My wife is always nervous about taking our autistic son out for dinner in case he misbehaves. I asked the staff if they would put us in a corner so we wouldn't disturb the other diners. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience good. This was the first time in years my wife had been able to relax in public with our son present. The Caesar salad was very good for a chain. I was very impressed with the flavor. The choices of wine by the glass were kinda low quality. But I got a Josh Cellars cabernet that was very good. The staff was friendly and it was good service. The atmosphere is very much chain store. Comfortable, but a definitechqin feel to the place. The restroom was very clean. Kudos there. Lots of parking in this shopping center, but it gets crowded on weekends. The design and flow of the streets are terrible in this shopping center. Not sure how crowded they get as we were there before the dinner crowd. If you're craving steak, they have good food.

Total 5 star experience tonight! Exceptional service by Charles tonight. Started with the most incredible Vesper martini I've had in a long time. Wedge salad was perfect. Treated myself to a wagyu ribeye and a glass of wine. Steak came out a bit overcooked but nothing too bad to complain about. (Obviously since I cleaned my plate, lol)

I had a good experience on my first time eating here. Although it took a little for my order to be taken, everything else was fantastic. From the food to the servers, I found everything very satisfactory. The steaks are among the best I've had. I will definitely be returning.

They have really good steak here. I forgot what I got but it was juicy and it's a good medium rare steak. The cheese fries was so good and the portion is big enough for 3 to 4 people if everyone has a steak. Soup was good but the bread is too hard.

Highly recommended for your next celebration where you’ll be sure to make some new friends (or two!) The blooming shrimp was a great compliment to the classic blooming onion, and the surf & turf is a deal that can’t be beat. Wash it down with a cocktail or a mocktail, but if you’re a beer person the blooming ale really makes you feel like you’re down in the outback. What an adventure!

As an Australian on holiday, we went to the Burbank restaurant and absolutely loved it. Kids meals are great value, my ribs were tender and full of flavour. Our host was (blondish hair) was amazing and he is a credit to the company (sorry didn't get.his name but he served us at 6pm (2 adults and 2 kids). 5 stars all the way and was actually better a better meal than we can get in Australia!

The Super Bowl was something I was never interested in, however a lot of people are. So that night I was sent home early. My wife and I decided to capitalize on this and headed to Outback to celebrate Valentine's a day early. Our plan was to avoid the large crowds and it WORKED! Outback was as slow as we were but that suited us just fine. Dianne D was our server and she was very friendly and welcoming. We started off with the fried mushrooms. Fresh out of the fryer they were great. That with their amazing bread and softened butter were the perfect way to start our meal. For our entrees my wife went with the Alice Springs Chicken. She liked it but for me there were too many competing flavors. I went with a rare 15 ounce Ribeye with asparagus & steakhouse Mac and cheese. It came cooked perfectly and I was happy. I wish the asparagus was steamed a little less but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Thank you Dianne D for the hospitality.

I love coming to the Outback Steakhouse in Burbank. This is my second time here and I came back specifically because they have a pet friendly outdoor patio with heaters, which is hard to find and makes it really comfortable. The staff is so attentive, the drinks are delicious, and it is honestly a place where you get a big bang for your buck. The prices are surprisingly cheap for how good the food and service are. Our server Robert was extremely kind. He explained the menu to us, checked on us often, and never let our drinks get low, even though we were the only table sitting outside. The manager Ulysses also came out to check on us and had a really nice conversation with us, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere inside is a lot of fun and all the workers seem genuinely happy. The service at this Outback was really great and the food was all so delicious. I really recommend it.

It takes quite a bit for me to write a review, but today was my last straw; I just had to after this, feels wrong NOT to. Every single time I come to this place, no matter what occasion: a birthday, a hangout, and on holidays like father and mother's day, this outback location has not disappointed. Even at their busiest, they are attentive. On the regular, their services goes above and beyond: impeccable treatment from the employees. The food portions are fair and very delicious, and new items are added here and there that keep adding to the palette of different people. There has been amazing servers that have attended my family and I multiple times. The manager is always sometimes walking around and asking about our food quality, if we are happy with our food, and sometimes making sure that our servers are attending us well. Overall, this place is great. I love coming here, it's a nice family friendly restaurant and although it's a chain restaurant, this location never disappoints, and the food quality is always great. I recommend 100000% in every aspect.

