I should have written this back when this happened to me but it wasn't something I thought about Months ago I came through the drive through for food and the person who took my order did something that amused me to no end. He took my order using a really funny voice. It made my night. When I pulled up to pay and get my food the two guys working were clearly having a good time with each other and that further made my night. They were having a good time and it made me have a good time
I can honestly say that the lunch today was the best version of Wendy's I have had in years. Whoever was working on 1/17 for lunch, just the best crew. Super fast, the fries were hot, the burger was juicy and not burnt/crusty. Awesome job today!

Spot checked twice. Both times order was bagged promptly & properly, gloves worn both times. All I ask is when you got several bags to hand out put them automatically in a big bag not only upon request. I can understand 3-4-5 bags no but 6-7-8 yeah. We take our order to our family a couple miles away. Thank you all again for the improved service. Please pass word for baggers to place fries & nuggets boxes right-side up in bags lol!
First time here , 85 degrees outside , NO AC in the whole place I feel so bad for these employees having to work like this & the cashier who was very nice said it was 96 degrees in the kitchen 👀 , the company needs to do better !

Very hit and miss. Sometimes the food is great...sometimes you get charcoal bacon on your fries....
Go through drive-through, Ordering a biggie bag. (I’ve worked at Wendy’s before and was a manager, I know what’s on the burgers). I ask to ADD Ketchup, pickle, and onion. What’s happens? I get only ketchup, pickle, onion (no mayo, tomato, or lettuce, which is what comes on it). now, I can only figure this, because people listen at fast food, rather than read the screens like they’re trained. So I go back through and let them know. What do they do? They TAKE BACK the burgers and throw on one tiny slab of lettuce and a piece of tomato, And add no mayo. There was mustard on the which doesn’t come on the sandwich. Policy refrain from taking food back through the window, And they threw on some thing that I very well could’ve been allergic to. Normally, I could care less, but for a manager to act that way and seeing a mess up, and taking it to fix it, and not doing it the correct way, There’s something about that doesn’t seem fitting with me.

The only thing good was the frosty the cola wasn't even good I asked for a coke and it taste like Dr pepper. Only purchase I enjoyed was the nuggets and the very berry frosty . Customer service sucked as well .

I’m sure the food is fine here just like every other Wendy’s. I’m killing time waiting for my kids trying to do some work on my computer. Unfortunately I have a bad battery that only lasts 15 minutes. I bought a $3.25 beverage in order to do some work there on their wifi and charge my computer. Unfortunately they turn off the plugs in the seating area. They turned them back on for me, but turned them back off after an hour and my computer died. I get it. They probably have a lot of poor people who loiter and charge their stuff, but I’m paying $3.25 for a drink because of the electricity and wifi. Next time I’m going to McDonald’s.
Went through the drive through 2/1/26 around 11:30pm and this is the 4th time I have gone there late at night and the food and service is TERRIBLE. Young looking black guy with the hair (supposed to be a manager) is incredibly rude and unprofessional. All the food taste like it’s been sitting on the hot plate since that morning, no straws, no receipt, wrong sauces, broken frosty machine. As we were leaving another customer was coming back with her food probably same issues. Tried and called the store when I got home and no answer (store closed at 2am) Went the next morning and spoke to Jamie and Bailey (general manager) who at first was not helpful. Told me that she cannot do refunds over $40 (order was 36.24). Told me she called her store manager who told her she cannot do a refund just give fresh food (I don’t want Wendy’s at 10am). I was told since I don’t have a receipt or the food she can’t do anything for me since her store manager said she can’t do refunds. Bailey was verbally combative and over talked me. As a customer I did not feel heard or understood during the conversation because she just wanted to keep telling me she can’t do a refund. Then was told they she can’t pull up my transaction because she can only go 5 hours back in the system. I then tried to compromise and asked if I could get SOMETHING as proof that I can come back another time to get a fresh meal. She wanted to give me the run around saying only when she was here and at certain times. Called corporate in her face and explained what happened that the store is refusing to give a refund and I was told that’s a lie that she can in fact give refunds While on the phone with corporate was told this store had MANY complaints and issues and this issue will be reported. Bailey then came to me while on the phone and said that she now CAN issue a refund after talking to her store manager again (imagine that). Not only did I get a full refund but a print out of my order (thought you can only go 5 hours back). She then said “just so you know we are a franchise store not corporate so we have different rules, not trying to be rude”. I don’t give a damn at this point just give me my money. While she was giving the refund apparently her and many people don’t like this guy who closes the store. You would think if you KNOW there is an issue with this guy you would have no issue giving a refund or maybe fire the guy. You come up to the window to order “what do you want” no hi no welcome to Wendy’s no nothing. Then after you order one thing he says “what else” and has a terrible attitude. A previous time he greeted me that way I just pulled off and left. I don’t care about the food or the money it’s the PRINCIPAL! Stop playing with customers time and money! We work too hard to be treated this way over fast food! Tried to make it better by telling me what times are the best to come in and I’m not hearing that. There shouldn’t be “best times” every time is the best time when you have PAYING customers at your store! Told me next time I should have the food from 12 hours prior or take a picture of the food. I will NEVER be stepping foot in this location again and I encourage others to do the same. Fire the whole store and start over.
When you spending your hard earned money you don’t want to waste it on food like this . Drive thru service is not so friendly. And they give you what they want twice I went thru the drive thru and same thing. I only like the baconator for the bacon.

