Despite not being super well known by locals, I know several people from out of town that rave around about this restaurant and insist on going every time they visit. The food is incredible, from the core menu items to the rotating specials, especially the hand-cut noodles and lap cheong. The crispy egg noodless are very crispy, and I can't wait for the place to be re-opened

The food was great and the service was fantastic. Being there for the 1st time, we were guided through the menu with very welcomed suggestions. We will definitely return to experience more of the menu.

This is one of the best restaurants downtown that no one seems to know about. I've been here 4 times now and it just seems to get better every time I go. Great atmosphere and amazing food (try the dumplings). The food sometimes take a little long to come out of the kitchen, but it's definitely worth the wait!

amazing food! we came for the first time and part of the beauty is in the simplicity. we both had different kinds of noodle dishes and the flavors were just extraordinary. in addition, we had the fresh rolls which were amongst the best I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. we met Jen, the owner who is committed and passionate about all of these amazing foods and the details that go with it. and yes, save a little bit of room for an awesome unique best in class custard dessert

Food was incredible with very generous servings! Everything had such good flavor and texture. The staff were all very friendly as well. It felt refreshingly personable and genuine. My friends and I will definitely be returning to work our way through the rest of the menu!

We are visiting Buffalo and got lucky and found this gem. The food was so good and Cassandra was on top of her game. If we are ever back in Buffalo we will be back foe the yummy noodles.

I mean, what can I say? I can say that the K Bread feature dish was one of the best breads I've ever had in my life. I say that with no embellishment. Next, the service was impeccable. Dana made sure that any allergy issues were handled to satisfaction. Next, she recommended the hand cut noodles which had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Seriously, every bite was delicious. I wanted to soak up the remaining juice with a piece of bread, but didn't want to seem gluttonous. I thank her for creating one of the best memories that I've ever had when it comes to food. The speakeasy atmosphere invites you to lounge, converse, and enjoy the time. Please do yourself a favor and come here as soon as you can. If you live outside of Buffalo, I would suggest taking a flight. It's that good.

Was in town for a conference and decided to check this place out for dinner. What a hidden gem! It's tucked away underground in a nice quiet area. They were very accommodating - didn't book a reservation and they were able to squeeze us in with no wait. Super relaxed atmosphere and the food was incredible. If you happen to go when they offer the K-Bread...get it, you won't regret it! If I ever visit Buffalo again, I will definitely be back :)

The space is hidden away, but well worth "discovering". The vibes are cozy, warm, and inviting. The space is clean and open. Prices are good for a weekday lunch or a full date night, plenty bang for your buck here. Fun cocktail list and food comes out quickly. The beef lo mein was spectacular, with a sear and plenty of juiciness. The tofu also got a thumbs up for its texture! Will be excited to return soon

We recently dined at K:Dara Noodle Bar and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. As vegans, we were delighted to find a variety of vegan-friendly options on the menu. We ordered the broccoli stir fry and the sprouted bean salad, and both dishes were fantastic. The flavors were vibrant and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous, leaving us completely satisfied. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Apologies for the picture of my wife’s half-eaten dish. This one was good too :) Overall, K:Dara Noodle Bar is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegan options and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

We have been coming here since the original location on Main Street. So happy they opened up this spot on Pearl. It is a fantastic place to take out of town friends and show off what Buffalo is really about..fantastic atmosphere, kind staff and outstanding food.

If my partner hadn’t walked by and known it was there, we (taking a friend around Buffalo to help you estimate the amount of food ordered) wouldn’t have stopped where we were going to pop in. And we would have missed out on one of the besting dining spots around the downtown. We had the Mung Bean, the lo mein, and the udon beef. We also had a small carafe of sake which was smooth. When the mung bean came out, everyone was so disappointed that they hadn’t gotten that instead. But Jennifer personally made sure we had extra bowls to share. It’s the best combination of flavors-Rich and buttery and I can’t wait to come back in the winter for a nice warm bowl. We also had the chocolate Negroni which were delicious. Everyone working there was so friendly and personable. We were sad to leave and look forward to the next time. The flan is also one of the best desserts. I wish I could explain how amazing it was. I’ll probably go back and update this post with a better description.

My partner and I visited and tried the Thai iced tea, pork dumplings fried rice, and udon. The beef udon was lovely, noodles were perfect with a little chew, super tender beef, and perfect level of spice. Fried rice had amazing flavor as well as texture with little crunch rice bits. Thai iced tea was perfect level of sweetness. We just moved to Buffalo from Boston and this is the best meal I've had in the city thus far. Can't wait to come back and try more!

We have been excited to try KDara Noodle Bar now that they have their own freestanding location. We were able to get a reservation to celebrate my significant other's birthday and were not disappointed. Set up in the location which previously was home to Sato Ramen on Pearl Street, KDara has a great space to operate in. KDara specializes in fresh, hand made Asian noodles which can be made into stir fry or soup dishes. You can pick your own protein, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are available as well so the menu caters to different diets which is a plus when dining with a group. We started with the cucumber salad which was fresh and spicy. I enjoy spicy cucumbers and love to add them on top of my stir fry. For mains we opted for str fried versions of the crispy egg noodles with beef and the chicken and udon. Both were delicious and flavorful. The noodles were fresh and amazing. The crispy egg noodles had a wonderful sear and still had some chew while the udon were plump, chewy and to die for. You could adjust your spice levels here and choose from a large or small portion size. We chose the large sized entrees and the amount of meat was generous but for the extra charge we didn’t feel like we got extra noodles. I’m not trying to complain but think it’s worth mentioning because you would probably want to choose the large portions for the few extra dollars. Staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning and trying more menu options.

Cool place, you wouldn't be able to tell from the outside. Staying in Buffalo by the stadium, there weren't lots of Asian options. Looked on Google maps and found this place. Pho was good. The waitress said it was Laos style Pho. Not a ton of meat in there like you would expect in a typical bowl of Pho. I wasnt too hungry so the medium bowl of pho was filling enough. Small menu, will have to try the stir fry lo mein next time.

It was very relaxed, super chill space. Small menu. I enjoyed the broccoli lo mein. The creme brulee was the star of the show. Very good.

Came here for lunch for my dad’s bday as we were looking for places to eat before heading back to canada. and the food was fantastic. The pho broth was wonderful and the noodles had a really good texture and chew. Portion size was just enough Highly recommend

Service and vibe is stellar. The food was lacking though. I thoroughly enjoyed the dessert and their drinks but their mains are either too salty, too soggy, too mushy. We might have ordered the wrong food but there wasn't much in the selection the begin with. This is also the reason why I am more disappointed with the quality.

If you know Pho, you know this is a NO! The experience I had here was lack luster to say the least from service to food. The esthetic is nice but the ambiance throws it off. The staff is very rude ignoring you at times. I got two orders to go and the pho broth is deep brown in color with nothing added. Pho broth is supposed to be translucent. On top of that it was super salty, I threw it away what a waste. The other thing we had was udon noodles that were over cooked. Soggy, chewy spring rolls.. the list goes on. Disappointed in this noodle bar that cannot get the main ingredient right. Noodle bar that cannot cook noodles.
