This location of wingstop is really good. They make my food fast and it’s fresh. When I ask for extra they make sure to make my order exactly the way I want it. I also like the way how they still make a way to get to customers who come in to order instead of pushing us to the side for DoorDash services. They make sure everyone gets good service. Run don’t walk to this Wingstop and get the hot honey classic wings with ranch and thank me later! The absolute best, they always cook my wings to perfection every single time. The Quality is consistent here and the store is really clean.

Personally I go to a school near here, love the food 10/10 would recommend, however after-school hours especially on Fridays can be very loud, full, and just too much. Kids are very annoying but other than that, staff is usually very nice and calm

I ordered through Uber Eats, their service was great. Wing stop on the other hand had the nerve to send me 1 chicken tender and 1 chicken nugget. My order called for 2 chicken tenders. Really.

I know it's not the workers fault but they need SECURITY these hooligans are throwing ice and it's rowdy and packed it's a SAFETY HAZARD KICK THEM OUT DAMMIT!

I order online, call to inform the Manager to ensure my wings a cook well, b/c uber orders are treated like trash. Sje assures me my wings will be cook wwll, I said and Ill give you a review. Welp…the wings cook well but NO DAMN LEMOND PEPPER FLAVOR, it was horrible NO FLAVOR FRIED HATD CHICKEN,, all they had to say was sorry 3 times. Always SORRY to mess up anyway. Im over it 🤞🏾

I ordered online and was told the wait was 43 - 48 minutes for pickup. I arrived as indicated only to wait 30 more minutes. The cashier and the folk in the kitchen were all on their phones. The manager was worse AND UNINVOLVED. Got home 5 minutes later to COLD and hard chicken wings. It was an expensive lesson. Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning.

This place is the worst because of the girl with glasses working there. She takes orders at the cashier then helps in the kitchen. She is the most rude person I ever dealt with. She yells at customers. I almost left without taking my order because I couldn't stand her disrespect

The WingStop on Flatlands is the WORSE!!! I ordered the Cajun corn thru UberEats on 8/27/25. Horrible experience! Corn on the cob was NOT FRESH, OVER COOKED, OVER SEASONED and SOGGY! Entire order went in the trash. I was so disappointed and upset I wasted money ordering from this location. I’ve had a much better experience from the Staten Island location. Apparently according to other patrons, the staff at Flatlands Ave WingStop are lazy and inconsiderate. This location may only get your order right, when you order in-store. I wouldn’t be surprised if the doors to this establishment close. Corporate needs to clean house! ✌🏾

UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.I ORDERED 15 WINGS WITH FRIES AND SODA, WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED I GOT A DIFFERENT ORDER.THEY SENT 5 PARMESAN TENDERS AND SOGGY FRIES.I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND EXPLAINED TO THE "CUSTOMER REP" THAT THEY SENT THE INCORRECT ORDER TO ME .SHE GONNA ASK IF I COULD PICK THE ORDER UP AFTER I SPENT $ ORDERING ON UBER EATS. I TOLD HER NO!!! BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP. THE LADY GONNA SAY FIRST OF ALL IT WAS NOT HER FAULT AND HUNG UP. I CALLED AGAIN REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER & SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. MY FRIEND CALLED FROM HER NUMBER AND ASKED THE LADY FOR HER NAME AND SHE REFUSED. BOTH THE MANAGER & EMPLOYEE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
