I ordered take out when I had family come in from out of state. My family wanted wings and I knew I should have NOT ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were dry as HELL. They tasted like they were cooked weeks in advance and re-heated in a microwave. I had spent over $63.00 dollars to get this crap. Never again. I gave you all 3 chances and this was the last! Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the best wings ever! Not anymore. What happened Buffalo Wild Wings? I did post a comment on my app to the Burleson, TX store. And of course, no comment or calling me. Nasty Wings!

Ummmm. Food was barely warm and wrong plus tasteless no flavor. There was 4 of us and had to wait 10 min on last plate. Strawberry lemonade was the only good thing. Food and service went down

I typically don't rate this low ever but my goodness waited for 1.5hrs for food that was cold and it wasn't even a busy night. Our waiter apologized for the very long wait said she would compensate or discount off on our order & she never did. Overall maybe it's just this location but I was so close to just leaving the wait time for chicken strips & wings was too much!

The Burleson location needs training on how to cook wings. I tried it three different times so not basing this on one experience. They cook the wings so long that the meat is dry. And almost like they had been cooked twice like precooked then cooked again just to serve quicker. I had original Buffalo and dry lemon pepper. Consistency of beef jerky. I only gave them a couple of more tries thinking maybe a bad night? I went to the Mansfield location the next time and they cook them correctly. Someone needs to really look into this location and check it out from corporate. Just bad.

I’m not sure what going here! But cold dry and nasty!!! I use to absolutely love this place and now I just crave it and when I do order it it’s trash!!! Please do better! We miss the old BWW!!!

I ordered online and it said my order would be ready about 20 min from the order time. We went at that time and walked out about one hour from when I placed the order. The food was cold so it had been ready for a long time. The boxes and bags had sauce all over them per attached pictures (they actually looked used as the sauce looked different from the sauce we had on the wings). I understand there are not enough workers out there but adjust call in times or something. I will not go back to this location. My kids ate and said it tasted OK after warmed a little- and it was cold when we first checked it in the car. I should have taken it back in. I am so glad I didn't order this time.

Server was great so she gets 5 stars. The wings must've been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for an order then just add the sauce. Chicken was dry for most of the 60 we ordered. And sauce was lacking on almost half the order. The fries were okay but the wedges. Well there were some wedges but very small from what we were expecting. Felt like we get them bottom of the bag and a bunch of potato remnants. And for the price of they order compared to what we got and then cost of a potato seemed to be a very small portion. They did have good flavor though. Buffalo had no sauce and then others were very lightly covered and too dry for the chicken itself.

No wonder this place is struggling. We walked in and sat at bar top table for lunch. Looked around Abe waited 10-15 min. Not one person acknowledged us. Bartender chatting with no care in the world and 4 waitresses standing at front desk hanging out. We get up and walk out to no surprise not a single word said to us. May want to start at the top

So I walk in and I'm waiting to be seated as the sign says. 5 minutes go by and a group of 4 walk in and the host greats them and walks them to a table. The whole time i was waiting there no one asked me anything. So the host walks to the back and I get his attention to let him know I was here waiting before the group of 4 walked in and he shruggeg shoulders. I decide to just get a Togo order Instead, mind you I'm still waiting at the counter. A woman comes out and answers the phone and has a 5 min conversation while I'm still waiting to make my order. I always thought it's customer service to talk to who is in front of you and the phone calls can wait. I'm a person of color and the blatant disrespect from the host makes no sense to me Manager and supervisors need to coach their team better

Love this B dubs, but they never have variety of games. Literally 4 NFL games on as I type this, yet they’re only showing one. The other night, I asked the manager( i think his name is Greg) and he refused to turn in the BYU game, telling me there was no college games. It took me about 20 minutes before he turned it on. I asked him in the FOURTH QUARTER (knowing it was going to overtime). he then proceeds to turn it on THE LAST PLAY OF 2OT. Joke of a manager. other than that the store is great

Look I know times are hard but this is absolutely unacceptable. These wings..are a joke. I'm shocked because never had there ever been a issue with BWW food quality. Never. These wings are SO small. You can't charge grown people $10.49 for this foolishness. It's a wrap for BWW man.

We had a horrible experience today 9/26/2025. If I could give a zero star for service I would. Our server was Jocelyn. Where should I begin, my husband's beer took forever to arrive, it was warm and flat and he requested a totally different beer which never came, our food arrived and the order was wrong. Jocelyn didn't even bother to ask us if everything was okay and didnt bring us our correct order nor did she apologize for the wrong order. My kids needed a refill and she said she would bring it and never did. I saw her either gossiping or hiding in the fountain drink area beshe was there for at least 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting for the refills and my 3 kids were getting impatient waiting so I decided to get up and go myself to the fountain drink machine, she ran out of there quickly and then said "I gotchu" but told her co-worker to do our refills instead. My husband waited for his beer, his food got cold so he decided to goto the bar and get it himself, mind you this is the initial beer that he had ordered because the 1st beer tasted horrible....(it was suppose to replace is original beer). After maybe 10 min or so my husband was able to flag down our waiter to tell her to cancel that beer that he ordered with her because he got it himself, she was just like ok. She seem to avoid us and our table, which i have no idea why. We were kind and respectful. She never once apologized or any of it, she never came to check on us. She brought a refill of my drink once we were about to leave.Dont go here and if you do, I hope you don't get the same server we got. Every other server was non stop working and attentive. We will be driving further to a BWW if we ever decide to order/dine in again. Oh ans our order that was wrong wasn't even removed from the check, I was going to say something but my husband said to just leave it so we could pay and get out of there because even the check took forever.
