Honestly my favorite Bedstuy bar for a local happy hour. The vibes are just right, Mark makes the best manhattans on Thursday. The pizza is also pretty good as well. I appreciate the are open to 2am consistently, love a good reliable bar.

Paul’s is easily the best bar within five miles of Bed Stuy, a classic third place with terrific vibes, great staff, and kind regulars. A Thursday manhattan at happy hour (or three), a nice hot pizza, and home after last call at 2am is just the thing to pick my week up

What a great addition to the neighborhood! Paul’s is cozy and quirky, the kind of spot where the whole bar gets caught up in the conversation. The owner, Jillian, is so friendly and charismatic, and just effortlessly leads the way. Good fun relaxed times!

Solid dive bar w personality and good energy. You can go here and have a conversation with a stranger or just sit with your feelings. Solid fro-pi(zza) and strong drinks.

A small intimate bar in Bed-Stuy. It's always packed, but if you see an empty seat, just grab it and you may have an interesting conversation with interesting characters who live in the neighborhood...

Stumbled into Paul's by chance when we were in the area. Incredible atmosphere and everyone is super friendly, especially the bartender Jill! Love you, Jill ❤️ The icing on the cake was the fun games going on, including the drink price roulette and touchdown shots! Couldn't recommend this place more!!!

Great bar, instantly my new favorite. Super chill environment. I love tiny spots like this where you get the opportunity to have a drink and a laugh with neighbors you've never met. Nothing against Do or Dive, but last time I was there it was a mad house. If you're looking for a low key spot, this is your place.

I stopped in late one night around 9pm. Had a pretty decent sized crowd for it to be a Wednesday night. It's a very small place. I had a margarita it was strong, not bad. The bartender was friendly I think she said her name was Jillian. They have food but it's more like frozen pizza type of stuff but you are allowed to bring in your own food if you want.

The cocktails are really good, the staff is kind and you can watch games here which is a plus. The bar serves pizza but it wasn’t that great. Actually, the pizza is just okay.
