Always love Jack-in-the-Box. So nice to have after so many years. From Cali and have been living in West Texas, New Mexico, and Virginia where there aren't any. Their tacos, munchie meals, and jalapeno poppers are my favorite!

it was after rush hour on Friday and all food was made to order. Ultimate cheeseburger took on a whole new taste, and tacos were piping hot. Restrooms clean

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and it was pretty good for fast food quality. The broccoli wasn't how I expected it to be but wasn't an issue I'd go again and order the same thing if I could.

When I used to worked at the nursing home up the road, i came to this location twice somedays picking up orders for my residents and coworkers! They always get my order just right, I hardly ever have a long wait, and they are always very nice. I couldn't ask for better service! Thanks yall! :)

The Burgers ACTUALLY look like the pictures! Fresh green lettuce, not just the white stems, ripe tomatoes, fresh onion. I have been here several times lately and it seems to be consistent. Nice to see people taking pride in what they do again in America.

We visit this JIB every time we pass through weatherford. The head lady (maybe Lionor) she’s amazing!! She’s knowledgeable and efficient and does a great job of leading her employees. The food is always hot and delicious. And YES, I like my egg rolls w ranch.

Awesome service! The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly. One of the Managers, Destiny, made our visit amazing and fun. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious! Highly recommend! This location is much better than the other location in town!

We have always loved JIB's food. From their breakfast sandwiches, burgers combos and tacos and egg rolls, they never to serve ggid food. This JIB is not in the most convenient area, but I will definitely frequent again.

A girlfriend and I had been shopping all day and we were hungry so we stopped at the jacking the box coming out of Weatherford Texas on the hay going in to fortworth .I ordered 5 chicken strippa the chicken sandwich that has bacon cheese, lettuce tomatoes on it. With 1lg drink and a ice coffee. With two pieces of of the cinnamon stick things. Taking part of order to husband-chicken stripes. My friend had the three pattie hand burger curly fries and a large drink and 2 cinnamon sticks. Plus loaded tinny tacos with extra cheese sauce. After paying a huge amount of money we were asked to pull forward and they would bring it out . So I did 32 min .later I pulled back around to pick up order. We asked for ranch and barbecue sauce Salt pepper,extra napkins and make sure extra sauce was put on side. We received the worst food I've ever eaten at a Jack in the box.food was cold and mushy no salt pepper or dipping sauces the ice mocha coffee was like water and no cinnamonsticks . Only one napkin. And when I had asked for my recipe she said it printed but she threw away. We thought she would put it in the bags. I think we spent over 50 bucks their and I will never go back there again.and I've started telling everyone I know. My friend got sick for a couple of days . Very unpleasant trip.

Haven't had Jack in the box in 2 years so went out of our way to stop here and was not disappointed the short drive thru line went by quick. The lady's on the intercom were very nice (think somebody was getting trained.. Good job and keep at it) and got our food out to us in no time. The food was hot and delicious definitely gonna try to stop on our way back

I live in the East, and this is one of the few I can park my semi truck by. The customer service is awesome, and I love how the taste of the food hasn't seemed to change after all these years.

The lady who helped me at the register was so helpful and made me feel like my Mom was taking care of me, it was so nice! She helped me pick what was appropriate for me, portion size and money wise. I'll definitely be coming back in hopes she is there and of course it was all very good!

I order the #21 from the breakfast menu (Supreme croissant) with coffee and a breakfast jack substitute to croissant bread. I enjoyed my breakfast it was made when I ordered it so it was nice and hot and the croissant bread wasn't squished or soggy...

Good experience overall. The service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Our kids especially loved the drink machine with all the soft drink choices and flavors.

It was ok not ok. I know it gets hard at lunch hr. But today. Hmmm. Food great. Order umm lets see. They were having mechanical problems with their order screen. Ok it happens. Took a bit to get order. Then i had to remind person of drink and then when i said tacos. She got defensive and rude about the system being messed up. Shoved the bag of tacos out the window and slammed it shut. Oh ok. Not a good day. I get that. I work retail. I have a window i can slam as well. But i always say have a nice day before i slam it. Just sayn. I hope they get it fixed. I hope she perks up. On intercom and at window.

