I went to the Carl’s Jr because we wanted some good food on our way to Palm Springs and we ordered our food im guessing the cashier had made a mistake with one of our food items he was a bit rude so we asked for the manager and he asked what was the problem we told him that we had a mistake on our burger because we absolutely hate pickles he was spot on apologized for the inconvenience and told the cook to drop fresh food for us on the spot he was very nice about the whole situation and the food was made fast. Now I usually don’t like making a big deal out of things but he was on it and very nice about the whole situation I asked for his name which was Jorge I think only manager there so I’m hoping I got his name right…

I'm truly amazed with this Carl's Jr location.. Went to grab dinner here last week, and once I received my food, I realized that they messed up my order. The staff was very apologetic and fixed my food order right away. Well done to the Carl's Jr Staff here in Calimesa, CA!! I'll definitely be coming back again!!

Went here today with my family and was super impressed with the service! So much better than yucaipas Carl's Jr. Plus this place had a high chair for my daughter unlike yucapia that has no high chairs. My burger was excellent and ingredients were fresh not old lettuce or tomatoes just perfect like a burger should be. Thank you!

Went to the drive through on a Wednesday night and ordered 3 spicy chickens with pickles and onions added to it. Food was hot, fresh and good. 1.99 for a spicy chicken is pretty good. I didn't go inside so not sure what it looks like.

I come quite often to get my fav lunch of the spicy chicken sandwich, light mayo and double extra red onion. The food is consistently good and the people are pleasant and upbeat.

Definatley better that the one we have in Yucaipa. This one seems to be corporate ran & is never out of ingredients & never makes ur food wrong. Absolutely willing to drive to Calimesa once a month for this indulgance.

I'm not a huge Carl's Jr. Fan. My dad is however. He is 74 and really likes the breakfast sandwiches. He and I just finished a roadtrip to California and we ate there twice on this trip. Food was hot and served to us at our table, which is a different twist.

I've never been a big fan of Carl's Junior it's okay but sometimes to me all the food taste the same for a quick soda or a real quick hamburger in and out it's okay but to go in and have a home meal it's not worth the time in the money

I try hard not to eat fast food (and fail). However, when I come to California, I must have my Carl's Jr. Super star, onion rings, and a coke. For the fast food fiend in me.

Hell of a lot better than Del Taco, tastes better and very clean restaurant. For fast food at least the worker's speak English. I consider it rude if they speak there native language. And I speak 5 languages. So I know if there making fun of you or others. And yes it has happened. That's what they don't realize. They make the food like you order it and the soda station is clean. Table's are not sticky, bathroom is not filthy. Sorry I am such a hard food critic..

In a town that closes at 8pm I unexpectedly found the dining room here was open til 11pm, and on a weekday even! The employees were polite and professional. The food was made exactly as we ordered it and delivered right to our table. If you want a burger at 10pm in Calimesa your choices are Carls, am/pm, bakers, or drive to another town. It's an easy choice given those options, but I'd still recommend this Carl's even though there aren't any other choices in this town for a burger at 10pm.

I recommend this location. The ladies here are very welcoming and work hard. The tables are kept clean. I tried the Santa Fe grilled chicken ; It was good , I recommend with light Santa Fe sauce .

Only car in drive thru and they always have you pull forward to parking lot. Fries are usually cold and they forget your extra ordered condiments.

I went inside. The guy looked at me went in the back started looking in a cooler. Then a Drive-Thru person made an order. Then he went over there. Never said anything. At this point I left.

Way too expensive. You have to ask for fresh hot fries. The hamburgers are always lopsided so the cheese is melted onto the wrapper & the patties are on the other side. Just too much money for what you get .

Haven't been to a Carl's Jr. in over 22 years but my Mom was craving the Western Bacon Burger so got one too. Ordered the fried zucchini & it was good with the ranch dressing. There was way too much BBQ sauce on the burger. Overpowered the taste of everything.

The food here is on point, don't get me wrong. But when you have 1 register that's functioning properly, why would you put the new guy on one of the ones not sending orders back? Doesn't make any sense. I would have rather waited to place my order then watch 3 people get their food ahead of me and wait 30 minutes. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience.

I guess I can't expect too much for a $5 combo meal. The cookie was stale, not fresh like I've had before. The chicken strips had this gristle in all but one strip. Even the fries weren't as good. I should have rated it a two, but the girls working there were really sweet and friendly!!

I was in town and stopped by to grap something to eat. My family and I walked in and right away you can see that they were short staffed. The manager was trying to help on the drive through and also take orders from the inside. Took a couple minutes to be able to order and took a couple minutes for our food to be ready. But you know what I used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant and this Manger (Glendy) hopefully I spelled it right. She was doing such an amazing job. They were very behind but yet with great attitude and all the associates were very nice even though they were going through it. This manager needs a raise and she needs to be more appreciated. Glendy is a great manager and now a days it's hard to have a great manager. She's doing her job how it should be, with great work ethics and great attitude.

I run through this same drive thru almost daily. I order protein style burgers , no sauce ! They butter it up with way too much mayo . Disgusting Its no wonder everyone weighs 300 lbs.

