It takes quite a bit for me to write a review, but today was my last straw; I just had to after this, feels wrong NOT to. Every single time I come to this place, no matter what occasion: a birthday, a hangout, and on holidays like father and mother's day, this outback location has not disappointed. Even at their busiest, they are attentive. On the regular, their services goes above and beyond: impeccable treatment from the employees. The food portions are fair and very delicious, and new items are added here and there that keep adding to the palette of different people. There has been amazing servers that have attended my family and I multiple times. The manager is always sometimes walking around and asking about our food quality, if we are happy with our food, and sometimes making sure that our servers are attending us well. Overall, this place is great. I love coming here, it's a nice family friendly restaurant and although it's a chain restaurant, this location never disappoints, and the food quality is always great. I recommend 100000% in every aspect.

My husband and I had a dinner date at Outback Steakhouse in Burbank, and we'll definitely be back! We sat at the bar and the service was amazing. Baxter was the bartender that night, and he was super attentive and friendly to all the customers. He made the old fashioned to perfection! The food was delicious. The steaks were cooked exactly the way we ordered.

Excellent dinner there. place was active with plenty seating available, I wait time. Chimichuri steak was excellent and side copious. Sirloin and shrimp. Garlic bread was very good. Mashed potatoes is excellent. My girl don't the sirloin ok a bit sticky for her taste tho. both where properly cooked medium rare as asked. Not too noisy. Waitress was very nice, smiling and very attentive. very good restaurant, will return

One of my favorite spots for steak and ribs. The food is rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, while the service is polished and professional. A place that truly delivers a complete dining experience. Highly recommended.

Never had a complaint about the food or service. The one thing I can say is we never left hungry or wanting. The servers are pleasant and mannered. The food was plentiful and super tasty.

Our server Carolina was awesome. We had a party of 10 she was patience and accommodated all of us. Fyi Reservations are now called "Call Ahead" and are done by calling the restaurant. Highly recommended especially if you plan on visiting during the weekend.

Outback-style seasoned and seared prime rib is my fav 🤤 + Midori Sour + French onion soup with the floating bread on top covered in melted cheese 😘 Had a long day at work. This was my treat for myself. Lol

Haven’t been to Outback in ages and had a very positive experience here — place was very clean, service was fast and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious — the combo plates are a great deal! Our server, Caroline, was very welcoming and knowledgeable and Baxter helped make us feel even more at home. Highly recommend!

Went there on a Wednesday around noon for lunch at the bar. There was only one other person at the bar. I was attended to pretty promptly. The server was very good, as was the food!! I got the bone in ribeye, lobster tail and Mac and cheese. It was great!!!!!

Food was pretty good. Had some sirloin with coconut shrimp. My sister ordered salmon and veggies and as an appetizer we ordered shrimp on the Barbie. That was fire. All and all pretty good.

Great location large and well kept. Can accommodate large parties without making the whole room feel small. Parking lot right next to it is small but you can find parking close enough. Came for the platypus punch and was not disappointed. If your looking for a fun place to have a tasty meal visit today

Visited on a relatively quiet Thursday night before a long flight home the next morning. Treated myself to the sirloin and ribs combo. The sirloin was *awesome* - juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The ribs were rather over-cooked and dry, and the asparagus tips were very crunchy at the foot end. First time trying out Outback Steakhouse. My wife and I got our table fast. For drinks we ordered platypus because it was catchy, and it was good actually. We got bread while we waited for our food. The blooming burger 🍔 was okay because too much bread the meat to bread ratio killed the burger. The fries were okay. The French onion and potato soup was good. The shrimp was good The steak was average at best. Here the thing I would eat here again if i am bored of other places because there is way better restaurant options available for the prices.

I wanted my steak well done. I hate to send food back but the steak had too much pink for me to overlook. The server waited for me to cut it open to see if it was done it wasnt and it took three trys to get it right. The steak absolutely had no seasoning or flavor. I gave 2 stars because my brother had the burger & it was well done. The brownie dessert was the best part of the meal.

My steak was literally burnt and i had missing items in my order. Save your money. Packaging was horrible! Had butter spilled all over the inside of the bag.

From the point that I entered the establishment, I mentioned to my company that this location looked different from previous visits and looked very bland. The host and server service at the beginning was going well, but was completely absent and the last interaction once the server dropped off the last plate at our table. Not to mention that they had a plumbing issue. Our food was completely bland and not cooked as requested. Outback, you have seen better days. So long, will definitely skip unless I get invited to be proven otherwise on a comped meal.

I ordered a lunch special which was a 5oz serlion steak medium well. The steak was super tough, we were told by our waitress that serlion steaks tend to be a little on the tough side. But she offered to ask the cook for another steak, I figured she was probably right so I asked for a grilled chicken instead. The chicken was so dry. I'm very disappointed. We've been here many times and have never had any problems with our food. I chose to receive my receipt through text. I received a message but no receipt.