It was 11 a.m. went for some late breakfast to mcdonald stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 AWW HORSE S#@T. Went to I hop super freaking busy 30 min wait said screw this, so went to jack in the box finally get breakfast for my 14 year old she was happy, fiance was happy and I got food. Not 5 ⭐ because drive thru people were not listening.

They have really good breakfast if you're in a hurry. I wish they would bring back that breakfast sandwich that had chicken, a fried egg, ham, bacon and 2 kinds cheese on toasted sourdough bread. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I used to eat it all the time. Could have something to do with why I now have a pacemaker and terrible heart failure but I'm no doctor.

Employees are very friendly service usually fast and the food is usually hot and fresh. We have to drive by this one daily and my 6yr old wants the kids meal from here if we eat out instead of Mcdonalds, she said the burgers a "twisty" fries are better. Never have had an issue with the order veins messed up or the burgers or Any sandwich looking like it was slapped together and falling apart.

Food is usually pretty good but for some reason very greasy on my last visit. Particularly my hashbrown. Not sure what part of the cooking process causes the hashbrowns to be very soggy and dripping oil everywhere instead of crispy but I was in a hurry and that one just made it to the trash 😕

I went in the morning order 2#4's #10and a #22 and the cashier offer me a cheese cake for a dollar more i took the offer. In front of me there was one more vehicle once i arrived at the window in took a while for the orderto be complete. The lady taking the orders had a great smile and good service she also mention if i needed ketchup salt, now in days fast food restaurants are cutting on ketchup that you have to ask for it or they wont put some of the bag like before... Thanks Jack. I will go back.

They got a freestyle machine which is simply the best thing ever. The curly fries are great and I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwhich. One of the better fast food restaurants, definitely recommend.

Have been here multiple times after 7pm and Sherry(?), older lady normally at the drive through is ALWAYS so welcoming. Our food is always hot, order is correct and the sauces are always in the bag. We go out of the way to drive a few extra minutes to this Jack because we know we won't have any issues. If she's the one handing us the bag, I almost don't feel the need to check the bag.

Place was clean. My order came out fast. Was right and fries was hot yet. Not sure about the coke Machine Seen it in other locations. They always look bad with drink spills all over it. With me making it worse. Needs redesigned.

I have been at this location twice recently the service has been hit and miss. Yo-yo ing from amazing to not. Check to make sure you have everything before you leave the drive through and you will be okay. The food is warm and exactly what you expect from Jack in the Box. The tacos are still the bomb.

The staff seemed like they did not care if they helped you . And could careless if your fries were hot. One customer was complaining about their food was cold and woman at the counter said " that's not my problem !they don't pay me to take your issues!"

Had a takeout order, there was a bag sitting on the mobile pickup section, but had not name on it, so I waited for a worker for 10 minutes, and she got pissed at me for not taking it, saying "It's that right there" with a lot of attitude, I told her "There's no name one it" she said it was my order and I didn't want to argue with her so I took it and left. They really need to put names on mobile pickup orders, that's the third time I've had to deal with that lady's rudeness.

The friendliness of the drive though person is iffy at best. One time the attendant is not friendly at all and the next time, very good. Today not so much again, sad to say. The food is always good though. I am gluten intollerant so I go for the sourdough Jack burger, which I love. Not many places have sourdough bread for people who are gluten intollerant, but "Jack" does, AND you can buy just a sourdough bun to take home and make your own burger with!!! A real plus!

I started working night shift. My options are Jack n the Box or Whataburger. Y'all have iced coffee. I was getting tired of pizza or WB. But the last few times there's been one employee have an attitude with me and even lie to me. I watch the clock until I can take my break from work and get my coffee and mini-tacos. I even graciously bring y'all my co-workers' business as well. I always order the caramel sweet cream iced coffee and ask for whipped cream. I've gone all different times of day. Not a single issue....until my "lunch" break. There's a woman running the drive-thru. It's always between midnight and 1AM. I would share my receipt but she wouldn't give it to me or my penny in change. It's ok she can keep them. But don't lie to me and say y'all don't have whipped cream or NEVER do that just because you don't want to. It's my favorite part of work.