AVOID! Really bad food poison!!! Normally this place is decent. However once I got home I noticed my burger was burnt but to bad still edible but I thought that was odd. Normally just the edges of the burger are blacked a bit. As I start eating my double cheese burger, I started to get really bad guy pain not gas bloat but straight FLU like stomach pain. I thought I just have been eating to fast as I was hungry and have eaten anything until then 1745ish. I slowed down let my my wife have some bites, e instantly spat out her bite and said it didn't taste right maybe the sauce, which is only kethcup and mayo mixed. All I've been doing since 1830 is laying on the bathroom floor with waves of PROJECTILE VOMIT from my nose and mouth. NO exaggeration!! Then it clicked! While laying on the floor debating if I should have my wife take me to the ER... MAYBE the burger was over "cooked" (burnt) because the meat was expired or close to expiration? I do not have proof of the expired meat but it made since. P.S. The staff is good and NORMALLY so is the food. I'm not hating in this place, I'm simply suggesting to AVOID for awhile.

Eventhough nobody was behind me, they had me park in front of the store. Didnt bring a straw for my drink. Ended up waiting for 10 minutes for 1 hamburger.

My favorite Carls but this time waited forever went inside to get 4 waffle chicken sandwiches.Why? 2 were so small and 2 were large and paid full price.Called manager said bring 2 small ones back to replace omg they aready ate the baby chicken patty.She then said cannot help size its just way they are served.So don't buy or pick your Carls Jr carefuly.To add to this my husband could not even eat the biscuit sandwiches the bread was so very hard.What happen to my Carls 😔

Everyone there is very nice, but they get something wrong on my order 1 out of 3 times- usually not putting an item in that I paid for. I try to call the number but it goes to a fax signal. There's no support on the website, so you can only call corporate between 8 and 6 Eastern Time, which is 5am-3pm our time. I just stopped going outright because I got tired of dealing with it.

Shift leader was rude. You think sitting there making $15 an hour starting rate, you'd get someone that wanted to be there! The actual manager was nice. That's why 2 stars.

Service is slow. They have one employee that has to service both the front of house and the drive through. Running back and forth trying to talk to people on the mic and at the register. It creates confusion. Also they make all cars pull through the drive through and wait out front. So the employee has to take the food out front and find what car it belongs to making service even slower

my mom got banned because she was asking for nothing more than hot food. manager just kept apologizing and saying patty is cooked but we normally get hot food from there. one of the workers was also high off his mind, cold famous star, watered down dr pepper.

Absolutely the worst experience with an employee from Carl's Jr. I have ever had, extremely rude and condescending, when asked if she could make my experience better after making excuses as to why everyone was getting warm food, was if I don't like it go someplace else, and cussed at me in Spanish under her breath walking away. Never again. I'll go to taco bell if I want to be treated like that. 👍

It's a mixed bag really, however the price we paid was sky high, 37.00$ for 3 cheeseburger deals, too exorbitant for anyone out in about just to grab a quick meal. It sucks because Carl's puts out good product, but what's the use if you can't afford it. On the bright side, it was a good meal, however Carl's has just been put way up high on the shelf with other competitors due to it's pricey menu items. At least for us and the time being, I'll definitely check back in with you Carl's to see if there's any family friendly prices in the future. Thank you for allowing me to visit.

Between the lukewarm food and horrible bathroom you would do well to stop nearly anywhere else in this little town for a bite on the road. 0/10 do not recommend.

It took 20 minutes to get 3 $5.00 meals, and they got the order wrong. I watched 3 other people bring food back to the counter because their orders were wrong too. When the girl at the counter went to put the food back it the warming station, I had enough. I firmly reminded them of the health code violations they were breaking. I reminded them that they could not resell food that had been served and returned. I also noted that the server was not allowed to handle money and then touch food. Yuk! I will not be back. There were also a couple of other people who were clearly on their lunch breaks that complained about the slow service.

0 stars if I could. You’re night crew has some time of scam going on. Charging $50 for bday party that I didn’t order or even know what it is in the drive true. They are obviously refunding this back to a different card at the end of the night. I know how these scams work and someone that’s able to do refunds is in on it. The person manning the drive-through of course played dumb and didn’t even know how he even hit that. And of course the manager that’s working either pretended or didn’t know where it was on the menu he had to look for a little bit until he found it so he could refund the $50 back to me. This place is a scam. They said I only get 1 ranch with my zucchini so they charged me 38 cents for an extra one but it wasn't even in the bag. The receipt for the ranch said I bought extra lettuce. Paying $11.08 for a famous star and zucchini isn't enough to get 2 ranches?! Plus I ordered my Famous Star no onion and well done. The meat wasn't cooked all the way and there was onion on the burger. Here is my receipt that says I bought extra lettuce.

Ordered 3 burgers took 20 minutes and the place was empty and on top of that food was cold fast forward a day later I have poisoning if you don't want to be sick I would stay away from this location yes I still like Carl's but this place is not it

They always take forever to bring out your food. Have a fully staffed kitchen and still takes 10+ minutes to get the food out. If I wanted to wait this long I would’ve made my own damn food

I was in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with one car ahead of me. I ordered the #17 Chicken Strip meal. What I received was a bunch of fried coating no chicken to be found. I have worked for Carls Jr so I know the service and food quality has him rolling in his grave. It wasn't even busy so that makes this whole situation worse.

I had my order taken in the drive thru by a woman yesterday around 2pm I didn’t get her name. She gave attitude while taking my order and she was rude to me at the window. I am not happy at all with the customer service she provided.

The food is fine if you can actually get it but the service here is atrocious and I have no idea how the manager can get away with not knowing English in a hick town.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! My husband bought 4 burritos asked for two sausages and two bacon, we got all bacon as he returned to change, the employee LILY was VERY RUDE and told him that was not her problem and didn’t want to change or return money. My husband angrily threw the food on counter and left! NEVER WILL GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
