Laundry & Latte Brooklyn Reviews
The owner of the laundromat Jean is very nice dryer broke down in apartment and went there to dry some clothes clean place and very friendly thank you Jean
Friendly conversations and great coffee made the perfect blend. I will come back to test laundry service.
Laundry and Latte in Brooklyn has a very good laundry service. It is quick and efficient, clothes come out clean. The coffee is delicious, with nice flavor, and waiting is pleasant. The staff is attentive and helpful, always ready to assist. I recommend it for both laundry and coffee, but even just for the coffee it is amazing.
I love this place (probably the laundry smells!), so I often find myself popping in for a lemonade on our morning walks. They do a lovely matcha lemonade with peach or blueberry and the entire front of the shop has a very editorial aesthetic to it. Love to comfy sidewalk seats. A truly charming little bk heights gem.
This is place is great I recommend it both employees are very nice and welcoming.
Great experience! This establishment is cozy and cute. The front desk sells coffee, teas and croissants. I was directed to a Machine to purchase a laundry and latte reward card, the card is reusable. It serves as a card to load money on for washer and dryer use.
So cozy!!! 50% off on coffee and all other drinks if you do your own loundry. Clean bathroom with soap and towels to wash your hands, great music and vibes! Outside seating with pretty view. Best laundromat in Brooklyn Heights, luxury experience!!! Like going out in a weekend. You would want to go there and be happy rather than annoyed you have to do loundry!!
Laundry & Latte is my new favorite coffee shop. They have great coffee, great service, and no-coin laundry machines. They transformed the old laundromat into a new, more open and welcoming place where you can sit and sip coffee while you wait for your clothes :)
Such a nice place to do our laundry! It’s been fully renovated and the machines are brand new. We go here both for wash & fold and to do our own laundry and staff are always very friendly. Coffee is also great. Nice little touches like a lounge area with lots of plants and greenery. Highly recommend.

I stopped in for a a matcha coffee, very delicious and hit the spot! The space/area has a very inviting feel-perfect to hang out while you do your laundry or wait for your dry cleaning. Wonderful, friendly staff also.
What a great concept! The coffee and snacks here are top notch, and it's great to have a decent spot to hang out while you wait for your load to wash or dry. I also appreciate not having to take out quarters! My only slight critique is that the dryers require tapping the card several times to load the proper amount of time because each tap is equal to 5 min. It would be great if I could tap my card and press another button to load the desired dry time at once.
I do my laundry here as I live nearby. The owner could not be more friendly and accommodating. Washers and dryers are high quality AND they throw amazing events to promote community. Yesterday I went by and there was a disco. Dogs, kids and adults were dancing! I loved seeing it and it didn’t seem to disrupt anyone doing their laundry. Must go!
JR is hyper focused on providing the highest quality laundry services. I'd used L&L when my apartment's washing machine was broken, and came in a few days ago to drop off a large rug (6x9). Though L&L was unable to machine wash it, they did their best to guide me through what they were able to do, what they weren't able to do, and why. The dedication to quality and customer service is why I'm giving 5 stars. I did enjoy my previous laundry (and coffee) experiences as well—had I not, I would not have thought of L&L for my bigger laundry needs.
What an unusual place - thoughtfully crafted to morph the task of Laundry Day into a nice, social experience - friendly, clean and welcoming! Cozy cushions and coffee, tea, pastries available and everything managed so well.
This is one of the absolute cutest places I've been at in a long time. Very influencer/photo worthy. Very cozy-esque on a rainy day. The service was top tier and I made sure to let them know when I was there. Love the vibe overall and I hope the business flourishes.
I adore this spot! I get my laundry done here religiously. The service is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the place has fantastic vibes. A true neighborhood gem! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I had to write a review because I don't even live in the neighborhood, but I come specifically for their pastries. Apparently they are French-made! Absolutely divine.

Who knew you could enjoy a laundromat experience this much! The new renovation is so clean unlike other laundromat places and bonus …. Coffee is fire, staff friendly !! Genius owner. Will def be back
love love love this place! I use them for my business and cleanliness, reliability and timeliness are key factors for us and Laundry + Latte have provided all three. And omg the place is so clean and smells so good! Also the staff and owner are super nice. I HIGHLY recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
Cant speak for the laundromat part, but I ended up dumping my drink out. I popped in here while waiting for Nako to open, and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered a capp with whole milk. It burned my tongue, and was not pleasant tasting. Almost sour. The service was nice, though.

I’m leaving this review as someone who primarily uses this shop for laundry. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for nearly 10 years and knew the previous owners well. They had a clear system in place, were efficient, and made the space functional for laundry customers. Since the new ownership, it feels like the focus has shifted too heavily toward the café, while the laundry side has been neglected. For example: • There is now only one folding table available, which makes no sense. The previous owners had several folding tables with laundry carts stored neatly underneath. Without that setup, carts are now left in the already narrow walkway between machines, making it feel like playing Tetris to maneuver around. • Finished wash-and-fold bags are often stacked on the floor in front of washer doors, blocking access and further crowding the space. There is a shelving system above the washers—why not use it for storage instead? • Multiple dryers have been out of service for weeks, which makes doing laundry here even more frustrating. The one improvement I do appreciate is the extended hours compared to the previous owners. However, beyond that, the laundry experience has declined significantly. Regular laundry customers are some of your most consistent patrons—please consider putting more attention back into the laundry side of the business. Right now, the setup feels disorganized and chaotic. Even the baristas often get caught up trying to handle laundry questions, which only confuses coffee customers and adds to the lack of structure. Overall, I really hope the new owners can re-establish a proper system for laundry customers. The café might be a nice addition, but laundry should not feel like an afterthought in a laundromat.

I agree with other reviewers that the laundry service here has really gone downhill since Laundry & Latte opened. I am a local and use this laundromat regularly and I have done since moving to the neighborhood. Under the new ownership, the machines are sometimes broken and do not get repaired, the staff aren’t helpful, and there’s no proper area to fold clothes. The wash & fold service has gotten more expensive, and I’ve received other people’s items mixed in with mine. The place has a strange smell that even affects the street outside. The coffee is a nice idea, but it doesn’t make up for how much the laundry service has declined. Really disappointing for the neighborhood. I hope they will improve their laundry service, hire better staff, create more folding areas in the front of the store and treat the locals more respectfully.

I live a few streets away and am so disappointed in this place. The new owner keeps jacking up the prices!!! This laundromat used to be a neighborhood staple and they redesigned it so it's really inconvenient, like another review mentioned. There's a way better coffee place just 2 doors down and the laundromat services don't work well. The people who work there have also been quite rude and unhelpful. I don't think the positive reviews are from locals. :( **EDIT: I think the person who was rude to me was the owner himself. Someone from the business left a very rude and nasty response to this review. I assume it was the owner. DO NOT GO HERE.
Can't do my laundry because there are thirty people outside having a disco hosted by the Laundromat. Why is a Laundromat having a disco you may ask?? This is a great question, another is why do I have to push past crowds ordering coffee at my Laundromat?? If you are going to ask people to pay $9 just to WASH their clothes and an extra 2-4 for dryers that don't work, you could at least provide access to the machines. Some people would like to do their laundry at their local Laundromat, which I realize is a huge ask. What a joke. Edit: anyone else notice the review raving about the disco and claiming there was room to navigate that appeared hours after I posted mine? I'm starting to think the positive reviews are fake... As for the businesses reply that "all of our dryers work" there were 6 out of order machines....
