Cinnabon/Carvel Brooklyn Reviews
What an awesome experience with tasty sundae and buns at this location! We were warmly and immediately greeted. The store is very clean and bright. I liked the quick service along with the neat and pretty prep of my strawberry crunch. It has me in the sweetest Friday afterwork vibe! Thanks y’all- keep up the great business. What a treat in Bed Stuy!
Oh what the neighborhood needed. Clean, friendly, and fast. A treat in the summer and winter. The owner Tania is an absolute gem. Definitely will be back.

The owner works here and she’s lovely. I def recommend this spot. The service was amazing
My favorite place to go for ice cream and cinnamon rolls. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Black owned.
I rarely leave reviews, but I simply had to this time. I am a sucker for new and trendy bake shops. I loved Cinnabon as a child and thought I would not be interested in them now. I was very wrong. This particular Cinnabon is absolutely going on the list for treat day. Let me start by saying I have never been to any establishment to eat that was THIS clean—I mean immaculate. You will have to visit to understand why this is even part of my review! Do not overlook this obvious but hidden gem. I was actually there when the buns were being assembled meticulously. The extra attention and personalization given to my order was duly noted. Every single item in the showcase looked freshly made, baked to perfection. No hard edges from over baking. They melted with each bite. And the service and friendliness is what you wish you experienced every time you handed your money over for a service rendered. Kudos to this family. This was a welcome nostalgic experience!
Amazed as soon as we walked in. The shop is clean, well arranged and welcoming. When the owners genuinely are into their craft, community, and love what they do, count on an A++ experience . Oh yes, and the Cinnabons are awesome! On my go-to list for sure.
I love coming here when I have a sweet tooth. The owner is very welcoming along with the employees! In my honest opinion, this is the best Cinnabon spot I had in Brooklyn! If you want some nice cinnamon rolls, then come to this one!
Some of the reviews don’t make no sense… i went here after reading them and this was my best cinnabon experience and I love how ready everyone in the store was. Owner greeted me and my family through the door (this is around 7pm on a friday night where its busy) and the workers were focused, asked the right questions (mind you two of them were young and knowledgeable, i love to see that) and delivered my order to the T. Very good experience and I suggest anyone who had a bad experience to revisit without any negativity that caused you to make your experience here bad as well.
The place is clean and the people are helpful. The cinnamon buns are very good, warm and moist. I've been there a few times since.
Two things that should never go together but surprisingly they do. I only go here when I have a sweet tooth. Everything in moderation or else you blow up like Shrek. Otherwise no complaints. I will go here again unfortunately and be satisfied again.
I was totally delighted to see this new business in my neighborhood. I found it very clean and inviting. The staff was very courteous, welcoming and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to converse with the owner and found her to be friendly, informative and “about her business “. What I found troubling was her experience with unwarranted negativity. I believe this business will continue to round out our continuing blossoming community. I am a very satisfied customer.
I visited the store on 4/10/23 for the first time and was greeted by the staff as soon as I entered. The establishment was clean, airy and the service was excellent. The owner went out of her way to strike up a conversation with my 2 y/o as she made my sundae. I will definitely go back.
Well, well, well, it seems trolls have a penchant for Cinnabon. Some of the reviews here and hilarious. The owner is nice and so are her employees. Very respectful and welcoming - as soon as you hit the door, don't be swayed. PS. The grapefruit sorbet is top shelf.
First time visiting and found this location to be a neighborhood gem. The proprietor Miss Tonya was warm and welcoming. The location was clean and neat. My family has a big sweet tooth so we will be back and soon.
Best location I’ve ever been too! So nice and so kind, they make me feel so welcomed.

Costs nothing to be kind and inform buyer products arent fresh...would have gotten something instead. Tipped and everything, mouth still has the aftertaste of the cleaning spray they must clean the counters with where it was left on for past week...Very disappointed. Wasnt even asked to warm it up, got it cold and dry and old :( happy friday everyone...

I came to this Cinnabon (374 Tompkins Ave, Brooklyn) for the $1 cinnamon roll promotion shown in the official Cinnabon app, but the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I tried to explain that the app directed me to this location, one employee interrupted me mid-sentence, and another cashier cut in from across the counter, telling me “not all locations participate” in a condescending tone. When I asked how I could verify that, she snapped, “Maybe you should call next time.” As I was leaving, another employee sarcastically told me to “have a nice day.” Very unprofessional and unnecessary attitude — I won’t be returning to this location.
I had all intentions to buy from both carvel and Cinnabon but the people working in here were incredibly rude. Incredibly. I would never recommend going here if that’s how you treat customers.
The Cinnabons are delicious but the level of cleanliness is disgusting. There was an employees coat right where the coffee is made. I watched one employee (the older woman with a sour face) empty the used coffee holder into the trash bin and bang it (to release) on the sides of the trash bin INSIDE the trash bin. Then return it to the coffee machine without rinsing it. She also was not wearing gloves and touching everything then touching food. Just ick! All ick! I’ll have to find another Cinnamon.
Came when they first opened. The employees were very eager and friendly but the woman at the register was not nice at all. Then I saw her name tag and it said ‘owner’. Must have gotten some special ‘economic zone’loan. The ice cream sandwiches looked like they melted and were then refrozen. Uncool. I would never go back and support such a horrible woman . I feel bad for her employees who seem very nice
