UPDATE: Been here a few times since my last review and the food still fresh and delicious. Decor beautiful. Bathrooms clean. Service great. My only problem I had is that I was asked for my Debit Pin to charge me. I told them to hand me the machine I'll put it in myself. The lady behind the counter asks for me to write it down on a paper. Not wanting to cause a scene because there were numerous clients there, I just told her no. She then charged me regularly like credit. I don't know what her intentions were by this but usually any merchant asking for a PIN is doing FRAUD. Not acceptable, especially being in the community we are in. And it's the Holiday season, not okay- NOT RIGHT. 2023: I have ordered from here plenty of times and I can honestly say.... Just dine in. Everytime I order for delivery, the food is not the same quality or quantity. Best way to enjoy their best quality food is dining in. You'll get more bang for your buck and you won't get the burnt pieces of meat that would obviously get returned back in the restaurant.

This restaurant did not meet my needs as a customer. First they started staring at me and my partner. Second, with not a lot of people in the restaurant. They had manger to still bring the food late and cold. After tasting the food and trying there variety of plates i would not recommend coming to El Valle Restaurant. The pollo guisado was sad. I literally only ate the rice. The two pieces of chicken had hair and chicken was dry. How in the world a stew chicken is dry. I will not be going back again. Sorry this disappointed me. You may not tell from the pic but the chicken was the skinny drum stick in my life.

This is more for the deli. The lady likes to change prices. Charged me 17 for mangu, a soda, & a blistex. Meaning the small amount of food cost me more than 10?? But other times it’s 9. Just a little heads up for anyone.

My family ordered once from here and found hair in the food. And I just placed an order not knowing it was the same restaurant my family found hair at. We just found worms in one of our orders. We ordered a combo of white rice, beans, sweet plantains and pork chops. We found it near the pork chops and sweet plantains. We called JUST to let them know “hey check your pork chops or plaintains because we found worms”. Just wanted to give a heads up and keep it moving. BUT now I’m writing a review because the lady over the phone was very very nasty. She quickly said “no you’re wrong” and then said “are you finished yet” and “this is not the time to report anything “ cutting us off. Mind you we were super nice over the phone and calm when in reality we did not need to be. Had she cared enough, had she apologized, had she said omg I will check the food and thank you for letting us know , I wouldn’t have taken it to this review. I have never written a review about any restaurant even when I’ve had bad service before. But the lady over the phone was all the way wrong for handling it the way that she did …..

They pictured 3 large strips of fried pork and what I got was tiny fried slices that were dry and overcooked through Grubhub. I’ll never order from them again! What a waste of time and money!

Placed a family combo plus a extra order of rice. Been doing this for over 10 yrs. Every dish always came where it was enough to actually feed 4 ppl. Tonight the boneless chicken was half full. I call and the lady said on the phone that the cook filled up the plate and they can't do nothing about it. Such a shame. This was the only place I went for Spanish food. Prices went up but they started tapping into the food by being cheap.

This place is absolutely disgraceful. I ordered the Chicarron de Pollo sin hueso and they left the bone. The chicken was definitely not fresh, was over cooked, under cooked, burnt and definitely food I would not even give to my dog!!!! I will never, ever eat from this place. Food was disgusting. It broke my heart to throw all of it away.
