Tsob Tsobe Brooklyn Reviews
Wonderful atmosphere, great crowd, fantastic music, very happy to be back for Valntine’s party 2026!
This is one of my favorite places: 1) Food always fresh and delicious. 2)Atmosphere and design is nice. 3)Hookah is one of the best in town, coconut coal and top shelf tobacco with ice pipe makes it the best. 4) Friendly staff and great service as always. 5) The prices are reasonable and affordable. I will totaly recommend this place for any occasions.
The best place ever! Amazing food, amazing service and music! Dasha (Ukrainian singer) sing everything for us!!!! Garik and Elis are amazing! Dilya(manager )did amazing service! Highly recommend for all!!!!😎😎😎
So, I'd like to share with you my experience about this restaurant... I won't to tell you about service and work of staff but I'd like to talk about chef!!! We were two times, we tried many meals... (I don't remember how is it called), like pasta with meat was great, different salads but salad with octopus was super tasty 👌🏻 👍🏻 😀 I'll be honest, if I'll open my restaurant, I'll invite this chef for work for any money... Bravo Chef 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We will back ❤️
Food is always on point, nice atmosphere and their salads and borsch are great 👍
Good ethnic food. It's a mix of Turkish, Greek and North Caucasus dishes. Ultimate spot for a meat lovers, but they do have other options. Very nice interior and atmosphere too. Love this place.
Great food and amazing service!
I went here for the first time tonight for my birthday dinner with the family. Everything in this restaurant is at an amazing level. The service was fast, and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful. The decor is warm and cozy, and the music is pleasant and just loud enough to be heard but not overwhelm you. Of course, the food is the most important part of dining, and Tsob Tsobe does not disappoint. We had the pickled trout, the village salad, the avocado salad, the potato with mushroom, the Georgian pilaf, and a few assorted kebabs. The trout was wonderfully tender and salty without being overwhelming. The village salad was incredibly refreshing and crisp. The avocado was ripe and creamy with a lemon wedge to add some acidity to your liking. When it came time for the kebabs, I have tyo say, their kebab game is on point! Perfectly grilled yet juicy. THe lamb and beef were mouth watering, and the shrimp was nicely charred to give crunch and smokiness. Without a doubt, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate something or just to have a nice, pleasant meal. From what I hear, they do get very busy around weekends but a simple reservation in advance will avoid a long wait. Also, the owner is always around, which I am sure contributes a lot to the success of this place. He pays attention to his staff as well as all of his customers, so everything is always kept to a high standard. Wonderful man!
Great food. Very pleasant servers. If you don't mind music, it's a great place to celebrate with your friends or just stop by for dinner
Great place, recently became my go to spot for breakfast-dinner. Waiters are polite and service is fast. Shepherd salad, potatoes with mushrooms, lula-kebab, good variety of draft beers. Nothing to complain about. Try this place.
This place is great. It was my first visit to a Russian Café but it won’t be my last. The borsht was excellent as were some dumplings that were served with caviar. I think they are blinis but I am not sure. Like I said, I am a first timer. Service was friendly in a Russian sort of way. Overall we both loved it.
I love this Russian restaurant. They organize all types of banquets and birthday parties. I threw my wife a surprise birthday party here and we were left really satisfied. Everything was great- the food, the service, the music.
