Pasticceria Rocco Brooklyn Reviews
Rainbow cookies are to die for, and staff is extremely friendly. Coffee is quality as well, a place worth supporting in the neighborhood for sure.
Amazing cafe, the desserts there are really high quality and really delicious! The service there is good, and there is a lot to choose from, their tiramisu is really tasty and much better than some of the restaurants I’ve had it in. The place is really clean, neat, and organised. I highly recommend it to everyone. Totally worth 5 stars.
Rocco's is a family favorite -part of our weekend ritual. Walk around the neighborhood & stop by for a late breakfast. Great lattes, delicious desserts & treats! They also make a mean burger and really great "classic" diner plates for breakfast. Elephant ears are the "must have" treat we always walk out with, fyi! Parking is pretty easy as it's off the ave. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Tons of food & drink options. And the staff are great, very nice!
I want to thank for their empathy and understanding of my Crohn’s condition. It’s not always easy to find places that truly listen, but here, I felt respected and cared for. They took the time to understand how I need my food prepared to avoid flare-ups and keep my gut happy.
Been going here for years, it's a great place to stop by when in the area. A traditional bakery with many pastry and cookie options along with many tea options. They also serve food if you want to sit down and have breakfast or order a sandwhich. It's a very cozy place with friendly staff. I love it.
Beyond my vision and expectations!! I ordered my son's baptism cake from Roccos. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate mouse filling, white buttercream outside. The taste was phenomenal and the cake itself was like a piece of art. Our new go to bakery. I look forward to many Rocco cakes at all future events !!
For cheesecake lovers! Best cheesecakes for me for now! I tried them all, all are extremely tasty. Size of chunk is also perfect to stay satisfied - not too huge, not small. Enough. You can start your acquaintance with Rocco's cheesecakes from any taste - it will not be wrong and it will be love from first bite. Definitely add a cup of coffee. Other pastries are also really nice. Worth to try. And you will come back at least once. But I can not stop again and again. Very cozy, "homemade" food. Like! Strictly recommend.
Glad I finally tried this Bay Ridge landmark. Classic Italian American bakery and cafe is bright, clean and very appealing. One of the best croissants I've ever had in NY was followed by a great potato and egg pannini with mozzarella. Low key atmosphere with professional service and glorious cakes and pastries.
This is such a cute little pastry shop/cafe. I stopped in today for a quick breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised with the entensive menu that they have for such a small place. I opted for the Carrot Cake Pancakes, and for the price, they not only tasted really good, but they also gave a pretty good-sized portion for your monies worth. The one thing I found odd is that they serve food and beverages on disposable plates and cups. Otherwise, the establishment is very clean, and the service was very good. My server Carlos was very welcoming and friendly. I didn't get a chance to purchase any of the delicious looking pastries, but I will be sure to do so the next time I visit. 😋
Nice pastry but ridiculous expectation to tip on a takeout. The cashier gave me a dirty look when I skipped the tipping. Well, excuse me, but I’m here just to buy a few things and leave. You just put the pastry in a paper bag and handed it to me. Why am I expected to tip???
Lovely place to set enjoy a cup of coffee , breakfast or lunch. Easy going yet pretty and thought out . Detailed menu with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Revisited this bakery recently and staff is not wearing masks at all with an obnoxious sign in the window. Sad that it come to this, politics over safety.
I waited 20 minutes for the food to come, and after my food finally came to the table, I ate for like 2 minutes, like I just started to eat, the waiter asked me “Would you like a box?” I felt very unwelcome, feeling that he is trying to rush me out or something. I just ate like 10% of my food and lost all my appetite.
Guess they ran out of real cups after seeing someone else enjoying their beverage in a real cup I ordered a hot chocolate and apple strudel to eat in house, strudel wasn’t heated although I was never asked if I’d like it that way, then came the hot chocolate much to my chagrin served to me in a to go cup, with microplastics melting by the second! Apparently I was not worthy, and now neither is Rocco’s, needless to say I gave them $15 and will never go back
