Totli Cafe Brooklyn Reviews
Their foods are very very delicious and beautifully decorated. They are an Uzbek restaurant. You love Unek food immediately you taste it. Food, environment, cleanness, customer service 5 out of 5. They have restroom. Beautiful chairs and tables.
Highly recommend what a gem of a meal Nozima was such a great waitress for us. She gave such amazing recommendations for my first time trying Uzbek cuisine. The restaurant was soooo clean, fresh, and modern. Toilets were super immaculate as well! Food was scrumptious and bursting with flavor. Rice was cooked perfectly and mead was dripping in glistening juices. I’m soooooo happy I decided to come here what a gem of a place. Highly recommend definitely go here and you’re in Brooklyn!!🔥🔥🔥
This is a delightful new Uzbek gem! Their “moshkichiri” is heavenly—creamy mung beans and rice simmered with aromatic spices and tender meat, bursting with comfort and flavor. The cozy, welcoming vibe and friendly staff make it a must-visit. Don’t miss their homemade bread and fragrant tea! A perfect spot for authentic, soul-warming cuisine. Def coming back!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this spot. I tried their Mochkichra, and wow — it was incredible. You can really tell it’s been cooked for 24 hours — so flavorful, rich, and comforting. Honestly, one of the best Uzbek dishes I’ve had in a long time. The place is right at Coney Island Ave and Ocean View Ave in Brooklyn. It’s a bit of a hidden gem, but totally worth checking out if you’re into authentic Uzbek food. I’m definitely coming back!
I had a wonderful time at Totli Cafe! The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food made it a perfect spot to relax. Their food was amazing—fresh and flavorful. Great service and a warm vibe make this café a must-visit. Can’t wait to return!
It is difficult finding tashkent plov in NYC, but there is delicious plov I’ve ever tried. I recommend this place for the people who miss the moshkichira and chaykhana plov. Also, waiters are play one of the key role on restaurant business, service was great!
I had a wonderful experience at Totli Cafe. Igor was very attentive and pleasant to talk to, making me feel truly welcome. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!
I just explore this cafe today everything was delicious and the service was awesome I am not from Uzbekistan or Turkey and I am also very limited in food from outside but honestly I want to give this cafe 10/10

I would like to bring to your attention a concerning practice I experienced at your establishment. When paying my bill, I noticed that a 10% service fee had already been added to my check, which was not clearly indicated on the menu. Additionally, when the electronic payment terminal was presented, it prompted for an additional 15% tip without acknowledging the service charge already included. This creates a misleading impression for customers who may be unaware they are effectively paying two separate gratuity amounts. The owners should be ashamed of attempting to deceive customers through this double-charging scheme. I believe transparency is essential in billing practices. Service charges should be clearly disclosed on menus, and payment terminals should acknowledge existing service fees when suggesting additional tip amounts. Central Asian foods are pretty good. Other foods are prepared poorly.
This place adds automatic 10% service charge even for one person. This was not shown on the bill. So I ended up paying 25% tip, which was completely unwarranted considering whatvI ordered. I only noticed that when I left. Food was somewhat ok and portion was small for the proce. Service was ok too. Well, I tried it, moving on. Still sore about the service charge. It wasn't much, but unexpected. Also, they charge credit card fee. Decore is upscalish.

Food was nothing special, service was absolutely horrible. Staff was more occupied with chatting and joking than serving
Workers have no idea what cappuccino and cinnamon is. Charged me $6.53 . Had no change and I end up paying $7. When I drove away - I realize that I got REGULAR COFFEE. Empty showcases either 2 croissants in it. Scammers, have no idea about business Don’t waist your time or $ !