Dayanna was a great waitress for our table of 6 people! So, the food in general is very good. However, sometimes issues come up (as can happen anywhere) but they will try to take care of it for you! The service can be great or can be no so great, depending upon who your waiter/waitress is. The atmosphere is not as good as it could be as their ceiling has some obvious damage that should of been taken care of by now and doesn't look good on them!!

UPDATE: I received an Outback gift card so even though I gave it a 3⭐ five months ago I went again. This time I stayed away from the prime rib, we ordered a ribeye steak and filet mignon. They both were med rare and very tender as we like it. The blooming onion was better this time. The service was also excellent. Nov 2021: The service was good but my prime rib was tough and overdone. I asked for med rare but it was more like med well. The caesar salad was good but the blooming onion was bit overdone.

The Outback center cut sirloin does not taste fresh. It's like from frozen. I am a steak/meat-eater, so I am very particular when it comes to meat,as I always order rare or medium rare. I enjoyed my dessert, I think it was called the chocolate thunder. I want to mention too, the service was superb 👌.

Got the Blooming Burger. The blooming onion sauce has a unique flavor, (tastes a little horseradishy?) so make sure you're okay with that when you order the burger. It was well cooked, and tasty. I don't think I'd order the loaded fries again -- the sheet of cheese melted on to it was a bit overwhelming, and I love cheese.

Place is great for inexpensive steak, don’t expect a lot from amazing service waiter was too busy, but if you just want to go out and eat then this place is great for a bite.

Although they messed up my reservation but they made it up by offering a patio table, it was a little bit cold outside but it's ok. Service was quick and I believe Robert was waiting our table. I was very happy with his service. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He was regularly checking our outdoor area. Our food was delicious. We ordered steaks, grilled shrimp, grilled salmon, fried onions, French onion soup, green salad, chicken tortilla soup. Our overall experience was very good. Despite the valentine day dinner rush, we were very well taken care of. I liked the patio dining area, it will be great in summer.

Our server really elevated the experience with his friendly service! Some dishes weren't so tasty with the way that they were (over)seasoned, we did not like the texture or taste of the potato soup, but our drinks were good.

My friends took me here last night to celebrate my late birthday dinner with them. We got seated pretty quick since my other friend already put his name down. Our server was Robert and he was very friendly, along with attentive to us. We started off with the Steakhouse Mac and Chesse bites which were alright. For our entrée, we all got the 15oz Ribeye Steak. I got mine at medium rare with double aussie fries since none of the others side looked good to me. Our serve also brought out some bread and they were good with butter. For one of my fried side he got the coconut shrimp and blooming onion. I tried the coconut shrimp and it was alright to me. When my Ribeye came out, it looked so delicious and flavorful. My aussie fries looked already dried since the chesse hardened up and there also wasn't that much bacon on it. If I was to go back, I wouldn't order the aussie fries again. My ribeye steak was delicious, cooked perfectly to medium rare and seasoned wonderfully. The parking in this lot is fine, you'll be able to find parking nearby or a little bit further away.

Food was pretty good. Had some sirloin with coconut shrimp. My sister ordered salmon and veggies and as an appetizer we ordered shrimp on the Barbie. That was fire. All and all pretty good.

Did was average. I ordered the filet and lobster. The filet tasted like average steak. It was tough. The meatloaf was well seasoned but very dry. It was sub par. The service wasn't great. Our glasses sat empty throughout all of dinner. Waiters kept walking by with food asking us if we ordered it. They must not have a good table system. Our blooming onion wasn't good because the onion wasn't cut right so when you grabbed any of them, the breading came off into your fingers and the onion stayed on the onion. They closed the Outbacks by our house so we decided to go here tonight. If they all are run like this location, I don't see the rest lasting very long.

We 4 ate there Saturday 11/1 at about 4pm. We were anticipating a great meal. 3 weeks ago we had an excellent meal there. Today it was abysmal. I had there best and biggest prime rib. It was almost inedible. My grandson didn't eat his chicken tenders. When a hungry 9 year old doesn't eat chicken tenders, you know they're bad. He did like his Mac & Cheese. And my son liked his lobster tail. Otherwise the food would have been 1 star. The chili was loaded with salt and otherwise flavorless. And to complete the poor experience, the server was inattentive. It will be a long time (if ever) before we return.