We went there for a drink did not try the food was a bit expensive but a very nice place and they also have comedy in certain days and live music it a restaurant/ lounge
I had a birthday party at tsob tsobe last night. It was amazing. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Atmosphere amazing. We dance the night away. Everyone had amazing time. Thank you so much for making my birthday so lovely 😍
We went to Tsob-Tsobe restaurant over the weekend and we were very impressed. We didn't expect such changes! The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was so cozy that you feel yourself at home. The musicians were simply fire!!! Dasha, Garik and Vova kept everybody on the dance floor for the whole night! In general, everything was a top-notch level! We had an amazing time and definitely recommend for everyone to make their party at Tsob-Tsobe to have an unforgettable time💖
The food selection is great. Some new takes on old ideas. Very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is nice and pleasant. Overall the joint doesn't take itself too seriously. Great desserts. The food we had was filling yet light. We didn't feel stuffed. They can accommodate small kids as well. You won't regret going in.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable evening at Tsob-Tsobe, and much of the magic was thanks to the incredibly talented musicians, Dasha and Vovochka. From the moment they took the stage, their soulful melodies and enchanting harmonies transformed the atmosphere of the restaurant into something truly special. Dasha’s voice is nothing short of mesmerizing – rich, expressive, and full of emotion. She seamlessly transitions from delicate ballads to more upbeat, lively tunes, captivating everyone in the room. Vovochka, with his charismatic presence and perfect vocal harmonies, adds a unique energy to their performance. Together, their voices blend beautifully, creating a harmony that feels effortless and organic. They create an ambiance that’s both intimate and grand, making it feel as though you're not just at a restaurant, but part of an exclusive performance. Their repertoire is diverse, with a mix of classic favorites and unique pieces, all delivered with passion and professionalism. If you're looking for a dining experience that pairs exceptional food with exceptional music, Dasha and Vovochka at Tsob-Tsobe are an absolute must. They don't just perform – they create memories. Highly recommended!
Ive come here a couple of times for lunch and decided to try out for V day dinner. We were not disappointed and I have a feeling that this place is highly UNDERrated. The food was amazing and less pricey then similar restaurants with the same quality of food. They had a DJ who played a solid mix of American, Latino and Russian dance music with a good flow between songs. The staff was attentive, professional and the food came out regularly. There was no rush for us leave at any point during the night and were were able to bring our own bottle of liquor. Overall a great time! Can't wait to go back again.
I was so pleased from the minute I walked in till the end with the service I received. Professional service , delicious food, super accommodating staff and very polite. Special thanks to Dilya who help me organize my event! Can’t get enough my appreciation to Daria ( Dashulka 🥰) professional singer 🎤/ artist and her team to made my Birthday so special, she is incredible person with beautiful 🫠voice. All my guests was so happy and had so much fun 🤩 , dancing 💃🏽 nonstop because of you Dashulka Thank you Dashulka so much for recommended me this place , and made my day so special and unforgettable!!!!! ❤️🙏🏻 I appreciate whole TsobTsobe team for your hospitality! Now I highly recommend! You’re so awesome 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This please is very underrated. The food is great (best Ukrainian Borsch in south Brooklyn hands down)…they have vegan options which came super handy during the lent period (they’re hard to find in our neighborhood). And finally they just got a new bartender and the Bloody Mary they make is simply to die for! Strongly recommend! And yes! They have hookah!!
We came here with a party of four with no reservation. The place was busy but they managed to seat us after a short wait. The menu offers many dishes from the Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Turkey. We shared many dishes which is encouraged. All of them were delicious but the one outstanding was a stuffed cabbage dish. We will definitely be returning.
Absolutely amazing food! Georgians definitely know how to make meats! Atmosphere is very nice and music on Friday evening was very good. Service was quick and very friendly.
Love this restaurant. Food is delicious fresh presentation lovely. Wait staff are very attentive. Been there several times never disappointed. Angus steak delicious meat tender , potatoes with onions and mushrooms loved salad ,meze all great . Band amazing atmosphere very comfortable . Highly recommend
The first impression you get from Tsob Tsobe comes from the friendly and accommodating staff. The comfortable, intimate, and fun atmosphere is a changes depending where you sit and who you have in your field of vision. Mostly because everyone there is enjoying or celebrating something or someone. It's not a party, it's a collection of fun. Then, you get the digital menu, easy to navigate, and the real fun begins. So many choices, that it become hard to make a bad choice. All the food is FRESH and fairly priced. I have never had a bad meal, nor a mediocre one, every meal has been wonderful!! Do not skip the dessert! Note, even the drink menu is not standard, it's fun and surprising. But it always delivers. Enjoy Tsob Tsobe, let it surprise you or reward you, or just fill you. Always a joy.
