The ladies at DIG were very welcoming and helpful. I was rushing on my lunch break and only had an 100 dollar bill. She was thoughtful enough to say that it was on the house this time. Now I know when I come back to take a smaller bill.

We used to go to this location before the change of management and we were always disappointed so we stopped coming back for a while. When we saw they had new management, we decided to give it another chance and I can tell you right now. It has not been disappointing in the least . The food is amazing. The atmosphere is so friendly. We absolutely love coming back! We also love the new GM Margarita she’s so nice and funny! We are again reoccurring customers and we love it!

I never write reviews but these guys deserve some praise. I get lunch here almost every day and I love it. The food tastes great and the staff is the absolute best. Extremely friendly and always remember my name. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best chain restaurants around, the quality and service is consisted among all the locations I have visited. The food is locally sourced and you can tell the recipes were prepared by chefs. The staff and service at this location was spot on and I love how they give you as many sauces to try for free. My go to plate consists of charred chicken or meatballs with sides of spiced farro, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and charred broccoli. The best sauce is the tarragon mustard. The pricing and portions are great for the quality of food served.

I’m very wary about going to this location because some of the staff has become very cold and they don’t ever give the actual portion size they are supposed to give on the protein. But I was hungry and my new favorite store down the block was packed up with people, so I decided to pop in here because no one was in there. I’m actually glad I did. The customer service today was exceptional! The employee Kimali was quick to greet me as I approached the front to order. He was warm and attentive to all my questions. Honestly, because of him, I will try going back to buy more food another time. Thanks Kimali! You’re service is appreciated.

I was craving for vegetables and found this place near my job. The food was tasty, but not as hot as I wanted it to be (the veggies were on the cold side). They charged separate for the meat. The price was a bit high for this bowl of food. There are some tables for two and stools.

Love this place! It’s super easy and convenient to walk-in and place an order. Ordered the Hot Honey Chicken (which we would definitely get again) & the Spicy Lime Leaf Salmon (not as great). The staff are friendly and helpful here! Docking off a star for cleanliness. Trash bins were overfilling and lots of dirty plates/utensils on tables.

Yesterday I went shopping like every night but yesturday I was trying to order my food when the person on the line said they couldn' t hear me .It turns out they had a really loud speaker on the line next a phone Anda think it s very wrong of them to treat a customer that way . I tried to talk to the Manager. and she said she d fix it by giving me free food .But I wasn' t in a position to ask for Food ; Das buying my own. It was my favorite place to eat. Mondays with my friends .During te week te girls are verte friendly at night🥳🥰

Vibes are weird in here. I’ve been twice service has been fine to rude each time. Portions are super small. I’ve been eating at dig (fka dig inn) for about 10 years in midtown east. This location is a bit of a bummer.

I want to share my experience I'm a frecuent customer of this place , and I' ve always been treated kindly. But unfortunately on Friday around 11 am .. I’ve been getting too good to go and I’ve been going to this place that is on too good to go and for the first time I was told that sauces are not included in the meal, but every time I go to a different location is not a big deal when they give me the sauce like what’s going on last time I was there. The guy gave me the sauce with no big problem, but this time a lady gave me an attitude.

First time I ordered, the sauce was rancid and the food was an hour late and cold. I decided to give them another chance today- food was late, cold, and no utensils were provided despite requesting them. Last time I try this place.

I had a bad experience at this store. I came in to redeem a 10$ voucher form the fave me app after having done this the day before at a different dig location with no problems and cordial service. The worker didn't seem to fully grasp how it worked so I explained it and showed him step by step as I was pressing the appropriate buttons to activate it (part of it is a requirement from the app to show it to he restaurant worker) he watches me do all this, I click redeem and then he refuses to serve me. His colleague started talking over me as well, saying that their "10 percent promotion" is for students, even though this had nothing to do with that. So I wasted my 10 dollar voucher and left hungry. If he had no plan to honor it, the worker should have said that before watching me redeem it in front of him and wasting my $.

The music was way too loud I was barely able to hear what the workers were saying. The food was ice cold and didn’t taste good. There’s so much hype around this restaurant on TikTok and it was just wasn’t good :( . I got the crispy chicken with Mac and cheese with sweet potatoes. The chicken had a strange stale flavor like it was sitting there since morning and the breading was soggy and wet. The Mac and cheese had a strange ginger taste to it. Almost $20 dollars for a singular bowl of mid I could cry T-T

They have the saltiest chicken ever! My carrots were burnt to a crisp! The watermelon does not look fresh, seems like it’s been sitting there all day. However, the rice taste fine. Never ordering from here again.

I love going to DIG, but I will avoid the Williamsburg location from now on. A few pointers read below : 1 . This bowl was $19 for a very poor portion of kale , the broccoli is 80%root had no taste 3 carrots and the salmon was very fishy and dry maybe a few days old . 2. Their customer service is by far the worst experience I ever had . They stare at the customers with lots of attitude as if we are a pain because they are filling online orders , I honestly feel bad for people who order delivery who think the food arrives with bad presentation because of the delivery drivers but it’s actually their lack of passion for presentation of even portion control. Awful will never come back again, Thankfully on the same block there’s 4 other choices for healthy food and all treat their customers better and give better portions with excellent quality .
