The Owl Farm Brooklyn Reviews
Shout out Niko. Best bartender. He makes great suggestions and convo.
Great bar with amazing craft beer choice. Cool vibe with pinball and all the bartenders rule here!
3 great pinball machines in the back. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Incredible list of beers/ciders
Fantastic place. Amazing selection of beers. Jared served us and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to relax and have a beer.
Popped up here on a random Thursday, had a good time. Perfect place to stop by if you’re just looking for drinks in the neighborhood, Eric is great bartender—makes good recommendations!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Owl Farm – Brooklyn, NY Dark, poetic, and proudly unpolished — this bar’s got the soul of a 1920s bunker and the drink list of a modern cocktail haven. The lighting doesn’t try to perform for Instagram — it broods. Concrete walls. Limited outlets. You’re here for conversation, not laptops. Or maybe just for a damn good drink. And the drinks are good. Thoughtfully built, powerful without being pretentious. The staff? Down-to-earth, smart, and kind — the kind of bartenders who actually listen, not just nod. Not built for remote work — built for people who still believe in bars. 📍 Low-key spot, high-quality pour. 🟡 Expect dim light, but clear-headed service. 🍸 This is where I go when I don’t want the city to touch me, but I still want the city in my glass.
The vibe here is great. Intimate space with good drinks. They have a nice selection of beers and wines but we ended up getting cocktails which were really good. Dog friendly! This was huge. Look forward to coming again.
This is a quintessential Brooklyn spot with pinball, well worn wooden bar/stools and street view seating for loads of people watching. Wide selection of beer and wine caters to an eclectic crowd. Yay for an orange wine option and so many local beers. Easy going bartenders enhance the experience, as does the music selection! I feel like I could make Owl Farm my usual haunt if I lived here.
The story of how I ended up here is that I was looking for something "refreshing" before going home. I searched Google Maps for a place where they sold beer and this place was close to me. I loved it since I came in, full of candles, bottles and a place at the bar with your own menu and a candle. They have craft beers, so I had no idea what to order. The guy in the bar was super nice to me. He asked me what kind of beer I drank regularly in order to find one that was to my liking. He gave me some to try and so I chose which one I wanted. He was always very kind (I would like to know his name to add it to my review), so if you are reading this, THANK YOU. Sometimes it's scary to go out alone, but I'm definitely happy to have gone because I loved this cozy place. That day they had rock music but I believe that is the kind of music they always have. 🙌😊
Robin Will Steve Jared all rock. Killer chill vibe to match tap list and Cellar list. Wines are top notch. Bonus for having MGD and others for The Owl Farm INCLUDES everybody not just the guy sippin a rare Grimm bottle but the Park Slope guy who grew up here. You can bring food in or have it delivered. Also Cider peeps. The Owl a killer tap/bottle list for you also.
Great place for craft beer and cider. 28 rotating taps, featuring mostly American breweries, served in 8/12/16oz pours. On top of that 5 rotating draft ciders, one mead, and Fernet. A well-curated selection of beer and cider on bottle is also available. Frequently hosting tap takeovers. Pinball machines in the back, and dog friendly.
I love the ambience of this place from as soon as I walked in the door they had some nice low light seating and a few people at the bar but they also had some booths you can sit in towards the back. My friend my wife and I came here to have a few beers and my wife’s favorite which are ciders and they actually had some she’s never had! I would definitely come back here.