We went there with friends and our servers name was Zaur. Our server was very attentive and he helped us with choosing a perfect bottle of wine for the night. I haven’t been there in a while but now they have a DJ and the music is much better now. The food is delicious and portions are sharable. Definitely recommend.
Ordered delivery from this place 2 days in a row. I had the chicken stroganoff over mashed potatoes and it was so good I ordered it again the following day. The servings seem small at first look but I was overstuffed at the end. They forgot the fries that came with my coworkers lamb burger and were nice enough to come back with them without making a fuss. The breakfast menu looks amazing, can't wait to go for that. Would absolutely order again or visit.
I've eaten here many times for lunch and dinner. They got excellent food, and delicious espresso and cappuccino! I usually order their mediterranean kebab platter and the arugola salad. I've also tried their fish, soups and have celebrated birthday parties (and everyone loved the food and service) haven't tried it for breakfast yet but my friends tell me that is delicious as well. I like going on Friday and Saturday when they have live music playing.
One of the best places in South Brooklyn. The food is great, the service is amazing. One complaint - the fire detector kept making those high pitch beeps last weekend.
Lamb chops were SO good, I'm craving them ever since - perfectly cooked, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth meat. Everything else (we were served a variety of dishes as a part of birthday bash, didn't order a la cart) was yummy too - salads, spreads, seafood pasta, salmon - you name it. And we LOVED their Kutabi from hot appetizers - both meat and veggie varieties are very good.
This place is great. It was my first visit to a Russian Cafe but it won't be my last. The borsht was excellent as were some dumplings that were served with caviar. I think they are blinis but I am not sure. Like I said, I am a first timer. Service was friendly in a Russian sort of way. Overall we both loved it.
Excellent stuff with very delicious food. Our waitress Dylia was very professional, knowledgeable and, I must to say, very beautiful. Great spot for friends and family
Beautiful time we spent there celebrating a birthday. The waiters and staff are very attentive. We had delicious fresh salads, appetizers and shish kebabs. Steaks with potatoes and mushrooms were delicious... will definitely be back!
Wow! I just ordered delivery for dinner, and I am pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was! The biggest difference I noticed right away was how FRESH the food was! I sincerely applaud the owners of the restaurant for that. I don’t remember the last time I had such tasty and fresh local food. I will definitely order again soon.
Food delicious fresh. Service great
Ordered takeout, the mezze is outstanding! Mashed potatoes and pierogies and also delicious. My chicken platter was a bit dry but my boyfriend loved his lamb. Orange juice literally freshly squeezed, amazing.
Celebrated our father's 75th Birthday! Will definitely be back! Amazing food with incredible service. Now first off, this place is not cheap, but that is reflected in the quality of the food. The food was incredible. From steaks to sea food absolutely delicious! Cooked perfectly and served in a timely manner...we were absolutely stuffed and more food was coming out, too good not to taste. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend for any party. I believe we ordered a package that was recommend by the owner and it was excellent. We left a very nice tip for the waiters as well, they were super attentive and gave us amazing service. 👏
I like this Restaurant The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the food is really good and they have live music
I really liked this place! The portions are big — which is a huge plus. The prices match the quality, and you actually get a good amount of food for what you pay. I ordered the duck salad, and it was really good. The atmosphere was relaxed, with nice background music, and overall it felt very comfortable to be there. The waiter was polite and attentive, and the whole experience was pleasant. Everything was pretty good overall — definitely a place I’d come back to!
My experience was enhanced by the attractive space. Team members provided exceptional assistance. Each menu item shows taste quality. Every meal here contributes to my wellness. This place consistently satisfies me.
Great food. You can judge the quality of produce by ordering a simple salad. All vegetables were very fresh, dressing delicious. Khinkali were amazing, I like a little more spicy but my kids loved them. Chicken shish - outstanding.
I usually avoid visiting establishments in South Brooklyn due to the peculiarities of the crowd, but Tsob-Tsobe truly exceeded my expectations. The restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with elegant decor that creates a perfect setting for any occasion. The food is absolutely outstanding – every dish is prepared with great attention to detail, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to provide recommendations, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. I often order from them through Uber Eats, and while the delivery time can be a bit longer, it’s worth the wait because the food always arrives fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Tsob-Tsobe to anyone looking for a memorable culinary experience. Whether you’re dining in or ordering delivery, this place is a gem in Brooklyn and a must-visit for both locals and visitors!
