We had a wonderful experience dining at Al Dente Fresh Pasta. The service from Hernando and Angela was very pleasant (Hernando laughed at my bad joke). The Polpette as an appetizer was a great call. My girlfriend had the Rigatoni Al Pesto and I had the Mushroom ravioli special. Both were delicious! Angela gave us some lemon ginger tea to end the night and it hit the spot. The atmosphere was very nice with good decor and fitting music.

From the bread offered with olive oil and balsamic dip, to the fresh pasta with delicious homemade sauces, everything was absolutely perfect! My dining companion opted for a vibrant pesto (the pictures don't due justice to how bright and fresh it was), complimented by a few fresh tomatoes interspersed to provide a burst of sweet acidity. I chose the elk ragu, which was absolutely delicious. I'd travel back to Brooklyn just for this one dish! The pastas were both perfectly cooked. We finished with a melt in your mouth tiramisu. The service was perfect, attentive and friendly, without being fussy. Atmosphere was quaint and comfortable. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!!

Fantastic Italian spot in Park Slope. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked. The duck ragu and shrimp scampi were incredible. The tiramisu was the perfect sweet ending. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and amazing food, I can’t wait to come back!

My hubby and I were in the area and were in the mood for Italian and stumbled across Al Dente. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The service was warm, and seamless throughout the evening. The ambiance was also great with nice music playing in the background. We started with the Búfala mozzarella, figs, and prosciutto, a perfectly balanced appetizer that hit all the right notes of creamy, salty, and sweet. I completely forgot to take a picture, it looked so yummy that we dove right in. For our mains, we enjoyed the Tonnarelli allá Carbonara and the Spaghetti Marinera. Both dishes were fresh, well-executed, and deeply satisfying. The carbonara was rich without being heavy, while the Spaghetti Marinera was light yet flavorful. And then we had the Tiramisú for dessert, hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Airy, flavorful, and beautifully layered, it was the perfect ending to a great meal. Would definitely recommend.

Really good pasta, great service and decent prices! I really don’t get why this place is not always full of people. I gues they are too discreet and they care only about good food and not making noise. Too bad, because their pasta and wine is as good as in Tuscany!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a whim after noticing this had just opened, and we were so glad we did. The wine, food, and service were fantastic. The pasta alla carbonara was especially delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

The dedication to every detail of this restaurant is spectacular, it's not just food. Everything is an unforgettable experience. The place is fantastic, it has an ideal atmosphere for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. I have tried spaguettie carbonara in many places but this one gets a 10/10. Omg And what about dessert? you should definitely go try it!! Boun appetito 👌

Found this place on a whim on a Friday night at 10 pm after going to a bar right next door. So glad I came here with my friend because right off the bat I already had a good impression of the place because the server was incredibly nice and the decor and size of the place was so cozy! The food was even better, I got the Venetian paparadelle duck ragu and it was absolutely a-m-a-z-i-n-g. It was a good sized portion and so flavorful and creamy with their pasta actually being al dente. It's not often that I find paparadelle on the menu and I was so excited to see it. I'm definitely coming back here again if I'm in the area.

Such a cute and cozy Italian spot in Park Slope! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and you can really taste how fresh and high-quality the ingredients are. The tiramisu was just as impressive. I’ll definitely come back to try more of their dishes.

Small, quaint, and truly top-tier. The freshness and quality surpassed expectations — everything was exceptional. The meat and cheese board was a 10/10, some of the highest quality we’ve had. A fantastic family-owned Italian spot and a real neighborhood gem.

My meal exceeded what I thought was possible at this price. The workers really welcomed us like valued family. The spices are delicious. Costs make sense and service is kind. This place handled every detail correctly. We're planning to try more dishes here shortly.

We went for the first time this week, the best meal out we've had in awhile. Nice intimate atmosphere and good service. Everything we ordered was delicious but the pappardelle duck ragu was exceptional. I hope it stays on the menu because I will be craving it all winter.

Really delicious dinner - fresh ingredients, solid wine by the glass selection, both traditional Italian sauces as well as updates to standard dishes, and very attentive service. They also have gluten free pasta on the menu.

The place is small, has a nice ambiance, attentive service. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauces were fresh and good. The meatball appetizer was great, juicy, tender meatballs, nice crust on the focaccia. The bruschetta was not bruschetta, it was served on very soft bread and overloaded with tomatoes.
