The location is great, right downtown Brooklyn. It's always kept clean, and I never had a problem with my order being incomplete. It's very spacious inside. There is no play area for the kids like some. It can get very crowded at times to wear people stand all in front of the entrance though but other than that. Decent place to dine-in.

I've been here 2x times and I like it. I got food from the dollar menu, the mc chicken & cheeseburger & medium soda. You can never go wrong with those items. Sure enough, I liked the sandwiches, good and tasty. Has that McDonalds taste that I remember. The location is big, seats everywhere. I came around 7pm so it was not so busy. It looks like this location gets busy for lunch.

Super duper slow; very long wait time; bad customer service

Claims to be 24 hours but lock the doors and refuses to open until a certain time when speaking to the manager she just ignored and kept the doors locked. How do you say that you’re 24 hours and have the doors locked?

30 minutes in hot weather for ONE 4 piece nuggets 😬 and also they have rodents here. very unprofessional and unpleasant service and i don’t recommend anyone comes here. i literally experienced an employee saying “oh i didn’t know sorry about that” when i asked for my order that i was WAITING forever for.

If you buy food You supposed to have access to use the bathroom, They want your money to easy, bad customer service!

They don’t call out orders if you only order a drink. Waited for 30 mins and tried to ask if my order was done but was ignored. ATP I waited so long that I can see my drink at the pick up station and am just watching it melt because the employee either couldn’t hear me or was just ignoring me. Got my drink 30 mins later and half melted. :,(.

So I placed my order and it was talking soo long so I asked the lady that had a green vest on “hey how longer is my order going to take” all she said u have to wait like 30 mins passed by I asked the lady the same question like 5 more time every 5 to 10 mins and all she says u have to wait is coming right now every time I asked so respectfully my mother stepped in and asked a different lady and talked to the manger and then the manager starts coming at us for “ not saying anything “ and just wait 30 to an hour for the food and then starts making it a big deal so she came back and said why u didn’t say anything and my mom said “we did we kept telling the lady with the green vest and all she kept saying was u have to wait “ so then after that they made the food and my food wasn’t even that cooked my mc chicken was half cooked like it was cold like this unexpected able

Tried to buy coke zero from a kiosk and when I canceled the order because i changed my mind, it took my dollar and took the persons dollar next to me. The manager started screaming at me telling me i owed the person next to me a dollar. Then a hindi employee decided to yell at me. 10/10 experience would come again

Respectfully this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Every time I come here, whether it’s placing the order through mobile order or on the kiosk, it takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get your order. Even if it’s not even a busy time it day. Both the app AND order screen isn’t accurate so you’ll never really know when your order is ready unless you’re heading out for your order #. The workers are also so miserable and refuse to be helpful.

I have visited so many McDonalds in the NYC area. Never going back to McDonalds again. The staff are rude, the food is so expensive, and food is so bad! This has to be the worst McDonalds in all of NYC. The staff are so rude and uneducated. They also got my order wrong. When I politely asked and showed my receipt, they threw it back at my face and started to yell at me. Also the food here is more expensive than the food at other McDonalds location. Even the manager was on her phone while her employees were yelling at each other and at the customers.

This place is ridiculous. ordered one burger, said its gonna take 10-15 and waited over an hour for it. I requested without cheese and seeing two cheese slices on my burger after waiting for more than an hour was disgusting experience. Everything was dried up looking gross too

The worst run McDonalds! Even if you order ahead on the app still have to wait 20 minutes, and usually your food has been sitting for 10 minutes and they just don’t tell you it’s been ready and is cold.

Their service is Horrible. Not professional at all. It Doesn’t seems like Im in a MC Donalds.The took souh long to gimme my Food. Almost like 15 min. One lady was standing in front of the counter, she was just eating and taking orders. Not gonna come in this place at all.

I waited for over an hour for a mobile order. As u can see no seats available and security is blocking seating area. Order was never delivered and security kicked me out.

Terrible location. The underside of my Big Mac bun was HARD and crumbling, there was a piece of cheese stuck to the bun, but no cheese on the burger patty. I was hungry, every time I bit into the sandwich it tasted strange, I had to dispose of the sandwich. Do not eat from this location. I deleted the application and my account.

I literally have the photos to prove it…this McDs isn’t worth it after 2am…probably midnight, because that’s the crew that throws your food in the bag and expect you to eat it as such. We get it, there’s a lack of employees. The food industry is probably getting more delivery drivers than actual fast food workers, but just treating ppl food like the ACTUAL ppl on the street. We may be drunk/high when ordering this late, but it doesn’t mean we’ll eat anything. I didn’t even get to enjoy my meal. $10 down the drain for unappealing and inedible food

Worst place to go. Giving real attitude here. Yelling at my number then missing my drink and yoghurt. Saying wait a second but moving real slowly and complaining about “I’m only one person here” with a poker face. Even worst they can’t even read so they got my order wrong.
