Jimmy's Pizza Brooklyn Reviews
Delicious and cozy! I got the grandma slice and a knish and they were exactly what I wanted. And the crust was amazing—chewy and fluffy, but just right.
My go-to spot in Bushwick for an OG cheese slice. The pizza slice & Caesar are also a must!
This is what we mean when we say NEW YORK SLICE. Fresh, saucy, cheesy, crunchy goodness. Go for a slice, if you’re greedy like me you get a whole personal pie all for yourself. This is a slice that I guarantee will make you “👌👌”
Pizza here is always great and the customer service is always amazing.
Excellent food, good service, great array of options, highly recommend
I went 2 days in a row to this place. Pizza was really great and complimented the guys on how clean their shop was. As a Pennsylvanian, I very much appreciated how clean a pizza shop was in Brooklyn, its a rarity. Keep up the good work (and food) guys lol, will definitely visit again.
Solid Spot for a No-Nonsense Slice & Pasta Look, if you’re after some fancy, wood-fired, truffle oil nonsense, this ain’t the place. But if you want a classic, reliable slice and a plate of pasta that hits the spot, this joint delivers—no frills, no gimmicks, just solid eats. The pizza? Straight-up New York style. Thin crust with that nice crisp, sauce got a little tang, cheese is on point. You want a quick, tasty slice that ain’t gonna disappoint? Boom—this is it. Pasta? Good portions, good flavor, and they don’t skimp on the sauce. Whether it’s a simple marinara, a creamy alfredo, or a baked ziti, it’s exactly what you expect—classic, comforting, and filling. Atmosphere? Simple, clean, in-and-out type of spot. No one’s trying to impress you with mood lighting and artisanal nonsense. You come here to eat good, eat fast, and move on. Service? Quick, efficient, and straight to the point. You order, you eat, you’re happy. Prices? Reasonable. Bottom line—if you need a solid, no-BS pizza and pasta fix, this place does the job. It ain’t fancy, but it don’t need to be. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easy win.
The service has always been exactly what I expected. The staff seems to be supported and appreciated by their community. Their personal pie is my go-to. Their ice cream leaves much to be desired. I’ve been a customer for a some months and never had a complaint. They take card and cash, the place is clean but no dining in, and the they’re located in a nice neighborhood.
Real ingredients. Wisconsin cheese. This place sets itself apart from others in the area. Uniquely Jimmy’s. Edit: I’ve been living here for 6 months now. The time disappears. Sometimes I wake up thinking about Jimmy’s. I frequent here too many times a week to have any semblance of self worth left. My life has become a disillusioned monotony of little nothings to pass the hours in between pizza time. Pizza time is the only time I really feel alive anymore. I have a pizza shaped-hole in me that only expands the deeper I dive. Great margarita, new fav.
Good pizza beef patty with cheese always clean. Seating and tv to watch.
Pizza is ok ...a little too bland for my taste ..crust was amazing amazing
I got the chicken Alfredo pasta, a pepperoni pizza slice, garlic knots and pepperoni pinwheels with a 2ltr soda. I think my favorite was the pepperoni pinwheels but everything was really flavorful and tasty. I definitely highly recommend their garlic knots too. I will be ordering from here again!
This place was middle of the road to me, with the toppings being better than Best Pizza’s, but the crust was significantly worse. Their chicken stromboli was awful and very bland; dunking it in marinara sauce was the only way to salvage it. I really enjoyed the variety of pizza flavors they offered, with the bbq chicken and chicken Caesar salad pizzas being surprisingly good. Not much seating or room inside, but the pizza comes out quickly and they reheat it for you so that it is ready for consumption. Definitely not the best pizza I’ve had, but it was in the area and I was curious to give it a try. While I don’t highly recommend the place, it’s worth a visit if you’re in the Brooklyn area.
I came here Tuesday night right before closing. I ordered a slice . The guy at the counter was trying to get everyone’s payment for their food. I didn’t like the atmosphere. Anyhow the slice was mediocre and it made me throw up. I got sick in the middle of the night. I don’t trust that place. The cashier was taking orders and holding money dirty hands pizza place who knows if they wash their hands when cooking. Blah never again
This Place uses Cheap Cheese , i rather fo 1 block down to fazio's
Do not order take out! If you are looking for great food, expedient service, accurate orders, and responsible resolution of problems; this is not the place. Placed order # 984502 on Saturday, 4 October. It took almost 2 hours to be delivered and short changed the order. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and it arrived without it. One of the 2 wings orders was incomplete. Politely contacted their customer service twice and my communication was ignored. The food was average at the most.
My family recently relocated to Brooklyn and this was a first place we ordered through Grubhub. We liked the food and ordered faithfully from August - February. On February 21st I mistakenly submitted two orders via Grubhub trying to make a change. The store called me and told me. The guy canceled the old order and I received the updated one. Little did I know that this put me on some cancellation list there. I ordered March 22 and my order was cancelled. I just thought they weren't taking orders. I ordered again today 4/13 and I had to call the store after an hour of waiting to find out they had canceled my order and told me I was placed on a cancellation list within their store. So I have to find other means to feed my kids past their bedtime on a school night because of their passive aggressive behavior. This could have been straightened out easily enough. They lost a loyal customer.
Waited 30 minutes for food and it arrived cold. They are 3 minutes by car. Driver refused to get out car. Pizza is eh. I was given 2 boxes confused after just ordering 1 large pie and after looking in both boxes it’s 4 slices in each box. I know it equates to a large pie but that’s a first for me. Pizza lack flavor and it looks like it was just taken from display and put in 3 boxes. NEVER AGAIN! $20 down the drain 🙄
What type of poor excuse is this even Domino’s Pizza Hut? Get this correct? Why is it red sauce on my barbecue chicken pie? Why is it red sauce on my buffalo chicken pie? It’s just a cheese pie with barbecue sauce on it and chicken buffalo sauce on it. What I order wht I got the sad thing is when my wife put it, describe how a buffalo pizza is built. He said to her that she didn’t ask him to do that to the pizza. But it’s only one way to make a buffalo pizza or a barbecue pizza dough sauce, cheese, and chicken not red sauce