Homeboy on his phone with his gloves on goes back to work without changing his gloves 🤮 other worker has their tim hortons coffee and zinger snack cake sitting on shelf ABOVE the food 🤮 staff was RUDE when I asked for straws because there weren't any so I just delivered the order without any since she wants to be CONFRONTATIONAL about it. Not my job to put straws in the bag anyway. Do your job better.

Never will eat here again. No wonder the spicy chicken sandwiches was 2 for 7.00$, it was gross. Felt like I had a tire iron sitting in my stomach for a day. Next day I try and eat something I throw up. The Sandwich tasted like they just threw it in the microwave to warm it up. 🤢🤢😷
ZERO customer service, was ignored twice by employees. The young man washing dishes was nice & took our order. Food was marginal. We really like our Wendy's in MO, thank goodness we were just passing through!
I go to this Wendy's at least one to two times a week in the early morning at around 6:45-7am. The food is always good however the service is not always good. It can take up to 3 minutes before they respond to the drive thru. Sometimes there are 1-3 cars lined up behind me to order. This morning the wait time was short HOWEVER the person that waited on me was rude and obnoxious. She spoke so fast I couldn't always figure out what she was saying and when i got to the window she was very abrupt and rude. She thrust the food at me in a bag and walked away. The young lady taking the money and making my coffee was polite and even smiled. I asked her if the other person was ways so rude and obnoxious but obviously she did not respond. It will be a long time before I go there again. I prefer Wendy's over McDonald's but for the money I spend I prefer not to start my mornings with attitude from a disgruntled employee. As a nurse for over 40 years there is no way I would have treated a patient the w
Food was cold, the girl in The drive thru had liquid cheese sauce on her hand and was blowing on it for what reason I have no idea. But very unhygienic and gross and then handed us our food. She should not be serving anyone.
20 mins for 2 orders of chicken tenders. Cold fries and attitude. Not appreciated!! If you don't want to do your job don't fill out the application!!
Grilled chicken wrap made with the wrong chicken and cold forgot part of my order not very personable staff you can tell No one cares most disappointing wendys I have ever been to.
Burgers 🍔 were dry both of them, Fries 🍟 were cold 🥶 not warm cold 🧊 usually food is up to par
I typically drive further than the Dingens St location because the atmosphere and service are usually better. Sadly, today that was not the case. The employee setting the chairs down for the tables this morning was so noisy that it was disruptive to my meal. After speaking louder to counter the cacophony of chairs hitting the floor, the sound continued which was just too jarring to enjoy my meal. When making a complaint, the manager gave a half-baked (much like their biscuits) apology. I will not visit this location again.

I went through the drive through on my bike and the lady wrking said she can’t take my order if I’m not in a car. This is wild specially because I went through the drive through multiple times on on a bike before!? The Helly