Overall food is fresh and tasty. We ordered salads and kebabs, wine brought with us. Interior design is beautiful. But service is not so good, since you have to wait too long.
Beautiful, Mediterranean rustic spacious decor with a fireplace. They play soft international music, so the atmosphere feels relaxing and you are able to speak with your company. Food is delicious. Various multicultural cruises that would satisfy your senses. This place is definitely delightful and would highly recommend. They need more exposure so please come and support a local restaurant. Cheers!
The service was very good but overall the food could have been better, most of the kebabs were either too dry or too raw. Salads were great though.
I've been passing by and meaning to stop in for awhile. Finally did and found a small gem in this neighborhood. My coworker and I came in for lunch and I will most likely be returning. The decor and atmosphere are very relaxing and nicely done. Although my friend said it correctly when he stated the place seemed like it seemed the location of a movie where a bunch of European gangsters would be coming in to shoot the place up at any moment. :) They have cheap lunch specials that are filling. We ordered and split the Lamb Burger Kebab and Chicken Burger Kebab. Both come with french fries and a house salad. You have the option of one (8.95?) or two burgers (12.95?). If you are not that hungry my suggestion would be to order the one burger option. Shout out to my server Anna who was very nice and did not cease being on standby for anything needed and made sure our table remained clean. Seemed that the rest of the staff acted in the same manner. Be sure to check out the drinks such as the New York Cheesecake Milkshake.
A good versatile cuisine featuring georgian and central Asian dishes with post-USSR aesthetics. The plov was good and a big portion for only $17, braised octopus was huge, but a bit chewy. We were surprised that NY friend's dish came 10 min before mine and she had ro sit and wait for me. But overall the service was very friendly. A lot of tables celebrated something in a "banket" style and there was nostalgic live music with a decent singer
A fancy cafe serving up some exquisite salmon & other food choices. 👍👍 Very comfortable lounge seats with a nice vibe. You can sense a bit of romance waft through the air. Time stood still as we sat here. The silence was enjoyable. 3 German beers on tap. Some extra options like Russian or Middle East would have been nicer. Wine selection was a bit limited and the caliber was lacking. Overall a pleasant experience and recommended. 🙏🏻
It was a nice find for my friend and myself the first time we visited, tried their soup Harcho, and chicken kebab. Food was tasty and the service was impeccable. Decided to repeat and were sightly disappointed with Tanaka Chicken. I would question the oil it was prepared with and the flavors were less appealing, I mean I try this dish everywhere I can. The service still good, and many folks come there at large groups, mostly families
Ordered 2 lunch specials for delivery and honestly while the food is good the portion size is laughable. I got the salmon lunch special with fresh salad and mashed potato however the lemon slice they provide for the salmon was bigger than the fish. Hopefully they improve this in the future.
That place is too expensive for Sheepshead-bay. They charge extra $$ for serving. And you should check your bill. At my bill the price for Octopus salad was different then at the menu (more than in fact). We were disappointed. But food is good. And unfortunately I cant say the same about draft beer.
Food is great, but I get a shady and greedy feeling from this place now. Use to be great before covid, but after it went down hill in this department. Prices are all different online, and no prices are available on receipt, so you can't check easily if you were overcharged. Got very little food but the bill was over 60 bucks for take out. And another issue, when I dined here last year, they put an extra charge if you use credit card, so that diminishes any cash back you get from your card. This greed is a big reason why many are avoiding this place now. Hope they improve this in the future if they want loyal customers. I wanted to go here for my bday, but don't want to be charged an arm and a leg so I will go elsewhere.
The food is delicious! But prepare to wait for your order or a check for a while. If you want to order an extra drink, you’ll have to catch a waiter. I feel like management should add more wait staff on the floor. Waiters are friendly and nice, but again there should be more workers for a packed place like this.
