Dalton's Broadway Reviews
This place was fantastic. I ate here before a show and they were fast, respectful, and the food was amazing. Their pretzel bites with the sauce was the bomb, best pretzel dish I've ever had. The overall feel of the place was great with good music. Amazing experience 5/5, 10/10, whatever you want to say. Good people, great atmosphere, amazing food. Thank you for the great experience!
Great sports bar! So many tvs and they’re on point with broadcasting live sports! Chris is a phenomenal bartender. Great vibes & service. Definitely will come back.
Visited this bar & grill on a short NYC break. Great, friendly atmosphere. Food was typical bar & grill stuff and was really nice. Good value for money too. Staff were friendly and although the seevice was a little bit slow, it didn't adversely affect the overall experience. Would definitely revisit if ever in NYC again.
Walked here to wait for surge pricing to go down after a Broadway show and had a really delicious chicken quesadilla with a crispy glass of wine. The food was so good and the staff was fast. I also like the variety of seating between tall boys, the bar and traditional tables.
We were looking for a nice local place for lunch and even though Dalton's was just a couple blocks from Times Square it was perfect! Bartender knew many patrons by name, service was quick and efficient and the food was top notch. We got the magarita flatbread and a Caesar salad. The pizza was good but the salad was awesome! Came with anchovies which is not a regular practice these days and the dressing was one of the best I've ever had!
Absolutely fantastic night in Dalton’s. Our second visit as Brits who originally visited 2 years ago and knew we wanted to come back asap. Great vibes, lovely drinks choice and food. Staff are so helpful. Was served by an amazing waitress called Kate (also helped out by Courtney too!) felt like she could not do enough for us! Also the manager (unfortunately cannot remember his name, so sorry!) was awesome too! Could not recommend enough. Will be back again asap!!
Had a lovely night here, two years on from last coming. Kate was amazing, so so attentive and kept us going with drinks. She was so lovely to talk to, despite how busy it was and how many people she needed to serve! Could not recommend here more, we will continue coming here every time we come to NYC 🙌🏻
My first visit to Dalton's. Just moved from Flagstaff Arizona to NYC. It's Sunday and the football games are on. The bartender was Michelle and she was excellent. Constantly checked on you and had a great smile. Think this is my new spot. Only had 2 drinks but tge food looked good. Give it a shot.
Daltons is the perfect bar for me. It’s not that the staff are unfriendly. They are. They are great, attentive, polite, and when you’re conversational they are really conversational back. But what makes Dalton’s special for me is they respect the customer who just wants to turn up, read a paper, drink alone, and not be bothered. There are lots of tables of people eating and drinking and having a good time. I can’t speak to that. I just like to go to the bar after a long day, know that they already know what I’m drinking, and let me be until the cup is dry and another is offered. Chilled. Relaxed. The beer is always fresh. The bar is always reassuringly busy but quiet enough to get a space without being wedged in between folks. Big fan. Recommend very much.
Great bar and great vibes for game day or just a great spot to grab some well priced beer in Hell’s Kitchen. Staff is very cool and kind had to deal with a rude redsox fan who was insanely disrespectful. Wait staff handled it with class will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend
Dalton's is one of my favorite spots in all of NY. I don't go for the sports, I go for the outstanding service from brilliant people like Katy. She not only always greets us with a smile and remembers our drinks but she is amazingly bright, sharp witty and intelligent. Everytime I visit my friend Shane we are at Dalton's several times a week. The food so far above any other pub/tavern/sports bar fare! Their grilled cheese and tomato soup (pictured) will spoil you for life! And there are vegan options!
Dalton's Bar & Grill is a cozy spot with comfortable seating that invites you to relax and enjoy a great meal. The food is truly amazing, and the beer is always fresh, making it a perfect place to unwind. Their Onion Soup is a standout dish that will leave a lasting impression. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a place to catch up with friends, Dalton's Bar & Grill is sure to please.
Dalton’s Bar & Grill 611 9th. Ave. New York, NY 10036 Classic Chicken Wings Tempura Buffalo Cauliflower Grass Fed Beef Burger Chicken Ciabattaa Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Appearance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taste: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In midtown Manhattan just minutes away from Times Square is a local sports pub serving everyday bar food ranging from appetizers to sandwiches. Classic Chicken Wings: The bone-in wings had the perfect blend of heat and fire. The carrot and celery sticks also went well with the blue cheese dipping sauce. Tempura Buffalo Cauliflower: If you want another variation of spice, then explore the tempura buffalo cauliflower. The vegetable is breaded in a light batter and splashed with buffalo sauce. Both appetizers are served in large portions and were fantastic. The only minor drawback is the quantity of dipping sauces are small and there is a small upcharge if you request an extra sauce cup. It’s a win-win whichever sandwich you try! Grass Fed Beef Burger: Cooked medium well on a brioche bun, the burger was satisfying. The caramelized onions are the backbone to this plate. Chicken Ciabattaa: With the option of grilled or fried, I choose the fried patty for the chicken ciabatta. It included a variety of toppings including fontina cheese, avocado, Mexican salsa, and the jalapeño mayonnaise. Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup: If you are feeling vegetarian, the grilled cheese and tomato soup will hit the spot. The multi-layered cheese sandwich was served on sour dough bread. It’s a perfect plate for the fall and winter seasons. It was a fantastic dining experience. Service was decent. Aside from the issue with the amount of dipping sauce, the portions otherwise are plentiful as you’ll definitely leave on a full stomach. #daltonsbarandgrill #9thavenue #hellskitchen #chickenwings #BuffaloCauliflower #grassfedbeefburger #chickenciabatta #grilledcheese #nycfoodie #nycfoodspots #nyceats #nycfoodreviews #nycbars #foodstagram
Dalton's was a fun place, and a great place to watch a Giants game and get the authentic New York experience. The waitress was sweet, but not overly attentive. Of course, they were very busy, so that's to be expected and not a knock on her. I ordered a lemonade, which was way over carbonated, but perhaps that's just the way they make them there. My guest said that the wings were great, and my food was pretty good as well. The worst part of the experience was that there was this guy that was talking way too loudly at one of the tables near us, to the point of literally screaming to his guests. It's not really the restaurant's fault, but I have no idea why he felt the need to talk that loudly. All-in-all, a fun place, would recommend.
Heading to a show we had a little time to waste before the "Curtain Call". We decided to peek our heads into Daltons for a little Happy Hour exploration. This place was busy and loud, you can tell they have plenty of regulars. We grabbed a high-top and decided on some chicken sliders and rum punch. The service was quick and the staff attentive, which was a plus giving the volume of activity. The chicken sliders were tasty and would not mind stopping in again for a quick bite before a show. Just A Note: If you are of Caribbean/African American ancestry or decent... the Dalton's version of Rum Punch is not what you are accustom to.
