Food was good but would have been a lot better if the wasteyute working the window would have given me my fire sauce. Even after she asked how many I wanted. Ugh.

Hours have recently changed, reducing the rating. No longer able to visit for breakfast before commutes. Service and food was great in the mornings. Hopefully staff still have the same amount of hours to work.

My spicy potatoe tacos have like 4 potato squares, barely any lettuce or cheese..and they're pretty dry with barely any chipotle. Also they didnt give me the right sauce I asked for..

This is by far the worst taco bell me and my wife has ever had. Small borittos, asked for hot sauce and we got none. It was cold and no flavor. We like taco bell but this one SUCKS

Worst place I’ve tried they skimped me on meat ordered number 6 two beef chalupas which they gave me nothing but lettuce and veggies never going there again!!!

If you get delivery and ask the driver to check for sauces they won’t let the driver , so I guess at this location that messes up all the time as a paying customer we can’t have the driver double check order . If Taco Bell messes up I guess it’s our fault and we have to deal with it

Beautiful new taco bell but the staff which consist of all Hispanic women are not friendly food was cold and continuous get the order wrong. Food was horrible and tasted like it was made yesterday I don't recommend eating at this one their are better ones that are older.

I got my order wrong, I asked for a 2 chicken crunch wraps and two soft tacos. All they gave me was beam burritos. As I'm headed out to another town I realized they just gave me bean burritos. Called the restaurant and kept insisting that I never ordered crunch wraps, I asked for a refund and they said I have to come back to the store and can only give me one free chruhwrap. Very careless people who can't do their job right or provide good customer service.

I apparently was taking too long to review the menu so the lady at the window tells me I was taking too long and that I’m causing the stores numbers to drop… ya let’s tell a long time paying customer that coming to Taco Bell is an issue. I don’t work there and last I checked I was never signed any agreement to take a certain amount of time reviewing the menu… nice job on losing a customer to a bad attitude. Will end up being one of the many places going out of business in this area with that kind of attitude to paying customers!

If you come here pay with cash because one of cashiers copied my card info and used my bank card to purchase jewelry online. i had to make a fraud claim . they completely stole 700 dollars from me all from buying 8 dollars worth of food. when i confronted the manager she laughed and closed the window on me. i wouldn’t trust any of them that work the drive through since that’s how they got my card number.

I went through the drive thru, and the cashier taking my order was not friendly. When I was waiting in line, I saw that the car in front of me had taken a drink, and I guess it wasn't the right drink because they returned it to the cashier after a minute. When it was my turn I noticed that the cashier was going to give me a drink that looked like the drink that was handed back from the car before me so I asked if it was the same drink that was in the car before me and the cashier said yes so I asked nicely if I could get a new one and they said why nothing is happened to it so I still asked nicely and they seemed irritated that they had to make me a new drink. I hope that the next people that go get better service.

Taco Bell always a good go to for us. Not this particular store. I do not plan on going back. Order is never correct ever! This time I ordered a nacho box, 2 of the items had no nacho cheese. The picture is extra nachos I got. Beans look disgusting and was served just like this.
