9/7/2025 Went here with a friend the place was bad but we have eaten at better Mexican restaurants. The food wasn't much to our liking it didn't taste authentic at all the food taste like it was just thrown together not too much flavor and the drinks even though they have a huge selection of drinks it pretty much tasted like juice the presentation of the drink was nice. The waitress was very nice and pleasant. We went on a Sunday afternoon so there wasn't many people there. It wouldnt be on a go to list of ours

Good food and drinks, but be careful when paying We had dinner at Mezcals and the food was really good ; the shrimp and margaritas were delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. However, I want to warn others to check your bill carefully. The gratuity was already included, but our server took the itemized receipt that showed it and only brought it back after we asked for it. The payment slip she gave us still had a blank tip line, and unfortunately, we didn’t notice right away, so we ended up tipping twice. It’s disappointing because we really enjoyed the food, but this left a bad impression. Make sure to double-check your receipt before adding an extra tip.

What a fun place with excellent service, attentive and fast! The margaritas were strong but have that non-natural/mixer flavor. The chorizo appetizer was interesting and very good. The chilled rellenos were well prepared and the pulled chicken was juicy. The sauces were underwhelming.

Beautiful restaurant! The reviews were good so we wanted to try it. To my surprise the food was anything but good . No flavor! . I ordered the chicken fajitas the chicken was bland my friends were like tried it with the sauce’ all I could taste was the tomatoes absolutely no flavor. I took two bites of the chicken and returned it. I then ordered a beef taco , it was okay I mean you can’t go wrong with tacos. We ordered spicy guacamole . It was anything but spicy the nachos that were served with it were not fresh or warm. We ordered a child menu chicken fingered with mashed potatoes the kid refused to eat it cause it was fried like it was burnt and very crispy. He had one of my taco instead. Another dish we ordered was the shrimp with tomato sauce and my daughter hated it. A waste of our money. I was very disappointed . I left there very hungry.. The only thing that was pleasant were the drinks. Since I don’t drink I had a mock tail. The spicy one it was great.

I’m a huge fan of authentic Mexican food, but this restaurant was really disappointing. The food did not taste authentic at all, and the quality wasn’t good — not even the agua fresca. I ordered tacos de chorizo, and what I received was nothing like what I expected (see picture). Definitely not going back.

This was by far thee worst place we randomly stopped at for drinks and a late night snack. I ordered a Michelada! It's supposed to be DELICIOUS! I HAD TO RETURN IT! It was that HORRIBLE! Then, I ordered the simplest of any mexican staple, beef flautas. It was so horrible, it was laughable. HOW CAN A MEXICAN restaurant mess up it's own cuisine?! Horrible, Horrible, and just Horrible! I would have rather had NOTHING. What a waste of money.

If i could give a 0 star i would. All Waitress with nasty attitude. They thought cause i left early was because i wanted to use the restroom but i went with kids so i thought it wasnt really kid friendly and cause everyone was starring at me. Waitress was like “oh so you came to use the restroom” and laughed with the other waitress. Like what happened with our own people having our backs? Yeah no. Never going back.

go to Miti Miti down the street instead! the margaritas here are disgusting and come with bugs. came here the other night for dinner and we were sitting for around 10-15 minutes for someone to take our drink order, which was fine but then we waited another 20 for our drinks to arrive. when they did, it was one of the worst margaritas I’ve ever had with a bug on it. I ordered a jalapeño marg and what came was just a disgusting packaged marg mix with a chopped up brown jalapeño in it lol. the waitress was nasty and we ended up just getting the check and leaving. I shouldn’t have even paid for the marg but just wanted to get out of there

Please, please read the bad reviews. Not sure why it has 4 stars this is microwave level Mexican food. The beans were Hooooorible, the rice was like plastic. The Chile rellenos were bad, just bad. And they don't have the basics like queso fresco. Not worth the bland service either or the decor which hasn't been cleaned. Pick anywhere else.!!!

Worst Mexican I’ve ever had. The service was horrible they forgot about us sitting outside so we had to go inside to ask to order. They also forgot part of our order & never offered us water (at this point why try). We ordered chicken/steak fajitas which has canned baby corn and chickpeas which is confusing and concerning. In this neighborhood there’s far better places, confused as to why anyone would come.
