I came in the drive thru about 30 mins ago and Jacob helped me out at the window. He was SO kind, helpful, and noble. The food was delicious as always but nothing tops A-1 customer service- coming from someone who has years under her belt of working in the food industry. If the manager is reading this review, give that boy a raise!!

The place was clean, the food was fresh, hot and crunchy!! SO good!!!! Lila was the shift manager and she was friendly, efficient and awesome!! Thank you for a great dinner!!

I must agree everyone does and deserve a second chance. Today the breakfast was excellent, the service was very good and the timing was just tight. The employee had a gorgeous attitude which is helpful for everyone to start their day off. Good job! Carl's Jr.

A.i takes your order. You'd think the food gets made quicker. But the wait is worth it. I think it's the best burgers from CJs I've had in awhile. Definitely worth the experience.

Rosario ,Kevin,and Ashley were working when we came in for dinner. They gave us the best customer service and helped me with my digital wallet after a long day of trying to figure it out. It took them 2 minutes to get it to work. They all were friendly and professional. My husband was impressed as well. We enjoyed our great hamburger meal. So delicious 😋 We definitely will be back!

I recommend this location. The ladies here are very welcoming and work hard. The tables are kept clean. I tried the Santa Fe grilled chicken ; It was good , I recommend with light Santa Fe sauce .

I run through this same drive thru almost daily. I order protein style burgers , no sauce ! They butter it up with way too much mayo . Disgusting Its no wonder everyone weighs 300 lbs.

My online order wasn't ready.I had to wait at least a couple of minutes, not more than five minutes.But it should have been ready. Two milkshakes, oreo cookie and vanilla also did not come with the cherries on top, like they should

I ordered the special California double cheeseburger and was charged 7.99 instead of 5.99. When I asked for the refund; difference in price the shift manager refused. What a rude and disappointing experience because she said I had to ask for the "special price" when I ordered it. Laughable, but utterly annoying to deal with such stupidity.

This is by far the worst Carl’s Jr in the area, Kevin the cashier was very rude and had lack of customer service, to keep it short he was told just a burger and fries and had to repeatedly tell him no drink just to be charged a drink, he then proceeded to lie to his manager saying that I ordered a combo when I just said a burger and fries which in I was treated with no respect and no good customer service by the lady manager so now Carl’s Jr is charging for condiments, And I quote Kevin said “lowkey we charge for hot sauce now boss” not even a highkey to let everyone else know. The burger was good the fires were not for Carl’s Jr.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! My husband bought 4 burritos asked for two sausages and two bacon, we got all bacon as he returned to change, the employee LILY was VERY RUDE and told him that was not her problem and didn’t want to change or return money. My husband angrily threw the food on counter and left! NEVER WILL GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Twice their app has overcharged me. No one to call.The hamburgers are always smashed. $14.00 for 2 cheese burgers. We need to boycott all of these rip off fast food companies. The more they charge and more the employees get paid, the worse the food gets. They don't understand what fast food is supposed to be. The employees no nothing about nothing. You would think for $20 and hour they would have at least some intelligence. They think they are a high end restaraunt. They want $5 for 6 onion rings.

I got the fish sandwich and it was the worst ever, the lettuce was very welted and there was only two very small pieces, the sandwich was very soggy like it was old and microwaved a few times. I like Carl's Jr but this was terrible. This was the Calimesa CA location.

This place sucks, I came here once for breakfast and the system shut down and they claimed not to be able to make our food. They did not inform us of this until after 15 minutes and when they finally informed us told us it would be another 30 minutes. We asked for a refund and they manager either pretended or did not know English and tried to short change me $25 and when I said that's wrong still shortchanged me $5. Came here once more for one more chance and when I told the manager taking our order that I wanted a small and medium combo seemed to only hear medium and large. The fountain machine sucks and doesn't mix properly. The food is fine if you can actually get it but the service here is atrocious and I have no idea how the manager can get away with not knowing English in a hick town.
