Got a #3 combo meal, with a French vanilla iced coffee. The iced coffee didn't have any sugar in it a little disappointed, I think because they were in a rush around 11pm. But overall pretty good.

This location is my go to and usually had good service. This specific interaction happened 1 in the morning. I understand, it sucks working night shift. I got to the drive through line and already had a mobile order, and wanted to chance the ice cream machine. It was working, so I decided to order a regular OREO MCFLURRY. At the second window, I paid for my food, and the guy, elder gentleman, started to work on the ice cream. It was odd when he put in the whip cream. And so, he handed it to me, and I was confused, cause it's not what I ordered. He didn't give a recite to my McFlurry (or my online order, but it's a little different since the recite is already online), he prepared a vanilla milkshake with oreos at the bottom and the top. Not even mixed in. So, I ask about it, and he said that he didn't have a mixer. I ordered a McFlurry... shouldn't you at least tell me before taking payment? And not only that, but I was overcharged (from my guess, a vanilla shake with oreos) and not like an oreo McFlurry. I did not ask for an oreo shake that's not blended, I asked for an oreo McFlurry. I tried to at least get chocolate, but he passive-aggressively thanked us and I drove off. And to top it off, the fries weren't full. A very irritating experience Edit:Had a talk with the GM on the phone, problem resolved. Back in good favor

Well maintained place with good employees. Frequently cleaned up. During my first visit I chose my food to be delivered at the table via app, they did. During my second visit they didn’t and food was at the checkout station and no one informed about it. Other than that, I like this place for its cleanliness.

The food is great but I wish the changing table in the women’s bathroom was safer. I just changed my infant daughter on it and I had to balance it on my leg so she doesn’t fall off.

Normally I have a good experience at this McDonald's location; however, this morning was a bit different. I made a mobile order through the app, then checked in from the curbside parking space to have the order brought out to me. I ordered two Sausage McMuffin sandwiches and a breakfast plate, along with two soft drinks. First, it took almost twenty minutes for them to bring out my order after I checked in on the mobile app. Second, a person whom I'm assuming was a manager (wearing a long-sleeved, royal blue button-down shirt) delivered my order to me at my car. He was very unfriendly and shoved the food at me so quickly that he almost dropped the breakfast platter. I hope he has a better "rest of the day". There were three cars in the parking lot; one that was about to leave. The drive-through was empty and one of the drive-through employees was just standing around at the window talking to another employee. I'm not sure what the big delay was, but I hope they get it together!

We stopped in last night. We ordered 4 items. Two double cheeseburgers, a six piece mc nuggets and a medium fries. As we drove away, my wife opened the bag and found that they did not give use the fries. Since the lobby was closed we had to wait in the drive through a second time. When we got our missing fries, they were cold. No apologies. Nothing. We paid good money for this food. Just glad that we checked our order before getting home. 4 items! How hard is that to get right? I think we will go elsewhere next time!

Unfortunately my first visit to this location was very disappointing. Our fries were cold, staff were unfriendly looked like they didn't want to be there and none of the toilets were working neither ladies nor mens. We didn't enjoy our meal which is disappointing as Mcdonalds is usually good and a go to place for my husband.

McDonald's I got robbed this afternoon. Paid for a large fry and what I received was basically a medium in a bigger box. The pictures speak for themselves, both containers are filled to the same level. With the economy the way it is, every dollar matters, and this kind of corner-cutting hits your wallet fast. I used to work at McDonald's. and the standard was simple, fill the fries to the top, then add a scoop to overflow it. If you didn't, a manager corrected you. They cared about a standard, consistency and value to the customer. Now it's obvious what's going on don't top off the fries, save money, stretch the inventory, order less product. It might help their bottom ine. but it cheats the customer. If l'm paying for a large, give me a large. Not this.

