Amazing Experience at Five Guys in Burleson! I’m so glad we stopped at Five Guys during our trip! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with friendly smiles and provided excellent service throughout our visit. They were attentive without being intrusive, making sure everything was just right. The food exceeded my expectations — the burgers were juicy, cooked perfectly, and loaded with fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and delicious, just the way I like them. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was; it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Five Guys in Burleson is definitely a spot I’ll return to, whether I’m craving a quick meal or a casual hangout. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and fantastic service!

Amazing burgers and I got a milkshake so good and creamy

Me and my daughters went in our first time today the staff and manager gave us a great experience. Very friendly and welcoming. Took our order told us how good the fries would be and they were right very delicious I recommend the Cajun fries. Burger was outstanding. Fast and easy. Definitely recommend this place. Did a challange with my husband weather five guys and bojangles. Not only five guys tastier but better service and how quick we got our food. My husband was still waiting for his order when I got done with five guys. Thank you to the crew at five guys.

My boyfriend and I went to five guys last night, 30 minutes before they closed. Eddie took our order and was so kind. We were greeted with warmth and he went above and beyond. Even though it was about to close all of the workers were really nice and kind. Would recommend this one!

Service was great! Very clean, and my order was spot on. They even kept my shake in the fridge until I was ready to drink it, which I appreciated. Outside of paying north of $50 for two burgers, fries, and a chocolate milkshake 😲...this five guys location is pretty good. A+ to the staff and management!

Very friendly cashier! Quick service. Food wasn’t bad, but nothing special. Fries were my only complaint. I sat down to eat there, so everything was exactly as it was when they bagged it. Usually there are more fries—it’s a thing there, the fries usually overflow the cup into the bag, but this time not very many fries. And the fries were kind of soft/soggy. Overall it was fine. Just didn’t hit the spot this time the way a Five Guys typically does. Also the price!!! Yikes.

So they are popular, with a catchy name, but so is the price of food for my son and I. We're talking, two hamburger with cheese and bacon, one regular Fri to split and only one soft drink the bill was $45. Wow!!! I expected $30 at the most. Fries and drink are separate from the $12 burgers. The cup of fries shown waa $10. The place was kept clean, the staff friendly and cheerful as new customers arrived. The food was good, especiallythe style of fries, free peanuts too. Napkins were wimpy, for the mesy burger. I think we will try elsewhere next time as the competition is fierce in Texas.

This location was really clean "Burleson TX". The lady that took my orders, was really nice and friendly. The portions were decent, everything was made fresh. All the employees had on gloves which I thought was awesome. The burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 were pretty good. You could have tasted how healthy it was and did not have that greasy after taste. The price was a little higher than other places especially the fries and drinks. One thing I would say about the food being so fresh and healthy tasting, you need to add more salt and pepper on it. So that it doesn't taste so bland. Overall a decent experience.

Fries weren’t double fried…they weren’t even crispy and had to add my own salt at home. The burger bun was soggy. Painstakingly meh. $20 for a burger and large fries not worth it for the lack of quality. At that price point I would expect the best. The manager assured me they were the best and it was below average.

I wish I could give 0 stars for service. I called over 10 times, no answer. Initially I just wanted to ask for my green peppers and jalapenos to be grilled because there was no option online. After about the 6th time I gave up. Once my food was delivered I called a few more times because my fries weren't done, I ordered 3 double stuffed shakes they didn't put the cookies in any of them, not sure how a burger can be dry and not done at the same time but apparently it can happen. Only thing that was worthy was the hot dogs I ordered for my children. Spending a hundred dollars for food just to have to get in the kitchen and prepare more food is insane 0/10 highly don't recommend!

Burger was really dry and the bun seemed to be too big for the size of the patty. The worst is the price! I spent $48 for two regular cheeseburgers with the free toppings, one shared small fry and two drinks! And they want a tip on top of it for doing nothing but their job. They won’t even bring the sack of grease to your table for you! Go to Chili’s and get the 3 for me Oldtimer with cheese, fries and drink for $10.99! It’s even a better burger!

Not because it was good, no, because it was over 40 freaking dollars. Gross, disappointing and expensive, hip hip horay Burleson Texas Five Guys!!!

This was our 2nd time to this location. 1st time wasn't good either so we gave it a few months before going back. 1. Stood at the register with no one in line in front of us to place an order for about 5 minutes. Yes they were busy but that was just the beginning. 2. Placed the order, $38 for 2 people and a tip mind you. This is a burger place. 3. All empty tables were filthy, had to clean our own, should have known then what was about to happen. 3. Food was ready. Cheese wasn't Melted, Bacon was not crispy, 1/2 the lower portion of my bun was hard and stale. So much for QC. (I never take food back, I've seen what happens). Fries were only thing right. 4. While eating, one of the employees was on break and heavily making out with their S/O while in uniform. Cool, you are in love but no one eating wants to watch that. Manager, who ever it was, ineffective, staff, lackadaisical. Truly a disappointing experience. 2 stars are for the fries only, hot, right and plentiful. Considering 5 Guys is the most expensive option for burgers. You'd be better off avoiding this location all together and going to McDonalds. Invest what you don't waste at 5 guys.
