E Noodle Cafe Brooklyn Reviews
It’s a really busy location but customer service is quick and friendly.
Excellent service, spacious and not your typical Starbucks. The staff was pleasant and welcoming.
They are always going the extra mile for their customers. I can always rely on excellent customer service and a warm welcome. The manager and all staff are attentive, kind, and excellent baristas. My coffee/tea/hot chocolate is always on point and I don’t like going to any other Starbucks in the area.... this is the one! If you’re around and you need a pick-me-up, this is the spot.
Good coffee latte but you have to go before 5 i guess. Girl at day time is best coffee maker, boy in evening is just average... I loved it.
I’m a frequent customer at this Starbucks and their commitment to the neighborhood is at its best. The baristas are very friendly and welcoming every single time. The first barista that took the time to get to know me was Jes. I’m really grateful for their help and service. Happy to continue being a regular at this location.
This Starbucks always has the nicest people and customer service. They all deserve raises
Can I just say I've been going to starbucks for over a decade off and on throughout the states. This location is absolutely peak. I was going their while visiting bay ridge for a few months. The barista Elizabeth is one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life. She is always greeting people as they come in. Also has a great sense of awareness. For a manager she works like its her first day. Also I cant forget about everyone else that works their. They always have a smile on. Always on point with the blonde roast. I love that spot and I cant wait to come back!!
The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare Asian cuisine. I ordered the shumai appetizer. It had very good taste and 4 were in the order. I also ordered a shrimp dish with noodles similar to chow fun noodles. The dish is listed on the menu attached to the front window of the restaurant. However, it is not listed on the paper menu. The noodles were well-prepared and I liked the generous amount of fresh shrimp. The restaurant has several tables for dining in.
Came across this place trying to find a lunch spot outside of the hectic 8th ave Chinatown in Sunset Park. Their congee hit the spot. We ordered the shatin chicken and added century eggs on top. The chicken was tender and fresh. Their rice noodles were swimming in peanut sauce. It was good but could use a little more hoisin. Their fried apps were good too, fried well. Their milk teas not sweetened. You add your own sugar to taste. Other notable dishes were their hearty curry rice, which was tasty. Their fishballs were bouncy and tender. At the end of the meal they provide tokens for the claw machine located at the entrance, which was a nice touch. I'd come back.
So serendipity- my mom is in town visiting and she wanted Chinese food. I said “there are a lot to chose from” so we were going to go to Brothers. We walked there and discovered they were closed today, randomly had a sign in the door. We walked a little bit looking for another place to eat and decided to pop in. Service was outstanding- my mom even commented that the one person seemed to do it all seamlessly without sacrificing the customers’ dining experience. Delicious. My meal was perfectly spiced. It was a delightful surprise. I would certainly recommend this restaurant if looking for your local noodle shop. Yum!
A little gem in Brooklyn. Came here with my girlfriend and according to her, this place serves very authentic Cantonese food and it tastes delicious. We ordered Shrimp & Pork wontons and Wok Fried Flat Noodles. Everything was delicious and to the point. I love their homemade soy milk! It's also offered hot as well. The service was good and the quality of the food for the value would most definitely come back again to try out the other dishes!
Came here at 6pm and it was quite empty. Food is quite good and authentic so it was a bit sad that we were the only ones here on a Wednesday night. Food is a mixture of mostly Hong Kong, Shanghainese and Cantonese with soup dumplings and other types of dumplings. They even have a few casserole dishes and dim sum. The crab meat soup dumplings were good (passed in my book), the fish ball noodles was good (according to my wife although it was too much food for her), and my beef stew tendon noodle was great. I would be careful with the spicy chili sauce on the side since underestimated its strength. I think this place is better than the one in flushing but either is good for what's it's worth.
Whenever I want soup dumplings and good Chinese comfort food, I come here. The workers are always nice to me and very attentive. The food is always consistent and delicious. I definitely recommend people to give this place a try if you want some good congee, noodles, appetizers, and soup dumplings!
Lol music always makes you feel like it's TGIF in there. Coffee is made pretty quick. It's pretty clean. Very spacious. When the people are overwhelmed they don't look happy and when it's slow they hardly smile but they don't have any attitudes, so that's something! This Starbucks is very good. Service can smile maybe twice a day. But they make a MEAN coffee. No pun intended! 😬
Good service for years but this location still have its ups and downs especially with order confusions and mistakes! Anyways, Can’t be more happy than I am right now after in-store seating areas are back to service ending 14 months of COVID-19 restrictions!
There are three Starbucks Stores in Bayridge Brooklyn (zip code 11209). I visited all three of them, the last couple of weeks, as I had sales meetings with different associates. I ordered the same frappuccinos , but I got three different drinks..no consistency. I believe that Starbucks senior management should consider of retraining their bartenders...
Busy location with decent amount of seating for a typical Starbucks. Expect crowds waiting for the bus since there is a popular stop outside. Glad it was opened on new years day.
This place has a lot of good to go for it, starting with low prices and decent food. The membership sounds like a good deal if you live around the two locations. The clay pot rice deal wasn't such a good deal BCS is basically some meat over rice. The velvet dish was delicious though. Dumplings were okay, I would eat them again. Service was kind.
The food here is soooo good. I pass by so many times but barely notice it. But I’m so glad I finally went in. I got the wok fried flat noodles with shrimp and it was so yummy — shrimp cooked to perfection and the noodles were tasty, and the portion big enough to share. I wasn’t a fan of the veggie dumplings but I loved the crystal shrimp — the best I ever had (more please). Mom got the famous HK clay pot rice with fresh sliced beef. It takes about 20 mins to come but it was so worth the wait.
