Asian Cafe Burleson Reviews
It was my first time and I'm fascinated. Friendly attention, very tasty food and most importantly for me and my little granddaughter,,, the bathroom was very clean and adequate. Thank you for this 🙏❤️
The BEST Asian food in DFW!! Staff is so sweet, food is incredible, and it feels homey! The raw salmon tastes so so fresh too. This will always be high on my recommendations list!
My husband and I stopped here for lunch. Staff was very friendly, service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh. Generous portions, and great flavor. We had the kung pao chicken and orange chicken. The egg rolls were nice and crispy. We normally eat at Taste of Asia, but I believe this is our new place!
This is my wife and I's favorite local chinese food restaurant! I've tried a number of dishes, but ultimately I've settled on the chicken lo mein as my favorite. Growing up, I remember loving the chicken lo mein from some place. I've tried lo mein from a number of places, but with Asian Cafe I've finally found a place that tastes like the one from my childhood! My wife enjoys the Sesame Chicken, and greatly appreciates that the fried rice isn't filled with random veggies.
First time trying this place and the food was great! It looks like they sell a variety of dishes from Chinese to Thai. It wasn’t too pricy and the portion of food was generous. We tried the lo mein, which had great flavor and the vegetables were nicely cooked. The orange chicken and general tso’s chicken were yummy too, but almost tasted like the same thing. The fried rice was pretty good, cooked with some egg and soy sauce. And the chicken egg rolls were nice and crispy. Overall, a really good Asian restaurant.
First time there, wife an I were really craving Chinese food and our regular place closes on Sundays 😔 Have to say we looked at the reviews and often drive and say we're gonna stop We finally did and were not disappointed, We were greated from a women in the back then the waitresses hurried to us cause the sign asked to wait to be seated wasnt to busy sunday afternoon, food was steaming hot to hot to eat but when does stop anyonewhen you wanna taste somethingfor the first time. We will definitely return and may have found a new regular spot 😊
Surrounded by chain restaurants, I wanted something new and homestyle. In passing through the shopping center, I saw this restaurant and a quick look through the reviews, was convinced to stop in. I ordered the Hot and Sour soup, a Wasabi roll, and Szechwan shrimp. With full view of the kitchen, everything came out fresh and timed perfectly. The soup was delicious and the sushi was delectable. The main dish came out soon after and it was packed with flavor. The sauce had a perfect amount of heat. The experience definitely brought back some great memories of eating fantastic Asian food in Houston.
Some of the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I had sesame chicken and my wife had pecan chicken. Both were amazing! Good cuts of chicken, lightly battered, crispy, perfect amount of sauce. Their eggrolls were awesome too, I had to get a second order of them. I wish I lived closer to this place. If you live nearby, this should be your place for Chinese food. If you're passing by, stop here for lunch or dinner, you will be glad you did. The staff was very friendly too, even though we showed up at 9pm.
Good food. It was a toss up between a 4 or 5 star rating. I went ahead and gave them the benefit of a doubt though. I wasn't particularly amazed by any of it, but it is hard to find decent Asian food restaurants in the Fort Worth area, and the food here was good, service was good. Nothing to complain about, just nothing much to bother writing about either. The inside looked clean. Clean utensils and plates. I had their General Tso's Chicken, a Philadelphia roll, and iced tea. I'll be back to try more items.
Used to be amazing but has really plummeted in quality recently. The crab tempura is now fried fake crab sticks.
I’ve always known this place to be really good, but something was off tonight with our food, especially the brown rice. Definitely was not the same quality that we’ve come to expect from Asian Cafe.
Ordered the teriyaki salmon and chicken with lo mein and veggies. Teriyaki sauce was very bland. Lo mein is plain no cabbage or anything in it. Veggies had zero seasoning on them. May come back to try something different but will not order any of what I had today.
last time i ordered sushi from asian cafe it was decent! but this time it was literally the worst sushi i’ve ever had. the rice was sooo stale, the fish was dry, and they barely gave me any wasabi. i will probably not give them another chance.
Edit- We will never eat here again! My grandmothers chair slipped out from under her when she was sitting down at the table and fell, she broke her hip in the restaurant on 11-16-24 around 1:00 pm. No one came to see if she was ok or if we needed any help, but thought it appropriate to all go to the back and laugh. I called to see if the they had video footage of her fall for her Doctor to understand how this break occurred. They told me they would call me back after finding it and haven't heard one thing back. Horrible customer service. A lot like Taste of Asia. The rice wasn't dry, soup wasn't too thick, the meat was tender. The vegetables could have been steamed a little longer,
My first time here and I was not impressed, unfortunately. I was really craving authentic ramen and hoping it would be good here since the reviews seemed to be somewhat promising. However, the ramen was so bland and unseasoned the soy and chili sauce didn’t even make a difference. What I can say is that at least the hot tea was “okay”, but when served the guy who seated me pretty much slammed and shoved my drink in front of me. Overall, in combination with what I ordered along with customer service it was overpriced and less than mediocre. I will not be returning.
I went in for take out on a Sunday morning. Ordered there. Everyone who came in after me was served 1st😖 Orange chicken rubbery. Fried rice taste like glue. The sad part....they charge extra for fried. Totally disappointed. Watched an employee eat at the register and prep food in the dining area😯
