was different and delicious. The restaurant is located down a narrow street and parking wasn’t too far away.
Neither the place nor the staff were dazzling, but ok. Good pizza and other food. Great panna cotta.
Very good food. Family atmosphere. Air conditioning in one of the dining room.
Nice place with good atmosphere. Great smell of tomatoes souce and basil encouraged me to order spaghetti with tomatoes and parmezan. The dish looked good but taste was only good. I expected much more. My partner ordered a pizza with tomatoes and mozarella which was very tasty and looked amazing! Water was brought to us in elegant, personalised bottle. In general that was quite good experience.
A very pleasant dinner with good food and a selection of appropriate wines thanks to the knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended the desserts, all homemade by Claudia.
The food was decent and the staff were super friendly and great. Although the pizza was very good the rest of the food felt more like American Italian food than the traditional food we were expecting.
Good food but staff made us feel somewhat unwanted. We arrived there, restaurant was empty, no table available inside, all reserved (though they were able to find one for a couple who came afterwards, we were with 2 little children - we didn't need a big table). Anyway, moved relatively slow, no bread nothing at the start (though no big deal), by the time we left the restaurant was still empty, but we stayed outside in the cold. I would not say it's family friendly
We had a reservation and were sat down immediately, this was good. The food came around an average wait time, drinks were very fast. But to our surprise, the food was half-burnt and the staff looked annoyed. Would not come again.
Fish was average with very soft and bland vegetables... Also the bread was very hard and dry. After all of the great reviews we were very disappointed with the food, especially for the price.