Was there for an event on a Saturday, very overcrowded. Food decent, waiters very efficient and nice, way too many people for my taste. I hear it is excellent for closed private events though: my friend married her daughter there. Was beautifully set and stiled. I would not return though
Not authentic turkish food. Too much diversity of food offered. Waiter was very rude to us as customers. Maybe he is used to treating women in an unpleasant manner. Manager was very responsive & compensating to this rudeness. However, I Would not come back or recommend. Sorry. Not a pleasant start.
Food was great. We were seated quickly as we reserved the night before. The service was questionable. 30 minute wait for the food. The waiter was nowhere to be seen. We had to ask other waiters who were reserved to tables and they didn't mention or do anything for my requests.
The food is good, nothing special or unusual, but still good. Prices are unreasonably high. I would say twice as in other similar restaurants in this area and similar quality. They also include so called service charge into the bill when served 2 people only (as I know this kind of charge is appled when 6 or more people are served). It was not tips, because their bill contains gratuity. So they want double tips. I would not recomment this place.
The crepes and syrnics were great! But with the eggs benedict you can get an ant in your plate The payment system can be broken for 20 minutes so you can't pay And the delivery team could sit on the next table and speak super loud!
The place was nice and the food was good but the service and communication was horrific. Kept repeating order to the waitress but it seems as she really couldn't understand and kept saying the wrong item then actually brought the wrong thing even after multiple attempts to correct her. Just wish the communication was better. The experience would have been great.
The food is good, but the portions are so small, which I would be okay with if they warned us about it on the site! I ordered for delivery a 4-course lunch special which should include a soup, a hot entree like shish kebab, a salad and a side. All sides besides rice cost $3 more and the lunch special was $15. For $17.90, this is all I received. Half of the hot entre is just onions. And the side I ordered, mashed potatoes, is just a scoop.
This is disgusting.... went to a baby shower here and all the chairs are filthy, it's not only oil stains but it actually has dirt stains... do not come here to use their party hall... it's clear their owner is gross and take no responsibility in keeping things clean... no wonder the light was dim in the party hall so the dirty chairs wouldn't be apparent... pull out a random chair and you will see this nastiness... I'm afraid to see what their kitchen looks like... don't get me started on the walls... this place is not kept right... it's like they are really trying to imitate a poor Eastern European country... well they succeed.
Wish I could give this place less than one star. This is far from Turkish food. Lady lied to me on the phone and told me it's Turkish. I was craving some good chicken kebab with rice. They served me gross tasteless chicken kebab. The lady told me they serve authentic Turkish rice but when i received it , it was yellow and costs five dollar for a tiny container thats not even enough for my 7 year old daughter.. worst place I ever been to. Stay far away if u want some good authentic food. Go to Sahara or anywhere else! The good reviews must be fake
The worst experience! Our table spent 400 dollars, and we had waited waiter for 40 minutes for drinks, hookah and for just clean the table from the dishes , ordered drinks by ourself from the bar. And of course I have very long story with the salad which was ordered with no cucumber (allergy) bit first salad was with cucumber, second time with no tongue, and as stuff (manager, waiter and cook) told as it is our fault…….
Absolutely awful! Would give negative stars if I could. We ordered 3 chicken shish kebabs and recieved a small container of chicken with seasoned onion slices in another small container NO RICE as pictured on their website. Also an appetizer of humus which was also very small and one piece of stale pita bread. Out of baclava so 2 lava cakes also small portion for a toddler. This was take out. Did NOT feed 3 people. Spent over $70 for very little food. We thought we had the wrong order so when I called she said rice is extra and I pita bread was complimentary and have to pay for more. And argued those were portion sizes for 3 orders! GO Somewhere else or you’ll be sorry.
I will never ever eat anything again from this place. I ordered a delivery on Uber Eats yesterday, and got terrible food poisoning the same night! Felt pretty awful! The meat used in chicken pelmeni wasn’t fresh. They use pretty law quality ingredients and it’s not worth it. I wish the food inspectors came in and checked whatever they do there.
