Mr Bigg's Bar & Grill Broadway Reviews
As a native New Yorker from Hells Kitchen, Mr Biggs has been a staple for many a broke college student. $5 margaritas, deliciously greasy fried pickles, hearty burgers with cheese inside the patty (The Juicy Lucy) and even Fish n Chips! This place is a great stop to gossip with friends and chat with friendly bar tenders. It’s packed on Fridays and Saturdays but the extra noise and people adds to the experience. LGBTQ+ friendly of course!
Staff and vibe are so fun! The music was on point. Also, it was the premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and they changed the TV for me - super sweet can’t recommend this bar enough. I’ll def be back!
Pretty nice place with some killer drink specials, and what looked like good food (I didn't have time to order their food). Seems like an all-inclusive, all are welcome sort of place. There was a comfy, and welcoming vibe here.
As an experienced drinker and rater, I came in with high standards—and this bar delivered. The cocktails? Balanced, bold, and beautifully crafted. The pours? Generous, just how I like my men and my martinis. The atmosphere was electric, inclusive, and full of life—no pretense, just pure good vibes. Bonus points for a bar staff that actually knows how to make a proper Old Fashioned and serve it with a wink. Whether you’re sipping, dancing, or just people-watching like a seasoned professional, this spot is a 10/10.
Went here yesterday after just passing it by while walking outside. The sign of $4 drinks and $5 frozen margaritas caught my eye. So my friend and I walked in. Security was at the door which was a nice feeling since it was after midnight. The waiter came right up to us and was so super friendly. The bartender made awesome drinks. She was so nice too. Not even $60 we spent on drinks and food. Great place. Will be back again.
I find it's always better to venture a little further away from the main Streets and Avenues in New York and this is one of the main reasons why. Draft beer only $4, Frozen Margarita $5 and food was relatively reasonable too, for me personally it's more of a Bar than a Grill though. We were served by a few different people and they were always asking if everything was ok. Service was probably the best here out of any Bar we visited and would definitely return when next in New York.
I didn’t eat so I can’t rate but the frozen margarita were a cute portion and so cooking on a hot june day . Crowds around me were happy and social and service was attentive and friendly I hope to come back with friends . It’s open layout and a u shaped bar and outdoor seating . The screens have a lot of different flavors but maybe can get distracting but I went alone and chuckled a little while watching Invincible Happy Pride ! Maybe I’ll visit again this week before the crowds get crazy this weekend!
As I’ve gotten older my ability to tolerate the taste of alcohol has gotten incredibly worse, so I’m usually the only sober one in my group of friends when we go out. I mentioned this to the waitress and she recommended their sour apple margarita, said you can’t taste the alcohol at all—makes it easy for the effects to creep up on you. I was skeptical because they all say this, but I gave it a shot anyway. And oh boy. Let me tell you. I did not taste the alcohol one bit. It was delicious, and I got pleasantly drunk off two of those margaritas lol. It was only around $6 for the drink too—I think there was a special deal going—so it was super cheap which was also incredible. Waitress was very friendly and personable, I owe her one!
Stopped for a beer ended up ordering buffalo nachos. The staff was absolutely amazing I hope the names are right but John ( the manager) and Natasha (server) were so accommodating. They were so friendly and just overall great people to chat with. Don't walk by stop and have a drink you won't regret it
My fiancé & I went in for some grub in the Hell’s Kitchen area. The wings were nice, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside…mmm. You can’t forget the fries, they were delish as well. Also you can’t go bad with $5 frozen margaritas which was a plus. LGBT friendly & mixed crowd of 21+ the music was definitely awesome! We will be back again.
5 stars! Great service, Great atmosphere/ music, Excellent food. Frozen drinks weren't really strong but still pretty good, so I'd give those a 3/5. Food shown: Fish & Chips - 5/5 Great fish with the crispiest fries I've ever tried Penne alla Vodka w/ Chicken - 5/5 EXCELLENCE Frozen Margaritas- 3/5 Not boozy enough
Lively, friendly bar with AFFORDABLE drinks!! $5 for frozen margaritas and $9 for a lemon drop drink. $4 select beers…table service… need I say more. I liked the 2 hot dogs for $5 dollars but there is no relish, hence the $2.50 per hot dog price…I would stay away from the tacos though. If you want a pleasant experience with cheap drinks it’s a great spot
I'm a big fan of the atmosphere, but it's off-putting when the batenders charges $20 to play a song. Considering we're already spending money on drinks and food, it seems like the least they could do is accommodate a customer's request. After all, customers are the lifeblood of any bar or restaurant.
Great bar with a wide beer selection in a comfortable atmosphere. Beers cost double the advertised price and they’re served in a plastic cup.
Food is good, never an issue. Drink Specials are great ($4 drafts) but unfortunately the taps are often warm, and just a Bud Light bottle (the Kriten Stwedst of beers) will be $8? Staff is very friendly, but it’s hit or miss as there are times they seem like they’re just …there, aren’t listening carefully (I’ve had to repeat myself and still didn’t get what I asked for), take a while to return or disappear altogether and have you asking around for a drink or your bill (had to eat my only meal of the day dry once). It is a really good spot with excellent outside seating for people-watching. I have recommended before but Maybe I’ve just been having bad luck.
