Taco Casa Bryan Reviews
First time EVER at a “Taco Casa” and I must say they are AMAZING! The taco meat is very well seasoned and the arnt stingy with the meat and toppings at all! They give you your moneys worth that’s for sure! The crunchy tacos are amazing and the chilada’s were sooooo good and topped with sauce, cheese and black olives!! Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t before!
Best Mexican food, great prices and can't beat the drive through. The menu is not large but it's your most favorite items. I dined inside once and it has a nice restaurant and fast food appeal. Neat place and I love the nachos.
The tacos were full and extremely tasty too. We ordered them with sour cream and with flour tortillas. Just wish there was one much closer.
My first experience at Taco Casa and it was really good. I asked what to order since it was my first time, and I went with the suggested Chalata - slightly modified - sauce on the side and no black olives. Dipped in the sauce and it was just the right combination of flavors! SERVICE: 10 ✨ APPROVED: 2 THUMBS UP TODAY! Thanks guys!!
Food was good. Think Taco Bell in the 80's. I took my son. Bill came out to $26. Ouch!
I skipped breakfast 🥞 and lunch 🍱 today and was getting hangry, decided to give Taco Casa a try. I got two super tacos 🌮 and the Mrs got a super taco 🌮 without tomatoes 🍅 and it cost about $14 plus the friendly associate got my tumbler an ice refill. To be honest... this is what Taco Bell should aspire to become! Sometimes a well done gringo taco 🌮 just hits the spot and that's what my super tacos 🌮 did today. 😋 Our trio of super tacos 🌮 didn't make it out of their parking lot! 🤩😋
Asked if I could Get a reward card like the ones on the website for my order and the guy acted like he has no idea what I’m talking about. Other than that pretty good. Do they have a loyalty program or not ? Mymsiper burrito was mostly beans not much meat btw
Pepe's on South College changed their recipe for their beef burritos. Taco Casa come very close to that old taste I remember. 🔴Update🔴 I have fallen in love with their combination burritos. It's the perfect amount of beef, beans, and cheese. I like to take mine home and fix 'em up a bit, though.
We stood at the counter staring at a girl with ear buds in her ear, sitting in a chair staring at her cell phone! My son and I just kept saying hello and hitting the counter.....she never heard us. Another customer came in & stood there staring with us. Do better Taco Casa......check your cameras at night and make sure your staff is really working.
Our visit to Taco Casa wasn't that great. Although the food was good and the crew was nice, the dining area and the men's room needed attention. This isn't good at all because Taco Casa is one of my favorite places to go. As a paying customer, I'd like a more pleasurable experience next time. There are more taco places to go to in town.
The food is ok, a little to much cheese, the service is quick but there front register was horrible, he had no motivation, non friendly, rude, this place needs serious help with there front staff
Everything is good about the food and service! However whoever is making the food could do better! The last few times I have gotten food here it has been all over the outside and pouring out into the trey it’s in. If they would put the sauce in the whole burrito instead of just one end it wouldn’t do this. Please do better!
Okay I went in to get my usual Super Burrito and I know that it cost $4.97, I handed the lady at the window a five dollar bill. Got my food they shut the window and never gave meet my change. Granted that it was only 3 cents. that's not what I'm arguing about. It's the ethics of the business. They wanted to argue with me about the change So I asked for a nickel and they reluctantly didn't want to give it to me at first eventually gave it to me. As I'm driving away I can hear people yelling at me through their window and I turn around with the nickel in hand and I come back. When I get inside I asked them what was said out that that window and they said they didn't say anything but have a good day. Not true, I handed them the Nickelback and told them it wasn't worth it and I went and got my food out of the car brought back and ask him for my money back. course they did take their time getting the money back to me.Not only did the business lose a customer, they lost profit, lost money on food that is now waste, unless resold the burrito (unethical due to food was in customers possession and out of site of employees)Again this has nothing to do with the pennies it has to do with the ethics of the business I ran food service at 30 some odd years and when I was short on change I gave the customer back their change plus a little. That is the correct ethic and also they should had been letting the customer know at the window that they were out of those specific change it would give a customer a chance to scrounge around in the car to see if there's change that they can give them. Not to mention also telling every customer every day that they don't have change eventually that builds up to a point where the manager does not want to the boss to see that extra money coming in so they take it off the top and hands it out to the employees. Having a tip jar at the drive-thru window it's not really a good idea especially at the front counter as well. I worked in restaurants all my life and never expected a tip from a individual that comes and stands at the counter or drive-thru and orders their food. These are people who think they're entitled to something that shouldn't be. they make the owner look bad and the business look bad
So this place is closed down at 6:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. If you plan on eating here, and the food is OK, don’t bother trying to come in before closing. They are always closed three hours in advance!
Terrible experience today when usually there on point. Tacos were just thrown together with the cheese being on the outside of the shell. Looks like they were having a good time when I arrived at the window to pay. Normally it’s a win win situation but not this evening.
I usually don’t take time out to do a review but need to let all Casa Taco fans that I just tried to eat a crispy taco and it had so much grease in it it was unbelievable. They have lost my business forever!! They used to be so good when the previous owners operated them. Just a shame!!
I used to love Taco Casa but this was my last visit to this location. See the abundance of grease and "cheese oil" flowing out of my burritos. This is absolutely disgusting. This made the tortillas soggy and nasty. The only reason I left 1 star is because the gentleman in the drive through was polite. Even though our food sat there for over 5 minutes before he gave it to us. Taco Casa Bryan, you have to be better than this if you are going to survive. You lost a customer tonight