The staff at this location is nice but it’s reached the point where I can no longer say nothing. There is a 90% chance that SOMETHING will be wrong with your order at this location. For MONTHS the soda machine has been putting out what looks like but is not sprite. I’ve had to have my drink replaced multiple times until I finally just started going to sonic down the block. Today I went through the drive thru and had a simple order. Chocolate milkshake. No whipped cream. OF COURSE the order is wrong and then the lady at the drive thru asked me if I could just scoop it off. I don’t know if they need more training, or to pay more attention to detail or WHAT the issue is?! But I think I’ll elect to go somewhere else going forward. Please step it up! 11/9/25 Update: It’s been about 2 months since my last update. I ALMOST came back and added another star or 2 because I’ve seen some SLIGHT improvements the FEW times I was resigned to visit this location but I am 100% SOLID in my decision hat I will NEVER be back after today. Going through the drive thru and there was only ONE car in front of me. The lady taking my order? Rude. No eye contact or greeting; nothing. The girl at the window? WORSE? I damn near broke my arm trying to reach my bag because she couldn’t be bothered to properly extend her arm to hand it to me. I ended having to overly extend myself out the car to grab the bag, while holding my balance. AND THE SPRITE IS STILL NOT FIXED. Let me say, the Lebanon Rd location was where I went first. They had a long line so I came here instead. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst location ever, waited 15 mins for my mobile order today that I placed peior to getting to this location. Then i proceed to watch at least a dozen cars that enetered the drive thru after i was parked and entered into the app i was in spot one. This isn't the first time this had happened. I had to leave ny vehicle and walk thru the drive thru live which is a safety hazard to go in and get my order. Their excuse each time in broken english is "we're not staffed right". Excuses excuses for this location

The last few times I've swung by this location to grab a snack the soda syrup mix was completely off and made my drink un-drinkable plus the fries were not hot and pretty sad looking. They also skimp on filling the fry containers. They have additionally disabled several deals an options in the app for this location which is annoying. I do not visit this location anymore.

This place always messes up my order. I try to give it a chance over and over again because me coming from a background of food and management I understand mistakes happen. This has been about the 3rd time in 2 weeks they have messed up my order. I don't think reading a screen is that hard. It's just really disappointing when I have a long day at work and then a long day with my kids and all I want is to eat my food with no problem, but no this mcdonalds doesn't allow that to happen. Not to mention the gas I have to use coming back up to the store to get my order right. I don't think I will be back after giving them chance after chance. I am highly upset.

I did an order on Curbside since it was only 2 things and some free fries since it’s Friday!! I thought it was going to be fast, but it passed 25 minutes and I went inside to ask, but the manager told me that the system was not working and i show her what i order and my recipe that I already pay! But she was so rude and told me again that the system was not working, instead of solving the problem she was expecting me to leave without my order! What a great Friday with this bad experience at this location. At the end I got my 2 coffee’s but not the free fries 😢

The workers here are very rude and they even threatened me to leave the place without food even after paying in the app..saying that they don’t have my order in there..they are yelling at all the customers not only me and they even used cursed words and they are very rude and I think the manager should look on this And if the manager or the store owner are seeing this… to find the particular workers who are involved in this are..I don’t know their particular names but the time now is 1.51AM and the date is 21st Sep 2025. I’ve mentioned this as you can find in there who was on shift for this particular time and date don’t try to threaten the customers and yell at them..we are paying for the food and we want the food which we’ve ordered

Just left this McDonald’s is 111. Nobody answered the door. I’m not gonna eat at no place, but I can’t find any staff and then there’s two girls sitting in the car. I guess they’re her friends. She opened the door and let them in, but she couldn’t take my order in the drive-through. I don’t know why y’all let certain people work at night. I would not want this person fixing my burger cause there’s no telling what she was doing on the inside of the store. You can’t be all outside touching all over the door and everything and then coming in to make my sandwich so I left and I’ll never stop there again Not at this time of night no ma’am no sir

Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. I waited over 30 minutes just to place my order, and even then, the staff — especially Osbaldo — didn’t respond properly or show any concern. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. It seems like poor service is becoming a pattern at this location. Definitely needs better management and customer service training.

Had to wait 20 minutes on curbside pickup for a cheeseburger and 1 McFlurry. Another car which pulled up at curbside 10 minutes after us received their order at the same time as us ( 2 big bags ) on the receipt it showed it was finished after only 4 minutes of placing the order. The cheeseburger was almost cold and the McFlurry was not mixed at all. Plain ice cream below the little top layer of toppings.

Unpleasant experience lived in this branch. The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired, it seems that as a customer we were causing them a nuisance just by being standing in front of the counter waiting for attention. The French fries? Terrible. The food I ordered? Terrible too. I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend coming.
