Yummy food cute frog on mocktail
I came here with my wife the other day. She got the mousse, I got the cheesecake, and we both got drinks, all was very tasty. The server was very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back and try the breakfast and dinner menus in the future.
Will definitely be returning.. I usually just buy empanadas and pastries for breakfast here .. but I came for dinner last night and split this huge bandeja paisa and I lychee mojito with my sister and we left sooo full 😩 The lychee mojito didn’t taste much like lychee but it was still good it gave me a buzz 😅 The food was delicious and came out fast. The Avacado salad was fresh The waitress was super sweet .. 10/10
This Colombian restaurant is fantastic and has great vibes. The food is amazing, but be aware that the portions are really big, so order wisely. The drinks are good too. My favorite shake is the Lulo—so refreshing! If you want a taste of Colombia, definitely check this place out.
Made a quick breakfast stop here, not long ago. It was my first time encountering this location. The service was immediately friendly and professional. I love adding a couple of slices of white cheese to my croissant and they accommodated, without hesitation. The coffee was so delicious. It was strong, like I prefer, and creamy with the hot milk they add and as sweet as you request. The almojabana, or pan de bono, was huge and yummy. I noticed they had a wine selection. I look forward to going back for dinner sometime soon. Will update accordingly. Try this place. Ample, quaint seating. It's a medium sized location. Warm vibe and decor. The restroom was very clean. Street metered parking right outside.
This Colombian bakery is nothing short of amazing. The picture below shows just the view from outside, that invited me in. Inside, it was really hard to choose what to get. I ended up ordering too many things and got to bring home some to share. I had the merengue, the sugar and cinnamon cookies, the slice of caramel and chocolate mousse cake, those big flaky pastry things (sorry, I don't know the names of anything) and some passion fruit juice. All were very tasty! My least favorite was the flaky pastry and my absolute favorite were the sugar cookies. They were like butter biscuits, so soft and delicious. For all of that, I paid around 18 dollars, which I thought was more than fair. Definitely recommend!
Feb 2024, the place was empty, service was good, small coffee 10 once, food has changed, Colombian breakfast has rice, scramble eggs and a single piece of pork and french fries and a cheese arepa, not what I expected for $15.00. Beware, this is the only place in New York State that charges you for milk on your coffee and they automatically add 18% tip, and the highest suggested tip is 25%. Incredible. Sorry but I would not recommend this place.
Another local dump, went for breakfast and the server was contradicting what was listed on the menu, ordered a farmers omelette and specifically said soft and not over cooked and got it burnt 🥵. They have the nerve to automatically include the tip and we're not even courteous to offer a piece of desert or discount when they got the order wrong.
Avoid ordering delivery. First of all, the food doesn't arrive in good condition. It's better to eat at the restaurant. Nothing I ordered was good; it tasted bad and was kind of disgusting.
Service is slow. Expensive. Staff is not proper trained and food to go is always missing items
Only giving them 1 star due to the fact that they automatically charge a 20% gratuity without telling you and after charging that the final receipt still has the option to leave 15,18,20% more on top as if you didn't already tipped. (Party of 3) Sneaky.
I went out to eat with my family, we spent approximately almost $200 on a tasteless and completely raw meal, how horrible was the food!! And wait almost and hour
I am so disappointed. They really got me. I ordered the Saturday soup (oxtail). Not one oxtail was in the soup. All broth and root vegetables and plantain. ZERO oxtail. Very disappointed in you. The fish soup (Friday) is excellent.
I stopped by this area to grab a piece of cheese cake. As I ate the cheese cake and opened the container I ate a bite and seen in the cheese cake a BUG and then a hair around the wrapping as well. Unbelievable first and last time I will ever come here because how can I even trust the food is being made carefully? A shame
Very disappointed. I don't recommend this bakery. I loved their cakes and ordered couple of times. I even recommended this plaxe for my friend and they liked too. Unfortunately my husband went there yesterday and bought some cake that was packed individually in plastic containers. He ordered 6 and the lady packed those in paper bags. He didn't have a chance to look before she put that for him. When he went home I saw something ughhh( see on pictures) and this was not ice cream btw. Two of them were full of something melted. We throw them immediately. The rest was ok. I was so disappointed how they treat customers. That was my ladt time ordering from them.
