Cafeteria Bronx Reviews
A cute and comfy spot in Real Little Italy 🇮🇹 of Bronx! Other than some fancy cafes, this is a cafe and bar that you feel warm and cozy and perhaps … tipsy! Cafe owner is so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely visit again for coffee and cake PS The Christmas decorations in the cafe is fancy!!!
Quaint little café in little Italy with great coffee, some variety of desserts such as cakes, ice cream and of course wine and liqueur. The place has a unique decor with great atmosphere as well as very friendly and patient staff. Outside seating is also available.
Great espresso, probably the best coffee I've had in NYC. I was confused at first when I walked in because it felt more like nightclub then a coffee shop, but as Danny said 'why not.' It's such good energy inside and with really friendly staff. I highly recommend, especially if you need a break from the chaos - Thanks 🙏🏾
I came in on a quiet evening on Thursday. It was just me, the owner, and a table outside. We had a lovely conversation about both our travels. Espresso was divine. Highly recommend the chocolate covered cannoli. They are filled fresh! Will be bringing friends here when I’m back in the Bronx.
Friendly stuff, and amazing atmosphere. Warm and cozy vibe. Almond dessert must to try
Great cozy place with good service. Lots of drink choices and amazing pastries. Well worth the visit while in Arthur Ave in the Bronx.
Good cafe latte. And, he was very kind. Also they has nice outdoor table.

Stopped by last week later in the evening with my wife for a coffee order to go and was not disappointed, love there bar and there higher end selection of Spirits, coffee was excellent, service was fast and professional, really small place but very cozy and romantic, give them a try!
Danny was very hospitable and even insisted my coffee was free. Had a great chat with him and felt very welcomed. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦!
Delicious cappuccino and chocolate biscotti. Small and cozy- I’ll be back for an aperitif - there is an impressive bank of spirits here!
Perfect small venue, great proximity to every other restaurant and store in the Little Italy area. Delicious coffees and desserts, especially the tiramisu. Locals tend to chat outside and smoke cigars, my favorite activity there. Conveniently across from the La Casa Grande humidor. Indulge yourself when willing and able at this spot.
“I always go for coffee here, and it’s the most quiet and familiar café in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is cozy, and it feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful place to enjoy a good cup of coffee!
We dropped in after a bicycle trip from Manhattan to Bronx in the early morning. The little itally neighbourhood is an oasis and this cafe very was a friendly and cozy place. Had a nice chat with the owner and very good coffee!
Came in to get a late evening double espresso. The man was super kind and was very deliberate in preparing the coffee. It was $5 for a large expertly prepared delicious drink. Highly recommended.
Very fast service, excellent food and great coffee I recommend this spot. Very clean and the staff are very warm and loving.

I found this to be an unusual little place with a local vibe on Arthur Avenue that seems to be run by an Eastern European couple. They were very friendly, I didn’t think that our coffee drinks were very good but we stopped in for coffee and dessert after lunch at Enzos next-door. I’m not sure where the pastries are made, they did not seem to be housemade but they were OK.
This place definitely has interesting vibes. The cafe/bar had a good cappuccino and a strong Irish coffee. The ambience was interesting—debate-filled conversations with coffee and liquor mixed in. It reminded me of the scene in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel when Abe was in France in coffee shop debating with the locals. My only negative was that the place smelled like smoke. I know the facility doesn’t allow people to smoke inside but customers would step right outside, smoke, and quickly come back in with heavy smoke scent.
My macchiato was the best I’ve ever had but my companions said their mochas were like hot cocoa. I think most of the clientele here don’t order mochas. Cozy place.
Nice spot on the Avenue for cocktail or espresso. Outdoor seating across from the market. Great for relaxing and people watching. Place is not too big inside.

There's alot of seating here, very cozy. They offer alot of chilled treats and pastries, which are all tastey. You may have to wait a few minutes on a weekend, even with two servers trying their hardest to keep up, you can tell it's not easy. Still, they they take your order with respect and courtesy. The place isn't ultra fancy, but alittle respect goes along way here. We enjoyed our stay here. The cappaccino was really good, chocolate covered cannoli was good, cheese cake was good. I would spend time here again, in fact - I'm sure I will.