This location tends to be very slow in getting your food out. A trip through the drive through can use up a good portion of your lunch break. However, the food always seems to come out perfectly cooked and nothing ever seems to be "McBroken" like some other establishments. *Update 2.15.2024* If you are going here to get a fish sandwich for lent, be aware that this is NOT the same fish sandwich as previous years. It's pollack rather than cod, and honestly for the price and flavor, you're almost better off going to McDonald's or Arby's.

It's just Jack in the Box, it's always been just Jack in the Box. What do we expect? Not much, just Jack in the Box. One feature that's always pleased me is the menu available for perusing before reaching the point of ordering. That's a great idea, especially if you have a car full of kids who all have different tastes and wants and desires. You know how it is... I want a number this, I want a number that... Then there's the specialty items (Careful now, caution, be advised sharp curves ahead, watch for for falling rocks, low clearance, cross traffic doesn't stop). You've got to be very specific, word for word, don't rely solely on memory. But it's OK I'll just use the menu as a reference as I place this cluster &($= of an order, no problem. Sure that's exactly how it works. No, no it's not. What is the point of having two different menus? You look at one, hey I want that, super let's go. Time to order, oh sorry you can't remember exactly what was on the other menu that's different than this one? Better luck next time. Seriously, what is the point of two different menus? I still like Jack in the Box, I'll still go to Jack in the Box, but next time I'm going to let each of the kids one at a time place their own order in the drive thru. And the employees at this location are always friendly, I've never had anything negative to say about them, all thumbs up. But seriously, what is the point of two different menus?

Two stars because facilities were clean but we were the only people there and it took 15 minutes for two tacos and a sandwich. Plus the sandwich was stone cold. I was scared to eat it for fear of it being undercooked or not heated to the proper temperature. Love jack but not from here.

Need to change the ranch dressing policy. Really enjoy dipping those delicious tacos in ranch dressing. Problem is they charge you after 2 ranches no matter what quantity you have to dip.

Not sure if Jack in the Box has a new policy or if the cook staff was asleep, but it would sure be nice if the meal was hot instead of room temperature. I know, it's a chain fast food place but I did have higher expectations. The likelihood of stopping here again is extremely low. I gave two stars only because the employee outside smoking a cigar was also cleaning and removing trash...she was polite though.

We ordered a sourdough jack, sourdough patty melt, and curly fries. First off, we didn't get fries. Lobby was closed, long drive thru line, so I had to walk up to the drive thru window to get fries. When we got home, found the patty melt had no onions and sourdough jack had no bacon. I understand they were busy due to weather being bad and they were one of the few places open. And while I'm willing to be patient, there were only 3 items in our order, and every single one was wrong. I gave 2 stars because what we did get still tasted good.

Everything is good the food was good. It's just that one of the employer had her child is sitting in the dining room in front of a computer. I felt sorry for the young girl. She has to stay there for 8 or 10 hours at a Jack In The Box dining room with no playtime no outdoor and no education. Does not seem right for for that poor little Hispanic girl. I would think child protection should be involved

Out of all our meals, only my wife’s meal tasted decent. They forgot a lot of our food. Most of the fountain drinks were empty. There were flies everywhere in the seating area.

1 a m. is truly a good time to get food here, right? Wrong. The only car in line and still took 20 minutes. The guy at the drive thru couldn't be slower. Personality of a zombie. Not to mention he forgot to give my wife her change. Haven't had that bad of an experience at this location until now. As a GM of a food franchise, I can honestly say, I would be deeply disappointed if my staff conducted business in that manner.