I ordered the General Tsos Chicken and the Lemon Iced Tea. Everything was really good and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. The chicken was very spice which I liked a lot. Edited: I returned to try the shrimp dumplings lomein and it wasn't what I had expected. The noodles weren't lomein noodles and had a strange taste to them that I couldn't even finish it. The shrimp dumplings were very tasty as was the miso soup. I returned a 3rd time to try the shrimp and broccoli and that turned out to be pretty good. Maybe it was just that the noodles were bad. I would order again but not any of the noodle dishes
Been here multiple times, and you cant get bored because the menu is vast. Service is good. I've tried both delivery and dine in, definitely dine in if you can. Love the fried dough sticks, not homemade but crispy. They are not shy with the sauces for steamed rice roll; it's a peanut/hoisin sauce. Their curry sauce definitely have a kick to it. My husband liked dipping the fried dough in the curry sauce. First time trying the veg hand ripped noodle in hot and sour sauce, noodle was cooked al dente, veggie gave a crunchy texture. It was more of a numbing kind of spicy similar to mala and was sour but not overpowering, just wish there was meat as well. Fried dumplings were alright, can pass if not craving. Minus one star because they let non customer use their bathroom, like there was this young lady who just barged in and started pulling on the bathroom doors when it is occupied. She was in there for a while and after she finished her business, she walked right out. As a customer, I felt grossed out to even use the bathroom. Prior visits: monster ramen - a bit on the salty side, has a variety of ingredients in it, spicy Fish cake soup- bland but nothing white pepper powder can't fix Soup dumplings- nothing special, still tastes good but would not come here just for it
Very comfy and casual place to grab HK style food. They have soup dumplings, dumplings, steamed rice noodles (with the hoisin sauce & peanut butter sauce), noodle soups, lo meins and quite alot of a variety of other dishes. We got their spare rib traditional rice pot, their original/classic soup dumpling, the crabmeat version of the soup dumplings, their steam noodles and a fresh veggie with oyster sauce. All were pretty good and worth their price👌. Overall it was a good experience. Probably will be eating here again in the future. 👍
6:15 am and not all that clean. A place should be spotless at that hour. Staff friendly and efficient enough, I guess. Not a fan of starbucks in general. Coffee tastes like burnt beans. And lately, their horrible politics . . . I'd give it a miss. Lots of other great coffee and bakery places in this neighborhood.
I usually have warm service at Starbucks, but my experience with Evan today was disappointing. He didn’t greet me when we walked up, and when he misheard my order( even though I repeated it twice), he seemed visibly annoyed instead of handling it with the usual Starbucks hospitality. While I was waiting, I noticed he was friendly with the next customers, which made the lack of courtesy toward me stand out even more. Starbucks is known for great customer service, so this was really unexpected. Giving three starts only because of wonderful baristas.
They closed the bathroom (for customers) over 40min before closing time. Ridiculous, how can you keep serving stuff but close the bathroom all the way? Incoherence at its best.
I ordered a espresso macchiato. It is supposed to be made with espresso and foam milk but they poured milk and foam I wasn’t able to wait for they to remake it. So I had to take it also the espresso taste like the coffee was burnt. I think they should train their employees to know how to make even those unpopular drinks. Also they make the drink extremely hot and didn’t gave me a doble cup or these things to hold the hot cups. Horrible.
Coffee cake was great. However the bathroom was so filthy and unsanitary. I got 💩on my sneaker from the toilet seat (tried viewing front and back to ensure it was clean.)
I’m done with this place! The manager should do something. So this is what you get when you ask for a venti cup with no ice?! The cup is literally half empty! Every day at this place I get the same order yet every day it looks totally different than the previous one. I’m very nice with the workers but I don’t get the stinginess. It’s not like I’m taking it for free! I’m paying for my beverage so why can’t you give me what I want exactly?!
I normally ordered coffee here occasionally to go. However this morning they refused to help me packed up my order. I asked if they can help me but instead they gave me a brown bag tell me to do it myself. I paid to received my food and service. I was being neglected at the time being. I hope they can put in effort on their service. Normally they were fine but this young lady just was given the right manner towards and I find quite uncomfortable.
This is for playing taylor swifts new album. Don’t let it happen again
this place has literally turned into a day shelter for homeless people, why the manager is allowing this to happen ???? basically u got like 4 to 6 tables taken over by the homeless same time at any time of the day , because of that I often can't find anywhere to sit and drink my coffee..the homeless should seek help elsewhere not sitting at Starbucks all day gonna solve their problems,
Ordered take out. The food was cold. Dumplings came with no dipping sauce and the roast pork with rice dish was horrible. I had to throw it out. Pork was cold and tough rice was hard I called to ask where was the dumpling sauce and they stated we don’t give sauce with dumplings. First and last time I order from them.
Update October 2023- this turned to be the worst place me and my friend ate in a long time. Based on our visit year earlier - as i dont visit Bayridge often- it was awaited dinner night. Instead, turned to be nightmare. They didnt have any of the tasty dishes they had before, that was suspicious but we went ahead and stay (although came for ramen). Ordered soup and some pot noodle dish and sprint rolls. Even though both hungry, we could not have another bite after first few. Spring roles no taste, sauce mixed with water, pinkish color. Soup smelled so bad, everything inside looked old, not fresh and tasted terribly. Color of the soup was like mop water. Just not edible. Pot dish was fat and tasted like nothing. The ingredients lowest quality and again seemed old. I am very vegetable eater and there was not a dish that could have veggies other than onions. Never will be back and warning everyone of this place. I read reviews after the visit that indicate that owner changed etc. either way this place is just a nightmare and my stomach hurt that night. 2022- Dined there today for shrimp spring roll, duck ramen and veggie lo mein and will definitely come back to try more foods. Very local, down to earth but clean and family like place. Meals weren’t heavy, tasted fresh.
