New Chang Hong Brooklyn Reviews
I’ve been ordering from this Franchise for over 20 years. Since I was a kid I’ve been eating Chinese food from here. Never a doubt you’re gonna eat 5 ⭐️ Quality food! Thank you for always having reasonable prices and never changed the recipe ever since 05. Keep it up Chang Hong!
Second time ordering from this spot and is definitely some of the best Chinese I’ve had in Brooklyn. Everything is really fresh! I ordered the Szechuan bean curd which had a nice heat, the Singapore style rice noodles which was also nice and spicy and a hot and sour soup. I usually judge a spot going off their hot and sour soup because everyone’s is different - this one is the best I’ve had in a minute and our food came really quickly and super hot. This is definitely our new go to we love it!
Best Chinese takeout in the neighborhood- great portions and amazing flavors. You won’t be able to find a Chinese restaurant that gives out as much food per dish as New Chang Hong. They’re truly a gem- 10/10, would recommend
Solid Chinese food. Food was delivered hot and fresh and very quickly.

I usually get my food delivered from here. I don't know the atmosphere. But what I do know is the delivery is fast and the food is hot and fresh! I'm able to choose what kind of meat I would prefer (light or dark. I'm also able to order more of what I like for a small price. The rice is fresh and the meat is tender. I usually order General TSOs, NOT TO HOT OR SPICY. 10 small extra shrimp in my rice for no more than $2. It's the best Chinese food restaurant that I've brought from since moving here to Brooklyn! I give it a 5 Stat rating because I don't just eat anywhere .
3 orders, 3 delicious meals. They take a bit longer to prepare your food compared to other restaurants in the area, but the cost/meal ratio is the lowest and taste just as good.
My go to Chinese takeout, consistently good, great variety and very friendly people, from the delivery guys to whoever takes the call. They are always open too which makes them super reliable. The Szechuan Bean Curd is a family favorite, highly recommended.

Update: The food has gotten a lot better, it's back to being my favorite spot Was a really good spot, actually my favorite spot. Not sure where it went wrong but food isn't really the same. Had unpleasant food two consecutive times I've ordered. Not going back, found another spot where the food is fresh.

When you call lady is very nice on the phone but delivery man i gave him $3 tip through grub hub and he was very rude after giving food. He was waiting for another tip and gave attitude when not given another tip. How much tip are u supposed to give for a $26 order?! He needs to learn manners or stop delivering food.

I have ordered from this spot many times, but lately the food has been disappointing......don't order the sweet and sour chicken.
Hair in my food. Unfriendly staff.

My vegetable lo mein had a super long hair in it. Before I realized that I thought it tasted good. Delivery was fast. But I couldn’t finish the food bc of the hair, which was cooked into and sort of wrapped around a noodle.
What happen to this place. I got food poisoning me and my wife got sick eating here. I use to come here when I lived in Brooklyn but everything has gone down. I rarely would write a bad review but it’s sad to say quality of the food went downhill.
Disgusting food, even worse service. Skip it.

I don't know why this place have such a nice review, i order some chicken broccoli with fried chicken wings . Food really bad and taste like they were in bad condition. Not recommend at all!
These guys are NOT open 24 hours. Walked 30 minutes to get food here at midnight on a Saturday and the guy behind the counter announces they are closed. Gee guys. Maybe you ought to correct that?
My order was very bland and not as described. The delivery driver spoke to me in a rude, reprimanding tone and accused me of not answering my phone; he even said another person’s order was left outside and blamed me. NEVER AGAIN!!!