I'm not sure why I'm even surprised, anymore. I have a horror story (or three) about every Jack in the Box store in my area. Let's start with the food. This store seemed to have purchased frozen onion rings from Walmart and had no tacos. What Jack in the Box has NO TACOS. They also had no self serve soft drinks. The service wasn't atrocious, but it wasn't top tier, either. We opted to dine-in, but the food still came as if we were taking it to go. We received no napkins, nor were there any available in the dining room dispenser (it was empty) and when I asked for some, I received a few that looked like they came from the rest room. Since the self serve soft drinks were out of order, I went to request a refill. I stood about 6 feet from one of the only workers there. He perused his phone in front of the fryer. He finally noticed me and I watched him slowly shuffle back around some kitchen equipment and go back to looking at his phone. It finally took the cook to come over and help me. As far as atmosphere is concerned, while there we wet floor signs strewn about it was more than obvious that the floors had not been cleaned in some time. Nor were the seats or the tables. This location is really and amalgam of ALL of the Jack in the Boxes in our area. Poorly managed and really not worth visiting, unless you're prepared to be frustrated. I have yet to leave one and think to myself "I'm glad I ate at Jack in the Box"

The service in the drive thru took forevermore was rude. Also when I was ordering they wouldn’t wait for me to complete my order before telling me the total. The food tasted like normal and then all of a sudden I took a bite and pulled a hair out of my mouth, made me gag. But is jack in the box, enough said.

Not worth eating at only restaurant in texas to not have a walk in for people who cant drive their vehilces through the drive through. Bc their drive through is way too small. And nobody ever answers the phone even when the have like no customers and u can see the employees inside juat fooling around.

Stopped by on my road trip and got a burger meal. The hamburger was cold and had no flavor. The fries also were cold. I didn't turn around to return it because I was on a time crunch but I will for sure not be coming back to this place.

Went there for breakfast, ordered a sandwich and hash brown well done. I reveived a hash brown that was cold and hard. It was well done but obviously not a fresh one like I usually get from Mc Donalds. Since I went thru the drive thru I was gone when I opened it and did not make a complaint.

Only close Jack in Box near us otherwise would never go there but my husband luvs this "restaurant " everytime we go something is always messed up everytime! I think I'd pass out if they got something right. Honestly how hard is a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only 😕 The people who work there are always nice but.....

Pulled into the drive through line at 1140 pm. Sat behind 2 cars, while the first sat at the order box until after midnight. Come midnight they shut the lights off and when I made it to order at 1204 am, they said "sorry, we're closed." Why is it, this is the only Jack in the box, in the country, I have ever been to, that acts like your business is an inconvenience to them. Wait time always sucks, 20+ minutes, everytime just to get lukewarm food.

I went it to avoid the long drive through line, as I was under a time crunch. I walked in nobody in line, and stood there for at least 5 minutes. Mind you 2-3 employees made eye contact multiple times and never acknowledged my existence. Who knows how long there were going to allow me stand there like this. I understand if they were busy (although to TOO busy) but please acknowledge a customer. Not to mention it looked very dirty inside. Won’t be going back

Ordered a chicken sandwich i don't know what that meat was the they gave me but I'll never eat jack in the box again I took one bit and threw it in the trash I only stopped at this jack in the box traveling but because of this one I won't eat at any of them again Let me also state there was nothing wrong with customer service THE FOOD IS NASTY!!

Nasty!!! Gotten Sick From Eating 20 Minutes Ago (In The Morning) Had To Throw Up 3-4 Times. They Had Gnats All Over The Walls The Seats,Floor, And Table Were Sticky And Dirty(The Bathroom Was Dirty) I Had Gotten A Sprite And Saw Black Stuff Floating In The Botton Of It.

Visited this Jack today, just before heading into work. Got about a mile and a half away before I realized they did not give me a receipt NOR my card. Turned around and called, just so that it would be an "easier" process, just to be greeted @ the door by the manager I just spoke with. I was told I needed to get in line at the drive-through, after making a real mistake of my own. Spent over 20 minutes in line, just to get my card back, and was "greeted" by an "oh, card guy is here....." no apology, no customer service, no attempt at customer service. Yes, I, was the one who forgot to make sure to ask for my card back, but when a simple operation of returning said card was met with the disregard and mockery that I faced upon returning is what made me write this review. I have been to many places and received substandard service, but to be made out to be the one in the wrong in this scenario is what infuriates me.

