Never had a complaint about the food or service. The one thing I can say is we never left hungry or wanting. The servers are pleasant and mannered. The food was plentiful and super tasty.
It takes quite a bit for me to write a review, but today was my last straw; I just had to after this, feels wrong NOT to. Every single time I come to this place, no matter what occasion: a birthday, a hangout, and on holidays like father and mother's day, this outback location has not disappointed. Even at their busiest, they are attentive. On the regular, their services goes above and beyond: impeccable treatment from the employees. The food portions are fair and very delicious, and new items are added here and there that keep adding to the palette of different people. There has been amazing servers that have attended my family and I multiple times. The manager is always sometimes walking around and asking about our food quality, if we are happy with our food, and sometimes making sure that our servers are attending us well. Overall, this place is great. I love coming here, it's a nice family friendly restaurant and although it's a chain restaurant, this location never disappoints, and the food quality is always great. I recommend 100000% in every aspect.
I love coming to the Outback Steakhouse in Burbank. This is my second time here and I came back specifically because they have a pet friendly outdoor patio with heaters, which is hard to find and makes it really comfortable. The staff is so attentive, the drinks are delicious, and it is honestly a place where you get a big bang for your buck. The prices are surprisingly cheap for how good the food and service are. Our server Robert was extremely kind. He explained the menu to us, checked on us often, and never let our drinks get low, even though we were the only table sitting outside. The manager Ulysses also came out to check on us and had a really nice conversation with us, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere inside is a lot of fun and all the workers seem genuinely happy. The service at this Outback was really great and the food was all so delicious. I really recommend it.
Our server Carolina was awesome. We had a party of 10 she was patience and accommodated all of us. Fyi Reservations are now called "Call Ahead" and are done by calling the restaurant. Highly recommended especially if you plan on visiting during the weekend.
Steve and Zack make the bar atmosphere at Outback amazing! They’re good people, make good drinks, and the apps are classic.
Outback-style seasoned and seared prime rib is my fav 🤤 + Midori Sour + French onion soup with the floating bread on top covered in melted cheese 😘 Had a long day at work. This was my treat for myself. Lol
Haven’t been to Outback in ages and had a very positive experience here — place was very clean, service was fast and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious — the combo plates are a great deal! Our server, Caroline, was very welcoming and knowledgeable and Baxter helped make us feel even more at home. Highly recommend!
Went there on a Wednesday around noon for lunch at the bar. There was only one other person at the bar. I was attended to pretty promptly. The server was very good, as was the food!! I got the bone in ribeye, lobster tail and Mac and cheese. It was great!!!!!
Oscar was great! Very attentive. Was able to recommend something new to try that I loved! Everything was delicious including the koala punch . Bonus I get to take the duck home! :)
Prime rib? Great place to enjoy the 12 oz Prime Rib Classic with sweet potatoes and asparagus! Cooked to perfection and nice portions. After dinner enjoy vanilla ice cream over a chocolate brownie and you’ll be in a coma for the night. Great servers and food. Highly recommended!
Had the tastiest, juciest, softest ribeye steak. Had a free Blooming Onion from my rewards app. Our server Robert was very attentive and a very chill guy with an excellent attitude! It was a really great dinner!
I love coming to outback! It’s one of my favorite places I’ve been going to since high school. The food is always delicious and the service is amazing. I have yet to have a bad experience. Our server Anthony was a pleasure and offered us a deal. If we leave a review on google, we can get the classic blooming onion. I mean, of course it’s a great deal. But, my review for this place has been long overdue!
Plenty of parking, reservations recommended. Had a party of 10. Food was delicious and pretty fast to arrive. A few kitchen mistakes but nothing crazy. Adult drinks were great. Waitress did a great job. Good experience.
The Super Bowl was something I was never interested in, however a lot of people are. So that night I was sent home early. My wife and I decided to capitalize on this and headed to Outback to celebrate Valentine's a day early. Our plan was to avoid the large crowds and it WORKED! Outback was as slow as we were but that suited us just fine. Dianne D was our server and she was very friendly and welcoming. We started off with the fried mushrooms. Fresh out of the fryer they were great. That with their amazing bread and softened butter were the perfect way to start our meal. For our entrees my wife went with the Alice Springs Chicken. She liked it but for me there were too many competing flavors. I went with a rare 15 ounce Ribeye with asparagus & steakhouse Mac and cheese. It came cooked perfectly and I was happy. I wish the asparagus was steamed a little less but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Thank you Dianne D for the hospitality.

Great location large and well kept. Can accommodate large parties without making the whole room feel small. Parking lot right next to it is small but you can find parking close enough. Came for the platypus punch and was not disappointed. If your looking for a fun place to have a tasty meal visit today

Visited on a relatively quiet Thursday night before a long flight home the next morning. Treated myself to the sirloin and ribs combo. The sirloin was *awesome* - juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The ribs were rather over-cooked and dry, and the asparagus tips were very crunchy at the foot end. First time trying out Outback Steakhouse. My wife and I got our table fast. For drinks we ordered platypus because it was catchy, and it was good actually. We got bread while we waited for our food. The blooming burger 🍔 was okay because too much bread the meat to bread ratio killed the burger. The fries were okay. The French onion and potato soup was good. My steak was literally burnt and i had missing items in my order. Save your money. Packaging was horrible! Had butter spilled all over the inside of the bag.
I ordered a lunch special which was a 5oz serlion steak medium well. The steak was super tough, we were told by our waitress that serlion steaks tend to be a little on the tough side. But she offered to ask the cook for another steak, I figured she was probably right so I asked for a grilled chicken instead. The chicken was so dry. I'm very disappointed. We've been here many times and have never had any problems with our food. I chose to receive my receipt through text. I received a message but no receipt.