It was delicious, as all fried foods are, but that also means it will leave you feeling sick after you eat it though. The soup I got was just watered and felt too bland. The main course was the thing that really disappointed me. I got the Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp and my wife got the chicken sandwich. For around $20, I got average shrimp and the driest chicken I have ever eaten, all with heaps of black pepper. I had a taste of the chicken sandwich my wife was eating and it was pretty good, which I did not expect after eating my chicken. I can not believe they are charging this much for unsatisfactory food and the only reason I would come back here is to eat a blooming onion.

I wanted my steak well done. I hate to send food back but the steak had too much pink for me to overlook. The server waited for me to cut it open to see if it was done it wasnt and it took three trys to get it right. The steak absolutely had no seasoning or flavor. I gave 2 stars because my brother had the burger & it was well done. The brownie dessert was the best part of the meal.

Authentic experience, there was even live insects at the table. The blooming onion was great, everything else was bland and chewy. We couldn’t get out of the and faster, this location needs a fumigation and some TLC, I knew I signed on for a chain steakhouse but this was horrific.

My steak was literally burnt and i had missing items in my order. Save your money. Packaging was horrible! Had butter spilled all over the inside of the bag.

Terrible experience. Chris the lady manager was very condescending and snarky. We ordered our steak with shrimp that took about and hour and they forgot the shrimp. That took another 15 minutes. I asked her if she was the restaurant manager. She said yes. Then later changed her truth. I found out she is a shift manager. We just landed from San Francisco with 2 babies. The mac and cheese came 40 mins after the order. Chris seemed like she really did not care that we were inconvenienced. She was argumentative and kinda verbally combative. She was wrong about the time as if she was the one who took my order. That was a bit annoying in it self. O did not feel like having a debate. I was very hungry. It seems like she was bothered that I was even speaking to her. The steak taste was about 6. It was too dry. The shrimp a 10. Very delicious. Our waiter was nice and the other manager Claudia was nice. The ambiance was pleasant.

This was the worst experience at Outback. Dirty glass, no bread and butter, contaminated appetizer, raw steak and terrible service. The manager just smiled and corrected raw steak but didn’t come back to check on us or ask how our experience is going.

This was my FIRST and LAST time in this Australian dump that I paid $50 for. My lobster looked so tired and shriveled that I thought I was eating a shrimp. I should’ve paid $45 and went to a seafood buffet that had steak as well and decent size portions When I told the waiter that I’m probably not ever going to return ever. He was like “Cool” and left. At the end when it came to give me the check , he was like “Sorry about that”. Not sure what’s wrong with this management but take this garbage service to South Central LA, not Burbank . I’ll never come here again.

We were having a dinner last night. Restaurants supposed to be closing at 10 PM. It was 9 o’clock when the lady start cleaning up around us we were having a dinner when the employee start putting the chairs on top of the table and start sweeping the floor while we were eating there. It was so unprofessional and discomfort while you eating your food and somebody sweeping the floor and the dust flying in the air. My message to the management to be more professional.

Wasted so much money here for a flavorless Mac n cheese that had no cheese. The steak hardly had any seasoning. Ordered their new garlic fries and got 2 tiny pieces of fake bacon and no garlic. Please don't make the same mistake I did and go here and blow $100+ for just 2 people. I can guarantee there are better places close by.

From the point that I entered the establishment, I mentioned to my company that this location looked different from previous visits and looked very bland. The host and server service at the beginning was going well, but was completely absent and the last interaction once the server dropped off the last plate at our table. Not to mention that they had a plumbing issue. Our food was completely bland and not cooked as requested. Outback, you have seen better days. So long, will definitely skip unless I get invited to be proven otherwise on a comped meal.

I ordered a lunch special which was a 5oz serlion steak medium well. The steak was super tough, we were told by our waitress that serlion steaks tend to be a little on the tough side. But she offered to ask the cook for another steak, I figured she was probably right so I asked for a grilled chicken instead. The chicken was so dry. I'm very disappointed. We've been here many times and have never had any problems with our food. I chose to receive my receipt through text. I received a message but no receipt.
