The employees tonight at Waba Grill were friendly and professional. I arrived 15 from closing due to my odd hours in retail had to grab a healthy dinner. I was grateful for their customer service and patience. The food was delicious and well handled.

Waba is one of my favorite quick places to eat, especially as a commuter. This location was so clean, Fast, and the food was very yummy. Lucero was so friendly and helpful and made the best food I have had at a Waba Grill.

I often stop here after the gym. Every time I’ve been here the service and food have been 10/10. Today 09/12/2023 Jorge took my order and was very fast and effective. I received my food in less than 5 minutes.

Want to say I love the food here. The lady at the counter was super sweet...That said it is inexcusable to have one person working the register, taking orders AND preparing the food. Do better Waba Grill, do better. Again, zero reflection on the lady working...she was wonderful...but lunchtime on 12/13/25 she was completely alone. Not cool.

I love wanna grill but was very disappointed tonight. I got the wabba bowl with chicken and beef. My chicken was very overcooked and dry, and so was the beef. The cashier only gave us three packets of wabba sauce and I didn’t realize they charge for hot sauce or the other sauces. I am not sure I will go back to this location just because of how over cooked the food was.

Food was old or over cook, chicken dry, broccoli like yellow really bad, when I request a fresh food cashier and cooker Rosy are making smart questions, I was not asking for free food I was asking to remake make food fresh they are really disrespectful.

I love the food there and the staff is always very nice. The air-conditioning has been broken though for a while. Every time I go in there its so hot that I dont want to sit in there. I feel so bad for the workers who are still very polite despite working in about 100 degrees.

Literally only two people in the store (me and another customer). I literally said lm allergic to waba sauce / teriyaki sauce and yall still put it on my bowl… this the second time yall done did this. Oh and i forgot to mention i walked two miles there and back to find this out when I got home.

While I was standing in the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there. I saw the manager chatting with someone over the phone. She saw me standing and prefer to continue talking. Shame on waba grill for not training their staff properly

Yikes this Waba Grill has a C rating on the window for the sanitation and cleanliness of this restaurant. When I went and ordered my food, they didn’t even have the drink selection I wanted. They said they were out of stock on it and we’re not gonna get it in. For a relatively new restaurant, this place kind of sucks. I didn’t notice the C rating until after I paid for it.

Good day I came in to Waba Grill located at 1032 Cherry Valley Blvd Unit 310 Calimesa, CA 92320 United States on Saturday September 10, 2023 in the afternoon at 4:28 pm to use the restroom. As I was in my way out ( by 4:30 pm) the District Manager named (IMELDA DUARTE ) had the audacity to tell me Only customers are allowed to use the restroom. I told her “ how so? By law anyone can use the restroom without having to buy food from said Fast food joint restaurant. This is by the way a Hispanic curly haired woman in her middle age repeating such nonsense. She proceeded to tell me “ That by me using the restroom, customers have to wait before I finish and that I was taking too long. Mind you the restaurant was as empty and dry as a desert. Which is no surprise when such an abhorrent person is managing it. This woman is very blatantly a racist and targeted me because of my skin color and my race as a proud African woman. I have never ever been treated as such in my life. A mere prohibition of restroom to a human being is not only cruel , and discriminatory but disrespectful and disgusting. Her mannerisms showcased that of an uncouth and mannerless manager. I would love for her to give a report of every human being who has used the Waba Grill restroom since she is now a security guard for bathrooms. Such an absolute embarrassment of a person.

Just stopped and picked up some food and didn't like the customer service. The girl with the long pink cute glittery acrylics did not look too happy. No "hello welcome" with a smile so serious like upset. I come to this waba grill because is closer but don't mind driving to Banning or Yucaipa. Hope she has a better day.

Despite my history of ordering large family meals, I was met with extreme rudeness today from an older woman worker when I requested alternative sauces.