My burger was cold, i ordered onion rings and they were cold and there was only maybe 4 or 5 onion rings in the box and it was supposed to be a large. I asked for ketchup which i didn't get and the drive thru employee had nasty sores all over her arms. I will not be going back to this location.

Thought we'd stop by for a quick bite on our way to church. We ended up not getting good service at all, as you could imagine with my rating. After ordering and waiting 20 minutes for our food; we notice something wrong.. they had put in the wrong order for our kids. They were supposed to get a breakfast platter. Ended up with sourdough Jack's.... Lol, no where close not even same field. So we tell them the mistake and they blame a new guy. Yatta, blah, etc... Another 20 minutes... Kids get their meal. We went ahead and ate our food so it wouldn't go cold. It was a terrible experience, just be warned. I've been to this location a couple different times and never have a good experience and against my better judgement and my wife. I did it anyway. No more no more no more, hit the road Jack!

I am FLOOOOORED by what I just witnessed. This woman with red scaly arms, im not judging im just being real, was counting food with her bare hands, I watched her drop sauce on the floor, and then pick it up and throw it into somebody's bag with fries!!!! Then I saw her taking old fries and re frying them, this place is absolutely DISGUSTING.

Tacos were not included in my order at all. Chicken nuggets were rock hard and over cooked. Ordered a lemonade and received a bright red drink. Hi c punch maybe? My daughter can not have red dyes. When I called the store about the wrong product, the manager female yelled at me that I ordered a mountain dew. I didn't. My ticket clearly says lemonade, however, even if I had ordered a mountain dew, that drink is not bright red, either. Tried to call again and she just hung up on me. Will never order here again.

Ok so I normally do not do these kinds of things but I just have to say a few things about this business… I came through the drive thru and ( it was not busy at all) I placed two simple orders. When I received said orders one of my sandwiches was completely wrong and they didn’t even give me my large fries so when I went back in to ask them about it everyone was fighting over another order that consisted of there tacos the manager looked absolutely lost and didn’t seem to have control over anyone. Everyone was just barking orders at everyone else. Well I got my sandwich remade and my fries but as my sandwich is being finished I sat and watched the cook just sling it onto the hot plate to be bagged like come on now really. And another thing that did bother me is that yes this is America and everyone has the right to be here and to flourish in life but do not just rant and speak Spanish talking trash about the customer you never know who really can understand Spanish and the fact that they were bad mouthing me over my order being incorrect and complaining about. It is absolutely insane. I will not be coming back to this establishment. This is my third time here at this location and it has been nothing but issues, whoever is the owner or whatever corporation manages this location they really need to get a lock on what’s going on there is no team effort and no management skills being shown. It’s almost like throwing spit balls at a wall. Hoping one would stick.

Ordered through the drive thru at 8:29am and they told me to pull up to the door and that they would bring my food out. 10 minutes later they still did not bring the food out and had to go inside to get it. The lady in the counter said “oh you’re the one with the tacos right”. The food turned out cold as if it was there on the counter for a while and they forgot. It was also very greasy. Would not come back.

ordered from Uber last night first driver canceled took a considerable amount of time for them too find a driver understandable but when the driver showed up for the order they said first we didn't get the order and wait for 2nd the order must have already been taken and then told him too cancel the order and closed there uber orders very unprofessional 0/5 stars and the 2nd uber driver said this isn't the first time he's dealt with this and the same location won't be ordering from Jack in the box I'll spend my money somewhere else because Cleary you guys didn't want it

This is the worse Jack in the box! Our food was horrible...like it sat in a bag for hours! The fries were so cold and the oreos in the shake was stale. I bet this place could be closed down from the health department!!! Just freaking GROSS!!!!!!!