This place is just not worth it in any regards. The food is ok but service absolutely terrible. They got our order wrong and then blamed us saying what we ordered wasn't on the menu when it was clearly on both the menu in store as well as on their online menu. She just walked away saying after saying that. They know their service is terrible and don't care and to make up for it they just auto add gratuity. Lots of places in the area and in Brooklyn where u can get better food and a much better experience.
Eating at this place was a complete disappointment. The food was not tasty at all, dried up hummus, small and overpriced dishes, seafood had a bad aftertaste. Service was terrible . Definitely not recommending this . With a large variety of great restaurants in the area I dont know why people would go there.
Do not recommend anyone! We were given old kebabs and sneaky guy persisted that food was new and they never keep old food. It was reheated in microwave and served to us. You lost us as a customer. Plus they added service charge without even telling us, while we were only 2 people.
Went there in March 4th 2018. The food was good. However, the service was horrible. It was impossible to get a pitcher of water. The $50 per person banquet menu choice was not a good idea. The portions are a joke. There was basically no food on the table. I have never seen anything like this. If you are planning a banquet party at this place, be ready to be embarrassed, disappointed and hungry.
We visit this place long time ( during a year every week) To be honest, this place has changed a lot in recent months, not in the best way. The waiters are not attentive, the menu has become poor. Who wants to eat burgers in high level restaurant?) Some dishes are not on the menu but are in the kitchen, very strange. the bartender does not know how to properly make a cocktails. I was waiting for a cup of tea during 25 min. Very disappointing. That was our favorite place, in the past! In general, management needs to work.
Third update: Today is November 27, 2025 and there has been no change since my last complaint about the eardrum-splitting volume at which the band plays "music." The money seems to be rolling in, which appears to be all the owner cares about; he continues to disrespect my neighbors and me and even some of the restaurant's patrons. He seems hell-bent on learning the hard way what karma means. Second update: Today, June 24, 2023, a few minutes from midnight, the noise from Tsob Tsobe was continuing to blast into my apartment and into the entire neighborhood for that matter. When the manager, Michael, and I spoke a couple of weeks ago he told me that the restaurant had a right to play loud music until 11:00 p.m. I then pointed out to him that the law in NY City prohibits unreasonable noise at any time and that 11:00 p.m. is not a touchstone. Anyway, today the music was blasting well past this artificial deadline. I called Michael just now and pointed out the lateness of the hour but he defended the noise by proclaiming that the restaurant is hosting a "private party." I told him that it's not private if I can hear it from half a city block away through double insulated windows. Update: Someone from this restaurant, presumably the owner Vadim, replied to the review I posted weeks ago, apologized for the loud music, and assured me that would "look into it." I wonder where the owner "looked." Nothing has changed since I posted my review: as I write this the so-called music continues to blast from the restaurant at a hemorrhagic level. I called the restaurant and spoke again with its manager, Mike aka Michael. Mike shut the restaurant's entrance door and this did reduce the volume of noise reaching me. He promised to try to keep the door in a shut rather than open position from now on. A few minutes after I spoke with Mike the noise returned at a full-blast level. I called Mike and he declared that since guests come and go, it is not really possible to monitor the door continuously. He thereby conceded that this "solution" was not reliable. Initial review: I've eaten here several times and the food and service are good. But, after taking a break for a couple of years, the restaurant resumed the practice of using a band that plays unbearably loud "music" on weekend nights. Even though I live half a block away the noise is intense. I went inside the restaurant tonight to complain and the noise was deafening: staff literally could not hear me and we had to step outside just to have a conversation. The restaurant's manager, named Mike, promised to reduce the volume but if he did the difference is negligible. A restaurant that is destroying my neighborhood does not deserve any stars at all.
Delicious hot appetizers and entrees. Skip dessert if you’re considering the baklava. The e-menu showed 4 pieces, but you only receive one, about an inch wide in the middle for $3.95. What a joke. The fruit tart was comprised of partially frozen fruit and runny cream in a tart shell. We were told we could sit in either room but not advised the room we chose was a hookah lounge. This put a damper on our anniversary dinner since there were 3 tables using hookahs in this small room. There should have been signs or something advising of this. Never again.