Waited in line for 15+ minutes and they still got my order wrong and shorted me food. Drinks were bad, asked for different drinks And they were also bad. As in no syrup and all carbonation. Not going back since there's a new one in Hudson oaks.

Everything was a failure. Place needs be shut down. Ordered a vanilla ice coffee lite ice and a oreo shake. Employee made it half way and walked away for 30 mins. Not even busy. Guy was playing on phone and we were fulfilling a Uber eats order. Stuffed it in the bag and improperly sealed it. The total wait was 1 hour! In the drive thru. Failed at making the ice coffee and the oreo shake.

HORRIBLE experience! I went thru the drive thru and was told to make 2 turns and stop at main entrance and I ended up waiting over 30 mins for 2 combos. I ended up going inside and letting them know I had been out there parked for over 30 mins and then they had the audacity to ask what my order was ? I TOLD THEM MY ORDER & they pull out my food all cold and my large fries were not even filled up as they should have and the workers were rude and unprofessional.

I have NEVER left a review in my life, but I felt I needed to for the people in the drive thru who are unable to see the filth. It's absolutely disgusting in here! I honestly can't describe it properly. It made my skin crawl!! Behind the counter is worse than the front! The floor and counters were absolutely covered in trash, dead bugs and old food. Please tell me why there is a drive-through, if they have everyone that orders pull to the front of the building to wait just so they look good on the drive-through times. I've been here over 26 mins for 2 simple combos. How is that customer service. Now whats going to happen is that the owner of this location will tell me they are sorry and go to Heyjack.com to file a complaint. What good is that if nothing changes. We have been sitting here for at least 30 minutes. We finally got the food and it was wrong, someone elses order maybe but it wasnt ours. We tried telling the woman in the window but she just kept saying that it was right and we did get everything. For this woman to dismiss me when our order was clearly and obviously not there is so insulting, infuriating even. My husband is currently in there trying to sort it all out. This was our first time trying this location. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! So.. just found out the evil woman in the window is your manager?? She just told a young Employee she didn't have time to help him too because she's busy evidently she screamed it at him and made him cry! PLEASE FIX IT!

We pulled into the drive through while sitting there waiting for our food another car pulled up to order and asked for a Spanish speaker instead of trying to accommodate the request the employee proceeded to make fun of the customer right in front of us saying “oh you no speaky English” while laughing . My husband went here today to get me some curly fries and Jalapeno poppers. The poppers looked and felt like they were there since last night..... My fries were also extremely stale and cold. What a joke. I can't believe y'all seriously are serving this OLD FOOD to people. Have y'all not been trained properly in the food industry? I'm afraid y'all are going to get someone sick. I threw away all my food so my money was wasted completely. Never going to this one again. And let me find out the Main Street one does this too I will forever be done with Jack in the Crack. Didn't answer any of our questions. Kept asking is that all after every item we asking for. Both the cook and front clerk was staring us down. It was very weird and awkward and they still gave us the wrong sizes on all items.

If this isn't the worst Jack in the Box in Texas it isn't for lack of trying. Took 20 minutes to get our order that we placed on the machine out front, once I received the order the reason for the delay was obvious, egg rolls cooked absolutely black. I ordered a sandwich, no drink, no fries, no dipping sauce. Got the sandwich fries and drink plus 3 sauces. They also missed the special order part of the sandwich. This was followed by a visit to the bathroom where I hope you don't want clean or private, with the misaligned door on the commode so you can't actually close it.

Unacceptable experience at Store #3800. My order (#260222075038838) was prepared at 1:50 AM for a 3:50 AM pickup - the receipt literally proves it sat for 2 hours before I could even get it. When I called to fix this, the staff was rude ("Who is this?"), and the manager, Laura, was even worse. She falsely claimed it was a "DoorDash order" and they didn't have to help, even though my receipt clearly shows it was a direct Jack app order. She refused to even look at the order number and hung up on me. This is theft of service. Corporate needs to address the management at this Weatherford location immediately.

Apparently you have to pay for condiments at this location when going through the drive through. $12 for a meal and they want 50 cents for condiments to go with it.