We went for family lunch. It was only three of us in the restaurant. We asked for a prompt service because of our time frame. Waiter promised to complete the order within 20 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting one main course was not ready. The rest of food was very average. Plus to that they added service charge to the check. This was the first and the last time we went there. Totally overpriced. Not recommended.
Terrible! I was ordering raw meet for kebab from this place last 5 times! Everything was normal , I did order some lamb, beef , all the time I ordered chicken wings. Meat was pretty good, and no complains! All of a sudden we order 2 pounds of wings, with some ribs! Wings are always same weight so easy to notice if there is a difference! We got over half onions and half meat!! First I thought it is okay , since we did order from Nargiza across the str , meat is way better , but pricey! At Nargiza there are pretty much no onions at all , you pay for meat! Here it was half and half! I called the place just to ask out of curiosity , since there was less chicken! Girl who picked up was trying to be nice, she said she will call me back when I asked for the manager!15 mins later I got a call, NOT the manager but the same girl! She said sorry this is how we do it! I asked about manager , she said this is what the manager and chief said! This is Like USSR at worst times)! Chief takes meat home , and you get onions! BEYOND ridiculous! Manager did not even called to ask what was the issue! They can see that we did order from them many times ! They do not care! Total scam! The picture is from bag of 2 pounds of chicken! this is beyond funny! When I said I will make a review on that, she said we do not care do whatever you want! Advise to manager , care about your customers! No one cares about $6 that you are saving! You will lose trust and business support with this attitude!
The worst service i have ever experienced. It took nearly an hour for me to get my meal, and all i ordered was we a burger and I was literally the ONLY customer there. The waiter was texting the whole time, never checked in. Then when my bill came had the nerve to automatically add his gratuity to the bill, even though it wasn’t a party of even 2 guest. It was just me. Highly do not recommend.
We ordered beef, lamb and sturgeon shish kebabs for home delivery aside from other salads and appetizers and we received raw meat in plastic bags instead of the expected cooked shish kebabs. There was no sign anywhere on the menu that this shish kebabs aren’t going to be cooked and the person on the phone wasn’t nice and willing to resolve the problem and started arguing with us blaming for ordering it incorrectly, blaming different ordering apps. In addition to everything, they charged almost 20% tip for a delivery order. I would never go back to Tsot Tsobe again and would never recommend it to anyone else.
Horrible. Rude waiters. An hour to wait for food. They don’t change utensils or plates and when you ask for them to do so, it’s apparently an offensive task. Never coming here again.
The food is amazing, service is great, but the musicians are very disrespectful, when we stood up to sing happy birthday, musicians on purpose increased the volume to play their "soviet songs". This was done of purpose, very disrespectful.
Hello, I would like to share my experience at this restaurant. I first visited back in 2018 and everything was wonderful. When I decided to come again in 2025, the service was still warm, and the waiter (a gentleman) was very welcoming and attentive. Because of that, I recommended this place to my friends and followers, as I have a small audience on Instagram. Later, I decided to visit for the third time with my close family. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very different. The waitress was extremely rude — when our children happened to walk near the restroom or the stage, she spoke to us in a very harsh manner, even though I was already asking my child to stay seated. I eventually gave him cartoons to watch, and he stayed in place, but we still felt the judgmental looks throughout our meal. When I ordered a lunch set, it included soup and a main course. I was served kharcho soup, but unfortunately, it was extremely greasy, with mostly bones instead of meat — it felt like it was made of just fat and bones. I politely asked if it could be replaced, explaining that it was too oily, but the waitress responded very rudely and firmly said no, in a disrespectful tone and manner. I ended up ordering another soup separately at my own cost, simply not wanting to ruin the evening further. By the time the main course arrived, we couldn’t even enjoy it anymore because the atmosphere was completely spoiled. I felt very uncomfortable in front of my family, as I had chosen to bring them here — especially after I had spoken so highly of this place. It is very important to monitor staff behavior, because experiences like this can make loyal guests hesitate to return. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, but unfortunately, this visit has left me disappointed.
